WELL I'M IN VEGAS THIS WEEKEND BUT ONCE I'M BACK, I'LL BE SURE TO DO SOME RESEARCH. THOUSANDS OF SMALL COMPANIES OUT THERE SO I'M CONFIDENT WE'LL FIND SOMETHING.

THE ADDED BONUS IS THE GAY PROGRAMMING.

I'M SURPRIZED THAT PEOPLE LIKE THE NFL DON'T HAVE THEIR OWN STATION. SAME GOES FOR ALL THE OTHER ITEMS OUT THERE. NASCAR, NHL, NBA, MLB, ETC.ETC.ETC.

THINGS ARE GOING WELL. I'M STILL EATING/DRINKING FOR FREE! I'LL BE GETTING SOME SLEEP ALSO LATER CAUSE I AM DEAD RIGHT NOW.

That's cool. I couldn't find one either but I did find an International TV Network that hasn't been on the air yet that trades "UNDER HALF A PENNY!" You guessed it. QBID! All things considered, you know OS & market cap & stuff like that, the way I see it...............

All they have to do is launch!

I'M JUST MOVING THIS UP AGAIN SO THAT IT DOESN'T GET LOST IN THE SHUFFLE.

NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO ADDRESS THIS WHEN IT COMES TO O/S AND WHY QBID CAN'T GO ABOUT .01.

Looks like U4 is not the only one who thinks $4 is realistic. The following poster thinks $4 too just a whole lot sooner........

I posted this a few weeks ago and although timelines are difficult to predict my assessmnet still stands with regards as a very promising near-term gain.

Although QBID and EDIG are to different companies, but they have the same momentum potential..EDIG in the year 2000 was the hottest penny stock around that went from pennies to dollars and I mean dollars...EDIG had what was hot in technology platform for digital video, music/voice, voice/video and player/recorders.That field was explosive and the company yielded superb returns for shareholders, but like all pennystocks, this company came apart and is back to the ground floor without much to show for it..If you placed this in your sockdrawer and came back to see it now you would be surprised to see the high around $20.00+ and this came from pennies..

Now we have QBID and the ever promising G/L channel.Even though this company had launch failures and other setbacks, the time for this venue is now politicaly correct and Americans, folks world over appear to have accepted this alternative lifestyle as part of civil society..If this company can launch their cable cahnnel without a hitch,we very well could see a price range of well over $4.00 within weeks of the announcement..

Here is what I see within the next month or so..On or about May 1st the company will get their launch date, but this is actually the signal or feed..Between now and then,it is conceivable that by the time the feed is on, QBID will be trading at about .20 to .35..So I expect within the next couple of weeks we will trade at .01 to .05..After they get the feed and start their programing, which probably will be within weeks, the company will trade well over $4.00

Now, I may be over zealous, but I feel after just what has transpired over the last few months with respect of the gay community getting much attention without real public outcry for their marriages by radical judges and mayors, their time has come and this cable channel can be huge with the proper marketing..

This is on the same lines as BET,Lifetime,Discovery and a whole slew of other cable channels, this one just happens to be a gay channel.

Yes folks, I think we have here another EDIG of 2004.

Hold this one,but don't put it away...

Have a good day

The actual launch will or should spike this, but I expect a buyout or merger and will allow a tender offer around 4-5 a share..Keep in mind that they are also buying back shares... I do see a dollar without much of a problem regardless of the O/S..A retracement will be based on potential earnings and if 5 million subcribers signup for at lets say 10 bucks a month, this will equal to 50 million dollars a mounth and 600 million dollars per year plus..Keep in mind that the 5 million subscribers is probably conservative and is a drop in the bucket for America alone and worldwide we are looking at a few billion dollar plus company.I think by that time we will have QBID going to the highest bidder and will be taken over at 5+ or even 10+ a share.Or a company like Viacom accepts the merger and we all get a share of Viacom stock for a certain number of shares of QBID..

The potential here is awesome and this certainly will make many millionaires, but I expect many that bought at the bottom will without a doubt sell much of their holdings..It's just the way of human nature verses trading..Take your first opportunity to take profit.

Have a good day

Looks like U4 has been on the right track & may just be the most accurate poster here! If this ever does reach $4 in March of 2006 I'll still have a huge position & looking for this to break resistance!

You know when it comes right down to it,,,

All they have to do is launch!

QBIDWHIZ.

THERE YOU GO AGAIN GIVING FALSE HOPE.

ANOTHER POST FROM THIS QUACK.

LOOKED UP EDIG AND THEY ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION.

IT LOOKS LIKE BUGS BUNNY WAS AN INSIDER TRADER ON THIS ONE. MS. PIGGY WAS HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH BUGS AND KERMIT WHO NOW WORKS ON THE EXCHANGES, GOT WIND OF THE GAME HE WAS GETTING PLAYED FOR AND TURNED THEM IN. BUGS ROLLED OVER ON EVERYONE IN EXCHANGE FOR IMMUNITY.

COME TO FIND OUT, KERMIT AND PIGGY HAD A "FRIEND" ON THE INSIDE CONTROLLING THE COMPUTERS. THAT FRIEND WHOM HAS NOT BEEN DISCLOSED DUE TO BEING PLACED ON THE WITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM (I PERSONALLY THINK IT WAS GONZO OR FOZZIE) HACKED INTO THE SEC DATABASE FOR THE EXCHANGES AND PLAYED GAMES WITH EDIG.

