sunny Member	posted September 20, 2004 20:48 Hi gang, Betting Babe...you didn't start anything...think there is some confusion, even in the WA sec. of state's office...LOL All is well with me...rough day, just trying to weed out the rumor from the fact...I should have done this MONTHS ago. We've had constant confusion about all of the Triangle Multi-Media, Inc and the Triangle Television Network...ect. So, I've ordered myself a copy of (hopefully) the annual report or most recent documents of this company with the posted IBU number...Once that is received, then we'll know for sure who and what this WA company is and then lay the damn thing to rest! LOL Love a good mystery Anyway, I did call Nevada sec of state this afternoon. Their numbers are 775-684-5708 or another one at 702-486-2440. On their website I did a name search for Frank Olsen and his partner, Rene...came up with....Triangle Television Network, Inc founded in 10/17/02 (File# C25781-2002). Then I called and spoke with a lady at the sec of state's office who told me that Triangle Television Network, Inc has 75,000 a/s. The current status on this one says "reinstated." (can see this on webpage) While doing that same name search, I also came up with "CO-MEDIA," founded in 11/9/00 (File # C29953-2000) with Frank and Rene as owners....they had 25 million a/s. The current status on this company says "revoked." Just food-for-thought. Sounds like Frank and Rene have worked together for a while. Kencoda--your post made me laugh and laugh! Thanks for that. This company has an excellent Client list and seem very reputable...all info worth smiling about. Ric Member	posted September 20, 2004 21:20 What information on incorporation will you get from California. They are incorporated in Washington. Thats not in dispute. Just because they are located in California doesn't mean they are incorporated there. The dispute is thats there 2 companies in Washington with triangle multimedia in there name. Besides I don't know what the big deal is anyway. If they do have that high of A/S as long a they don't dilute the O/S then theres no problem as long as its used to stay off a take over. The FCC stated his argument was not persuasive enough. - In the end they (the FCC) said that WBM had to forfeit $15,000 for the issues presented in this case I can paste the whole thing if you want - maybe in two sections or each section gets a msg � anyway that is if you would want that or anyone else for that matter. bill1352 Member	posted September 21, 2004 08:12 it was stated last week the move to firestone was probably because of cetrain standards that carries needed that it probably had more to do with types of equipment and the weather thing was a kind way of saying the other company didn't meet the standards needed. as for time warner the contract was signed all that is needed is getting differant franchizes to carry it. also stated a few times was that the a/s increase was for company stability not market dilution. the new catch line needs to be changed to "all we have to do it report" then all the bashers & rumors will end and the pps will show it.
