That is probably the second funniest thing I heard all day. It started out as a joke, regarding ringing the bell at the Nasdaq. I figured Winsome would get a chuckle out of it. As far as your RCN website goes, I have no idea why QBID is not listed there, but it looks like they have a good nursing program. However, if nursing is what you are studying, UCI has a good program and is located right by you in Orange County. It would probably be much more convenient than England.
