I'm getting ready to do the same.

This stock is drifting down on uncertainty.

It's trading in this range because investers want to see measurable results such as turning on the TV & being able to see QBID's signal as well as subsciption numbers.

When this occurs we will not be trading under a penny anymore.

In short nothing has changed. It all boils down to a simple bet.

Hi Whiz,

My computer is acting up again--finally got on.

I'm thinking along the same lines--get more at these prices! Just five more trading days until October.

Of course, I'm to blame for the downturn. Almost everytime I buy--it drops!

However, as you state it so well, "Show me a television network that is under a $1".

Suzainiee!

You're right. Genuine broadcasting National TV Networks do not trade for under a dollar a share.

By the way, it's not your fault we're drifting down. It's lack of faith, lack of conviction & lack of dicipline on the part of investers.

Ouch. I'm starting to feel similar about MLON, but I'll let Mario string me along for a little while longer. Anyways, I have a buy in for 1,000,000 shares of Q at .0035. Looks like it is time to swing this again.

well we probably have the month of oct. at these prices, between here & .0055 left. then hopefully frank will announce subscriber totals the first of nov. and if it comes close to 25,000 which being in the citys we are in may not be too hard to get, single digit pennies will be gone for good

Q Television Network is Confident about Future Growth and Innovations Opportunities, Plans Buy Back of 2% of Its Authorized Stock in the Next 6 Weeks
Thursday September 23, 3:25 pm ET

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 23, 2004--Q Television Network, (Pink Sheets: QBID - News). Q Television Network today announced that its board of directors approved the first round of buy-backs for QBID common stock, beginning with two percent of its outstanding shares of common and/or preferred stock within the next six weeks.
"We are confident in our long-term growth, profits and shareholder value through our innovation and execution. We have been successful in addressing both the technical problems as well as the financial hurdles that stood in our way and we are now poised to grow our business into the ultimate gay and lesbian network," said CEO Frank Olsen. "We will aggressively move forward in our chosen field and maintain our position as a network leader serving the gay community. Based upon current market valuations by media executives, a gay and lesbian channel of this magnitude will be worth in excess of a billion dollars. This buy-back signifies the strong commitment to our shareholder base and is indicative of the confidence that we have in the success of our company."

About Q Television Network

This television network was organized to create and develop a network devoted to providing television programming for the gay and lesbian community. While the company expects much of its subscriber base to be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. The company's programming will be available on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The network will broadcast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures availability of the network across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Safe Harbor Statement

As a cautionary note to investors, certain matters discussed in this press release may be forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Such matters involve risks and uncertainties that may cause actual results to differ materially, including the following: changes in economic conditions; general competitive factors; the television network's ability to execute its business model and strategic plans; and the risks described from time to time in the company's Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

If they plan on buying back 2% of the common shares, what is the O/S count? I would assume they know now if they plan on buying back 2% of it. This is good news and I'm not trying to be negative, but the PR does say that they "plan" on buying back 2%. Planning and doing it are two different things. If he really wanted to bring the PPS up, he should have waited until he finished buying back the shares, then announced he already did it and at that time, given us a concrete number for outstanding shares.

It would mean the outstanding shares would be lower thus making them worth more because there are less of them. (Higher PPS)

I agree, if Frank goes through and actually does this, it is great news. The "first round" part was the most promising aspect. However, we still do not have a concrete number for the O/S.

from another board
9.5 Billion, Read on.......

Posted by: georgeking23
In reply to: None

Phone Call with Frank Olsen Summary-->100% ACCURATE.

1. a/s is 50 billion. The increased shares are restricted for 5 years and are only there if needed to back up the financing and assets. These shares will most likey never me issued but was need to get financing and to back up assets.

2. The o/s remains at about 9.5 billion shares. The o/s has not been increased by a single share since around April. They issued approx. 2 Billion shares for cash to get Network where it is today. Ready to go Nationwide by Oct 1.
The o/s and a/s will be PR'd & made clear by the end of next week the latest most likey.

3. Mr. Rubenstein is a 72 yrs old and a friend of the family. He is taking us on as one of his smaller clients because he believes the product we have is excellent and the timing could not be better to build the Q Television profile amongst the G & L community. His clients are Lifetime Televisioin, NY Yankees, Sony,...enough said
The agency will help brand Q Television Network by using its 50 plus years in the communications industry.

4. Mr. Olsen is concerned and aware of the Market Manipulators, Shorts, and Bashers that freqent the internet. He said they dont have much time left. "Let them have their fun for a few more weeks. What we have done with Q Television moving it forward the last couple of weeks will have their heads spinning."

5. Firestone Communications has recently launched their own network. Go look at the carriers they have and their niche.
It was a key move for carriage negotiations with their relationships in the industry.

Guys, Mr. Olsen was very clear about all the above. Our conversation lasted about 7 minutes. I have never, I mean never felt better about my investment here. DO NOT let the trash in here where you down. Ask yourself why are they so concerned with Q if they are not shareholders. These guys want you to sell so them can buy your share on dips to flip and cover their short positions.

6. Mr. Olsen will be in NY on OCT. 6th meeting with a large carrier.

7. Mr. Olsen owns 51% of the approx. float 9.5 bill. Insider also hold 10% range.

Me talking, this means the Trading float is about 3 billion tops. If the float was 40 or so billion like basher claim the volume would be much higher than 125-150 mil. avg for the month of Sept.THE VOLUME WOULD AVERAGE IN THE BILLIONS DAILY OF THAT 4O BILL WAS TRUE. ITS NOT. DONT LISTEN TO THESE SHORTERS AND SWING BASHERS. JUST ASK THEM WHY ITS THEIR CONCERN IF THEY ARE NOT SHAREHOLDERS.

I'm not so good with math, but if they are referring to 9.5B O/S, 2% of this would be 190 million shares taken off the market. Which IMHO is excellent news for share holders.
