Come on people. Quit reading their BULL, and stick to the FACTS.

Think about it-

Right now ONLY a small amount of investors, or anyone for that matter, has heard about QBID. We are getting out there, more and more every day.....just wait.

Look at the PROGRESS Q has made. 1Big summed it up in an earlier post.

Funny how some peeps forget all the good FACTS and focus on the bad RUMORS. Look at the latest PRs...THEY ARE GREAT! Things are getting better and better folks.

DON'T BELIEVE ANY OTHER GUESS ON WHY PPS IS LOW AND WE ARE NOT MOVING. If it was just us then you could try to reason some problem with QBID. But its not just QBID, its everyone of the high risk stocks and the only ones that will move at this time and not retrace, is the one that has extraordinary news.

O.K. People just Relax about this 50-Billion here is why: IMO
To Skunsyard and all; IF ?? the A/O is now say 50 Billion , I'am willing to bet these shares will NEVER Hit the Public Float IMO.
Why ?? first off our inside Guy Marco7006 who can be trusted already said last week that the total Float is now about 9-Billion shares even with all these new rounds of financing, & Equity placement QBID shares as collateral , (read below).

Last but not least, Remember frank saying a 1-Year slow but sure share BUY Back will start to take place starting in OCTOBER!! I'am willing to bet after our Q-Channel does launch next month and once revenues start to come in due to this official launch, frank will then start to use some of this money to BUY Back all these Restricted shares he had to use as Collateral FIRST, once all these are bought out, then he will call in 1/4 of his shares, and start to BUY back the Public float itself.
Remember people all this will take time, but IMO this is what will happen starting after full Q-Channel launch in October.

That's the best I've seen tradetrek's chart look in many months. It didn't look this good when we went from .005 to .028! No I won't rely on it but it looks good when you step back & consider the Big Picture.

You can get off the PINKS without a reverse split. Have you heard of the OTCBB.

The requirement for OTCBB is only that a company be Reporting and be acountable. A company has NO share count restrictions for the OTCBB.

*POST OF THE WEEKEND ABOUT A/S IF CORRECT:

Authorized(AS) versus outstanding(OS) /Float
Autorized shrares-> Shares that company can issue should they need that at any time .

Outstanding--> shares that been held by company , officers and investors

Float--> shares been traded at open market and held by investors.

Why most companies has huge ammount of AS? this is very important deterent against hostile take over , some companies increase the AS when they feel they could be a target of hostile takeover. Lets say viacom want to buy out QTN and not willing to pay huge tag , often in such situations they may start organized bashing campaign to keep PPS down and keep buying the QTN shares at the open market at bargain price , now when time comes to buy out the company , they dont have to pay for shares already bought , lets say the OS was egual to the authorized and that number is 9 bil shares , then if they buy 4.5 billion shares at the open market , all they have then is to buy the remaining 55% that been held by QTN and that what they call hostile takeover.

small companies been many times a victim of hostile takeover , so when a company feels that it may be target of buyout or hostile takeover , then they increase the AS as a deterent for obvious reasons.

To my knowledge QTN had 15 billion authorized , and 9-10 billion shares Outstanding , of that 9-10 billion outstanding Frank owns 51% or 4.5-5 billion shares , the officers in QTN may own other 2-3 billion shares substracted from the OS would be the float which is about1-2 billion shares .

Having said that , I did not verify yet the most recent Authorized share number , but if true that it is about 30-50 billion shares , I will not be suprised or worried , even if Authorized was 300 billion shares , it may just tells me that QTN been targeted for hostile takeover or buyout.

Hope that help explain that Authorized share issue .
