Off the topic but i thought this was funny. Hope it doesnt affect Qbid.

ATLANTA, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Organizers of the Boycott For Equality
are expanding their nationwide walkout to include a coordinated cash
withdrawal from the economy on October 8.
To demonstrate the need for equality in marriage and the workplace,
straight and gay supporters will each take out $80 from their local ATM.
Boycott For Equality expects the action will exhaust the cash in many
ATMs, leaving a reminder of gay economic power to all who try to use them
throughout the long bank weekend.
To further drive home the lessons taught during the Boycott, participants
should refer to the Boycott when communicating with their elected
representatives, particularly when candidates ask for money to fund their
campaigns.
"Let them know you participated in the Boycott," explained Boycott For
Equality Co-Founder Dale Duncan. "Just take your ATM receipt, cross out your
account number, circle your balance, write GAY MONEY on it and mail it to
campaign headquarters in the postage paid envelope they provide. They'll get
the message that nobody in America can be taken for granted."
The amount represents the amount the average member of the Lesbian, Gay,
Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community contributes to the US economy each
day, and could grow beyond the $1.4 billion that LGBT workers contribute each
day -- more than $500 billion each year according to computations by
Washington D.C.-based public relations firm Witeck-Combs Communications.
The walkout combines several actions highlighting the various ways that
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) citizens contribute to the
economy on a regular basis.
Other components of the Boycott include a one-day work stoppage or "pink
flu" day to demonstrate solidarity to employers and colleagues; a moratorium
on spending for goods and services such as gas, food and clothing, to show
retailers what would happen if 7% of their revenue goes away; closures by
sympathetic businesses to make their customers aware of how dependent
Americans are upon each other; and a halt to cell phone use to spread the plea
for equality throughout the participant's network.
Close to fifty businesses and 15,000 people have already pledged to
participate using the online forms at the group's web site. Some major groups
that have endorsed or encouraged Boycott For Equality Day include Don't Amend:
The Equality Campaign, The Advocate magazine, Civil Marriage US, several local
PFLAG chapters, DC Diversity, Equality Illinois and Wyoming Equality.
In at least 36 states it is still legal to fire someone because of their
sexuality -- even if they never bring it into the workplace. And nowhere in
the United States are these taxpayers able to file joint federal income tax,
combine tax deductions, or access their partner's social security or
disability benefits.

Boycott For Equality is an Atlanta-based non-profit formed to promote the
boycott, scheduled this year for October 8. For that day, LGBT Americans and
their straight allies are encouraged to withdraw from the economy in five
specific areas:

1) Stay home from work. Do not generate payroll taxes, income taxes or
add to the economy. If you run a business, let your customers know by
closing for the day.

2) Withdraw $80 from your bank account at an ATM.

3) Don't shop. Do not generate sales tax or business revenue.

4) Hang up your cell phone. Your silence will affect your whole
communications network.

Everyone still awake?

The reason we haven't heard anything else from QTN is because Frank ate the staff. He gobbled down Rene and Steven in shear frustration and then nibbled on Susan and Troy as his afternoon snack. Those that survived can't get to the computers or fax machines. They are hiding in closets, waiting for Frank to make a run to the loo. Sounds like Frank gave up on his diet.

Hope he had a coke and a Kit Kat for desert. Yum. Yum.

Going to the mall now.

Hmmmmmm, blue??????? Cheer up, Sunny.

Frank is the CEO of QBID which will be broadcast coast to coast next week!

Ah ha, now we know who got our crystal ball!
Oops, it does have a few cracks in it. Just teasing.

Our train is still chugging along making more progress. The rise in pps will follow.

What we do know is that QBID had a dedicated following even before it hit the air.

What will happen when it is available everywhere?

WOW! Now that really takes my breath away. . . .

Subject: QBID - Success Story

Wednesday, September 22nd, 2004

This Week's Stock to Watch Q Television Network PINK SHEETS: QBID

Q Television Network is the nation's premiere 24/7 gay and lesbian television network.

Q Television Network is committed to developing programs that reflect the concerns of the Gay and Lesbian Community. Q Television Network will offer a combination of original and acquired programming, which includes sports, fashion, travel, health & fitness, talk shows, plays, documentaries and movies.

With assistance of RCN, Network Teleport Systems and Firestone Communications, Q Television Network will be on the air soon. Over the next 45 days Q Television Network will be rolling out its original programming, which will be 20% life and 10% recorded. Q Television Network goal is to rapidly grow to 150,000 subscribers within the first year and 250,000 the second year.

The company announced that it has completed a second round of financing by obtaining a second loan of $1,000,000 for a total of $2,000,000 and an equity placement of another $1,000,000 for a total of $2,000,000 with its financial backers in New York, thus enabling the company to grow to its full potential.

As executive vice president Steven Grunberg notes, "This is built by and for the gay community. Rather than a smattering of stereotyped gay characters offered because current market projections indicate it would be profitable, we offer a channel that will unite the gay and lesbian audience through a network that educates, entertains and informs - a network of real value."

