Sure.....no hard feelings here...everything happens for a reason including the reason Frank is keeping his hand close to his chest...there are more great things to come...from a business perspective today's PR was the best one yet...having a reputable firm like the one today is extremely important...in the end, the only point I want to make is that in the past, Frank has been crucified for his failure and getting this thing off the ground...and what has happened this past week with the OUTRIGHT LIES by bashers on RB, you can see the effect.....no wonder he's had such a tough time...but like the PR today, the firm does know this is a great time for a network of this nature.....

CBS reports on "Q" Documents

On the CBS Evening News last night, Dan Rather, reported that, according to a source he will not identify, he has an "annual" report document that contains news about a 50 billion a/s increase for QTN".

However, pictures appear on various web sites,15 minutes after Rather's statements are aired, of a vehicle beleived to be driven by the unknown source. A retired NYC DMV supervisor, blogging along on the internet, contacts the Fox Network saying that he has reviewed the pictures and states the license plate on the unknown sources car reads "2fast4u" . The Washington Post and ABC News report that "2fast4u" is a known source of false statements, including the infamous "The Sky Is Falling" spoof.

In related news, "Marco" states that over the course of the next two weeks, Mr. Rather will deny not once, not twice but three times (before the rooster crows, no less) that the "annual" report is not bogus before finally admitting that he may have been mis-led.

I am very familiar with Rubenstein. It's a family biz- a father & two sons. I've used them in the past for PR & known them personally. I have many friends that currently use them- some to get in the papers and some to stay out of the papers. Last saw Howard in June at a party I attended with one of his high-profile clients that uses him to stay out of the papers...

They usually work on retainer. In other words, they don't pay X dollars for each PR, but typically $5000 per month. Rubenstein is allowed certain space on newspaper pages like Page Six of the NY Post, and they place their stories there, be it pumping a celeb to boost their profile or requesting a client's gossip be removed when they are hired to keep them out of the paper. they've got serious pull in the media.

A great move to start the gossip chain for Q and get the word out there, while not making it seem like PR.

I remember way back- beginning of this year- there was a lot of confusion about Triangle, since there were other companies out there that had similar names. Anyway I figure it's time I pull a poker move and go all-in... My haphazard guess for the day is that this Marco character is on the Q payroll as the chief pumper. Actually he pretty much admitted to it. I can't think of any other reason why someone who claims to be an investment banker retained by a corporation would sign onto penny stock forums to "chase away the shorts" as he put it. wtf is that all about. This pseudo-illiterate Wharton MBA logs onto penny stock message forums to boost his client's image? Doesn't compute. A few years ago during the last launch attempt, GLINN (one of the largest and most respected glbt news organizations) outed Q for using a paid pumper to write a positive article in a California newspaper. I posted particulars here about 5 months ago, so feel free to dig them up, or just find them yourself. I think the fake article was written by a guy named Crusader, so you could always use Google to search for GLINN and Crusader. Thats why I try not to lisen to RB that much. Too much paid pumping and bashing. I think QBID will do good on there own without them.

PR firm want raise pps but if Betting Babe is right maybe they can get the word out for the NY launch in October and Subscriptions will raise our pps.

Also, he contintinually says he is only allowed to give out public info. The PR's hadn't been released to us yet, but once they are i the hands of the PR company or newswire they ARE PUBLIC and that's what he says. I agree that it seems desperate, but perhaps they're at a loss of how to dispel the rumors on the boards. Yes, PR should do it, but we shoot down and pick apart every one they put out.

next I will repost Marco's chat verbatim, not summarized as posted by 1BigTip (I think it was he). Read for yourself. He's answering questions, not pumping out his opinion.

Michael Markovsky to Lead Carriage Contract Negotiations

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 2004--Q Television Network (Pink Sheets:QBID - News) announces the hire of Michael Markovsky, who will manage carriage contract negotiations as the network prepares for its public launch in the third quarter of 2004.
Markovsky joins Q Television Network with a significant background in the cable industry. He has served as CEO of the Nostalgia Network, vice president of program operations for Warner Cable and president of Golden West Subscription Television. He also laid the foundation for the Disney Channel while serving as vice president of pay-TV for Buena Vista Distribution, a division of Walt Disney Productions.

His main role with the network will be to finalize several contracts for carriage that are currently in negotiation.

It appears that they moved their uplink from New Orleans to Dallas, which isn't out of the ordinary, but it raises a question, why? and why did they put it in New Orleans only to find out it didn't work well. These questions could be easily addressed. They are on Intelsat 7, which is an older satellite. They could be working on a newer version but thats something you would have to ask them.

For all those interested, in follow to my earlier post about the rumor of 50B share of Triangle Multimedia LIMITED incorporated in 1951, I have sent away today for the OFFICIAL COPY OF "Q TELEVISION NETWORK, INC" FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.....in the articles of incorporation, the AUTHORIZED shares will be listed and I will be happy to email them to anyone who wants a scanned copy of it. I know sunny was getting some stuff from WA, but this will put the nail in the coffin....period!

They need to get this company reporting to get the rumours settled. as far as im concerned at this point, it is a bunch of bashing to keep the pps down. I would thingk that there may be some truth to it though as why would they want to let everyone think it is worse then it is.

there is a reason for not officially releasing the share structure.

He has to get this rumor mill under control soon or it will be the ruin of him.

I still have faith in the stock and am holding long.

I will drill him with as many questions as i can think of when and if i hear bck from him.
