Just check QBID--saw we closed up by one tick...Also read this latest info about launching...What would make QBID fly would be for us to get an OFFICIAL press release from Frank. No more rumors... Thinking next week should be informative... Off to baseball practice with little ones... Haven't seen SingleDad or Pharm in a while...hope you two are alright...and you too TOBP!! IP: Logged |

What will get this thing moving will be sub numbers that indicate QTV will exceed their goals. All the broadcasting will do is open the doors to our potential. "All we ever had to do is launch!" ------------------ IP: Logged |

ok...can anyone say yes its on the air or not?? we have a bunch of Oct. 1st's and a few its on in san fran and even 1 its on in new orleans. trusting a rep for any utility type company on the phone is like the old game show where ya picked between 3 doors, ya might get a new car and ya might get last weeks garbage. Hello everyone... I believe we will see some outstanding PR's next week. It's my understanding that investors are a little gun shy, given the last attempt to launch this gay television network. Did I not here most of you share that 9/11 was a major impact and that's why we suffered greatly all around. God Bless All... I do believe they are waiting for 9/11 to pass so we all may have something to celebrate. IP: Logged |

quote: Sold about 80% of it at the first delay for roughly 1200% profit. Just keeping a handful around for poops and giggles. How is your 'investment' doing?
quote: Actually, back in March/April when U4 and everyone else here was saying it would be at $1 or $2 by September, I told him and everyone else here that if it did in fact hit $1.00 this year, that I would go to the party with a shirt that said "I am a moron, U4TSAF2 is God"... I also said that I would wash his car and be his personal slave for the day, fetching him food and beer. Obviously I wouldn't have made that offer if I thought it really could hit $1 this year. Instead, I predicted a high of .03 to .05. So far our high is .028.... so who was right? Me who was only under by .002, or you and everyone else who was over by .98 to 1.98? Oh but wait you're right... it really IS good business sense to delay for the 5th time............. -R IP: Logged |

I agree. This market is going to be boring and not much will happen until after the wacky season (meaning the elections). Theres just not a lot of interest in moving in general with the market right now and the only ones that will move will be the stocks with extraordinary news. Good news isn't going to do anything but spike a stock price. I have seen good penny stocks with what I thought was great news, including this one, and we get a brief spike then back down. So, the only way I think we will make a hugh move in price is proof of subscriptions. Meaning right now during this bad market. By the first of the year when the penny's start doing good on there merits and not on PR we will move at that time if something extraordinary doesn't happen by then. Ric

penny-trader That sounds good to me... I am thinking in like two years Qbid maybe at .75 - 1.00 range... I hope a lot sooner than that, but I am willing to wait another two years... What I like is that when we get good news at .3-.4 range a 5% increase is .015 -.02 increase, lol, for some that will be A LOT of money, for others it still will be a lot IP: Logged |

From another board. Courtesy of Ron2w and Inthecurl
Courtesy of InTheCurl "*****From Cathy Kay*********** Cathy Kay sent me this email, and gave me permission to print parts of it here: Hello again Rob! In the meantime, I so appreciate your info and insights! I agree that Q has the right idea in comparison to the other networks in the works, and although others may be jumping on the trendy bandwagon, for now, exposure is exposure at least. I just watched some raw/uncut Q News footage of gay weddings in Massachusetts from earlier this year and interviews with the couples. I was very emotional about it: Seeing the excitement and love (and relief!) of these couples who had been together for up to 15 years - and with families like anyone else - so untrivialized by fancy media production made me feel even stronger about the work we're doing and trying to do at Q. I absolutely adore Frank. We haven't had much if any interaction aside from our initial meeting - which was so fun because he has a wonderfully refreshing, direct sense of humor but - for many reasons I couldn't begin to get into here, I am pretty clear that he gets the big picture in regards to forwarding equality through use of the media in such a way that doesn't make sense to most linear thinking folks out there. It's all very exciting and of course, like anything else, a lot of work - but I'm ready to take it on! We have shot the pilot of WOW! and there has since been many changes - which is actually great that there are open and objective minds at the executive level willing to try new things. .) So far all I can say is that our next shoot date will be totally different and we're really excited - and personally, I will have a new role on the show if all goes well... let's just say I have been given the opportunity to create and offer what I am already good at on segments of the show that I'm more suited for! So I am working on that now We will be up and running very, very soon! Also, I am psyched about all the talk out there esp. on sites like Raging Bull ). It's so interesting how QBID is having a huge impact on the energy of having this project be successful on other levels - I love that! So, thank you and also all your QBID pals for your part in all of this which is magically affecting my visions and goals in the most unexpected way Best of luck to you as well!! One Love, Cathy p.s. I don't know if I have an opinion either way if you share that we made contact except that I'm about to set up my message board on ShowbizHypnotist.com"

Off topic here but, Looking for some opinions. Today is my birthday. Looking to buy myself a little present. I was going to get a new dell laptop. I went shopping online and found that PDA might be good as well. I checked the palm pc, as well as the pocket pc. I like the palm as it is nice and small. The pocket pc's seem to have more memory etc. Now the lap top is much bigger but has much more to offer. Also along with this, do I need to purchase a wireless modem for these? I use my cell phone now to stay in touch with my stocks via the internet when I'm away, Just a pain in the A$$. I'm going away near the end of the week and would love to have one (don't know which one) to take with me. Do any of you all have them? What kind and how do you like them. Also what kind of wireless modem do you have? If you have one, or need one. Thanks. Lil IP: Logged |

Hi Lil, I bought a Sony VAIO lately, had dells and gateways before. I also have palms. The problem I have found with a PDA is viewing primarily then charging, batteries, etc. also linking databases can be a nightmare. I have been using mobile computer platforms for years. It just boils down to what you are comfortable with. I need to buy another desktop since mine has bit the dust recently. Most laptops and some PDAs come with wireless. From RB, for what its worth, By: superqbid ALL READ ==>> TIME WARNER By: topdollar15 11 Sep 2004, 08:04 AM EDT Time Warner's Answer (South Carolina): I have e-mailed them several times and keep getting this answer. It must be for real. Good Morning, Thank you for submitting your comment via our email newsletter. We appreciate the opportunity to address our customers questions and concerns. Currently our Corporate Programming group is in negotiations with Q Television for carriage. Upon completion of the deal, TWC will probably carry this network on a subscription basis. However, I have no insight as to how long until the negotiations are successfully completed. Thank you for your patronage, please let me know if you have any additional questions, Diana Smith IP: Logged |

Lil, I am so happy with my most recent Sony Vaio purchase I have to recommend it, but it's a pricier option than what you're considering. I got the Sony X505 series laptop, and it rocks. It just came out. It's really tiny but the screen is plenty big to work on. Weighs less than a pound. I got a wireless high speed card for it and subscribed to t-mobile so I can just duck into any starbux, kinkos, B&N, or hotspot and log on to check stocks & email. It's really tiny, so it fits in my purse. It's amazing. And here's a link that will give you a $200 coupon if you purchase: http://service.bfast.com/bfast/click?bfmid=37920289&siteid=39888121&bfpage=1630353 Sorry for the off-topic everybody, but it is the weekend...