About QBID: This television network was organized to create and develop a network devoted to providing television programming for the gay and lesbian community. While the company expects much of its subscriber base to be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. The company's programming will be available on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The network will broadcast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures availability of the network across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Since you had the triplets, I can't even imagine what you guys were spending on Formula--I nursed all 4 of mine but then had to move to Formula...boys were consuming about 48-60 ounces daily...no lie...very serious...All were BIG! (90-110 percentile for growth!)

Hope you have family helping...I know you have your hands full. (mine are 7, 5, 2, & 1)

I take care of them myself. Grandmas are great for visits, but then I feel obligated to take care of them as well so it's more work. I think we were going through 4-5 of the big cans of formula a week. It's hard to remember. I don't miss the 24 hour a day feedings and changings.

U.S. stocks tumble on spike in oil, earnings concerns
Wednesday September 22, 2:50 pm ET
By Mark Cotton

NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- U.S. stocks tumbled Wednesday, with blue chips hitting a three-week low on a fresh spike in oil and weaker-than-expected results from Morgan Stanley which rattled investor confidence ahead of the upcoming earnings season.
Oil at one-month high
After seesawing around the $47 a barrel mark in early trading, crude prices took a definite turn to the upside, breaching $48, on near-term supply concerns after the U.S. Energy Department reported a big drop in crude and gasoline stocks.

Inventory data from the American Petroleum Institute confirmed the heavy drawdown in supplies, showing that demand for crude remains strong.
"The market was expecting the worse and got it," said John Person, head analyst at Infinity Brokerage Services.
The benchmark November contract, which replaced the October contract at the close of Tuesday's session, was last up $1.64, at $48.40 a barrel.

A DOLLAR A SHARE?
To some, that amount looks impossible.

Some would say it's a daydream. A few would call it vision. I believe it's a matter of time! Nothing more, nothing less!

"Q Television Network goal is to rapidly grow to 150,000 subscribers within the first year and 250,000 the second year."

Think $500,000,000,000.oo of Disposable Income!

One percent of that is FIVE BILLION DOLLARS!

ZERO POINT ONE PERCENT OF THAT HALF TRILLION DOLLAR TARGET IS FIVE HUNDERED MILLION BUCKS!

$500 million in revenue is enough to carry us to a $1 & beyond!

My question isn't can we actually see a buck a share!

My question is,,, are there any COMBINATION OF CATASTROPHIC EVENTS THAT COULD POSSIBLY PREVENT US FROM BEING WORTH $5 A SHARE?

"All we ever had to do is launch!"

tqn, I was actually smiling and thinking that same exact thought today.
Just did a transfer for few thousand but it won't be ready until tomm. aft or Thursday. That sucks.

RSI is at 32.1!! Now I buy. Oversold big time.

Remember rule of thumb. Buy when everyone sells, sell when everyone buys. This thing is down 20% in 3 trading days, hello.

I'm playing the swing with this and just want to make a few hundred to pay off some renovations. 10% is .0044. Could do that easily.

Still holding 1.5+mill long.

Correction to my morning post. They were not comparing QBID to those companys. Bad choice of words! I meant to say it's associated in the same paragraph as them. Sorry.

Thanks BigTip - Where do you think QBID is going over the next couple of days?

I LOVE THIS POST!

Reason I bought 500K more @0.004 today....

With all the good news we had lately, I wondered what the charts said about the recent downtrend. I compared a few charts. Now I know with pink stocks, maybe the charts have nothing to show, but the pattern I found was VERY, VERY similar. Look at the price from april til now, making a high, and declining since, with some tops and lows on the way down.
Also the volume is low during the decline.
But specially, look at the AROON indicator from august til september(UGHO), and late august til now(QBID)....hmmm

And I know very well, UGHO is a TOTALLY different company, with TOTALLY different products, and the news was COMPLETELY different, but it was just news about an upcoming event, launch.... no news on sales, revenues or profits

This could very well be a stupid comparison, but to me, they look like twins, and combined with all the good news, the launch coming close, I took the gamble.........hey, we all know what UGHO did the last few days )

We'll see in one month's time if I'm right, lol

Here are the 2 charts :

CAN'T GET THE CHARTS TO SHOW UP SO HERE'S THE LINK TO THE POST.

YOU NEED TO LOOK AT THE CHARTS. SO SIMILAR AND LOOK AT POP BY UGHO!

THAT ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS CLYDE. http://tinyurl.com/4o3b2

Subject: QBID - Success Story

Wednesday, September 22nd, 2004

With assistance of RCN, Network Teleport Systems and Firestone Communications, Q Television Network will be on the air soon. Over the next 45 days Q Television Network will be rolling out its original programming...

Anyone notice anything strange about this? News from today, but no mention of the alleged SF channel 250 that is already supposed to be broadcasting. You'd think someone would mention that... Also wondering what the story is with Network Teleports still in the mix. Ah well.
