But just to check it out, (hubby encouraged me to do this), I did call QTN and Susan answered the phone...spoke with her about this new rumor development...She told me that Frank was out...that he'd been traveling all week and that he was very up-front about answering these types of questions. She ENCOURAGED me to call back on Monday for a share update. The problem is that I will not be able to phone...will be out of pocket for most of the day.

To sum it up, I think this is a rumor...the 50 billion shares....but when I mentioned it to Susan, she made it sound like we (investors) needed to clear that one quick...like talk to Frank and clarify shares numbers to ALL...rumors are trying to destroy QTN and I, for one, would like to have the outstanding shares numbers repeated and then WE can post the TRUTH here at Allstocks.

That's all that I know...LOL...must be honest, I actually had nightmares last night about the damn outstanding shares...so we definitely need clarification from Frank and then we will post that info here...lol

Certainly not trying to stir up a bee hive, but this topic was "RAGING" over on RB for the last few days...so, with that much talk, thought I needed to hear it from Frank's mouth...at least someone in the office.

I dont see us moving to the BB with out a r/s of 10-1 or better. And Frank says he will not do a r/s while he is CEO.

so to get to the big boards I see a merger or a selling of the company once it hits between .05 -.10 and then a big r/s shortly after that. that is the only way you will see us listed on the big boards.

IMHO at least. im not trying to bash this I just cant see it going any other way to get out of the pinks

I just feel that the .05 is going to be a big hurdle. i posted the other day that there seems to be a lot of people that have the .05 figure in their head as a significant milestone.

Marco is the most recent to mention it.
I have seen posts where Frank has been quoted as stating .05 as being all that the stock will do. and several others have made reference to .05 as being a selling point for them as well. Im not going to name anyone becasue im not trying to sling mud here. this has just been an observance of mine over the last 6 months i have seen that bench mark over and over again. It may be a coincedence, but that number has been talked about alot.

Thanks Bill for explaining a/s vs. o/s...Makes a lot of sense.

Penny-Trader...hope your training is going well...you getting home-sick yet? BTW, I tend to agree with you about the .05...that has been mentioned quite a few times within the last 6 months or so...I've said this before, but I'll be thrilled with .025-.03...I'm soooo easy to please. I also would hope that we move off of pinks sooner rather than later...QTN gains more credibility to the financial world with that one success!

1BIGTIP--thanks for bringing that list of QTN accomplishments forward. That is a compilation of all the significant progress that Frank has made...it's good info for new investors to see. Thanks!

Even my Mom (who associates "share" with being generous) would question the screaming caps posts and the timing of his attacks.

Sunny, RB has been accused of being, in additiion to other things, a pump and dump.

I found it to be a bash and laugh all the way to the bank. An example would be ALTI last fall. They bashed and bashed. A lot of people sold around $1.30 right before it went to around $4.

The intensity of their bashing influenced me to question their motives and hold another two months.

Now, less than two weeks from October 1, they are hitting QBID hard. I find that very, very reassuring.

I have made some mistakes in buying and selling.
I have learned much here, and have much more to learn about trends, charts even terms used.

However, in my experience, intense bashing has been the most consistent predictor of a jump in pps. We just don't exactly when it will happen.

We are kinda like the Wright brothers before their historic flight. Many ridiculed and predicted failure based on their prior attempts.

They ignored the small steps of progress that the brothers were building up for the success.

The naysayers stuck with their predictions.

Why? Perhaps it was lack of vision or reluctance to admit that they had been wrong or even that they held religious views that God didn't want us to fly.

Fastforward to QBID:

Yes, there is still much work to be done. Progress is slow but steady.

We have a CEO that has made mistakes AND has learned from them.

Our primary audience is eagerly awaiting the opportunity to purchase our product.

Why would anyone who owns property where an interstate is coming through, sell to his neighbor 10 days before getting other offers?

Better question: Why would the neighbor make the offer?

However, ALTI, SIRI and others have been down that road. How often have you seen stocks get bashed on TV one day and take off the next?

We can't control the market. The only control we have would be our own actions.