THOSE GAMES CAUSED THAT STOCK TO GO UP FROM

03/13/1998 0.0525 399,000

TO

01/24/2000 22.750 12,890,898

ALSO, THERE IS NO SPLIT CHARTED!

NOW WITH THE O/S AND NO REVERSE SPLIT THE ONLY WAY FOR THIS TO HAPPEN IS TO HAVE SOMEONE ON THE INSIDE LIKE KERMIT AND PIGGY DID.

QBIDWHIZ, PLEASE TRYING TO GET ALL MY HOPES UP. IT'S SO WRONG TO DO STUFF LIKE THIS WHEN IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FOR QBID TO GET SAY OVER .004. I MEAN WITH THE O/S, IF IT GOT OVER .004 THEN I WOULD BELIEVE IT COULD HIT $4.00.

SINCE QBID CAN'T GET OVER .004 YOUR QBID WILL BECOME JUST ANOTHER ONE OF THE PUMPED/CHEERLEADED STOCKS OF THE CENTURY.

GEE QBIDWHIZ, WHAT DO YOU THINK WILL MAKE IT WORK? WHY DON'T YOU TELL US THAT.

there sure is a lot of beefing up of QBID. now its like their expectations are not attainable because of the boasting. we might as well have tom turkey running around with QBID painted on his feathers. i want to believe it will soar, but dam this is risky. BILLIONS of shares outstanding?

THIS IS JUST TO CONFIRM AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN AND AGAIN....

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME HERE FOLKS.

REGARDING THE EDIG STOCK FOLKS.

12/13 MILLION SHARES TRADED WHEN THE STOCK HIT $13-$17 DOLLAR RANGE. REMEMBER, THAT IS UP FROM .05/SHARE

IF A STOCK IS TRADING 10 MILLION SHARES IN A SINGLE DAY, THE ONLY REASON YOU DON'T SEE MORE SHARES IS CAUSE NO ONE ELSE WAS DUMPING/SELLING. HIGH TRADING OF 21 MILLION SHARES IN THE $9.00 RANGE. AGAIN UP FROM .05!

HERE IT IS FOLKS.

$1000.00 (ONE-THOUSAND DOLLARS UP FOR GRABS).

HIGH ENOUGH WORTH THE EFFORT AND LOW ENOUGH TO ESTABLISH THAT IT CAN BE PAID.

INSTEAD OF JUST TALKING ABOUT THE OUTSTANDING SHARES AND THIS AND THAT; PROVE IT.

IT'S WORTH $1000.00. I'M NOT GIVING SHARES OF STOCK AWAY. I'M NOT PLAYING GAMES OF PAYMENT OVER 1000 YEARS AND I FORWARD THE FIRST 93 YEARS. ONE PAYMENT WESTERN UNION TO YOUR NAME ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

SHOW ME AND THEN PROVE TO ME YOUR OUTSTANDING SHARE THEORY AND THE $1000.00 IS YOURS.

NOW SINCE THIS CAN'T BE DONE, WHO'S WILLING TO PUT UP THE $1000.00 IF I AM RIGHT?

PUT UP OR SHUT UP!

I am somewhat new to the penny stock scene, but i am gonna offer this assumption to the board. Please let me know what you guys think.

"Assuming" that Qbid has 8 billion O/S (I think that is what was last quoted), and the buyback has been in place at least a month maybe a little more. Then it would be feasible to assume that Qbid was able to buy in at around the .0015-.0025 range. With this being said, Qbid would only need to invest around $20 million, to buyback half the O/S. If that were done, this company would be in great shape. Now frank stated that the company had been recieving private backing, so one can "assume" that a significant number of the O/S has been bought back by Qbid.
This is all being assumed by me, with a lack of much financial info. so it is just an idea on my part.

Let me know what you guys think

Everybody does there own thing. With my limited reserves Im gonna keep taking money off the table and still maintain a healthy position for the launch date. This is a good bet but not for the whole 9 yards. Im worried when people like the Washington newspaper uses qutes fron their web site instead of being able to quote a live person.

Happy Christian and Orthodox Easter to all. I purchased QBID way back in July of last year. I paid $122 for 500k shares. Boy don't I look like a genius! Where is it headed? What price do I get out at? Will I become a millionare? A lot of questions for a $122 investment. Live large, and live long. These are the type of problems I like having.

Regards,
Johnny

I don't know what you mean by "OUTSTANDING SHARE THEORY" but I'll make you this deal. If QBID has a trade of at least 1 million shares @ $4.00/share in todays shares (i.e, adjust for any splits) but March 3, 2006, I'll send YOU $1,000 if you'll send me $1,000 if it doesn't. (I figure what the hell, if it makes it $1,000 is nothing )

WELL AYGUY:

SEE, YOU POST A REASONABLE POST. CAN THE REST OF YOU SEE THE "NORMAL" ATTITUDE WITH THIS POST. YOU COULD HAVE EVEN POSTED, "I THINK FRANK SAID SOMETHING ABOUT PRIVATE FUNDING/INVESTORS" AND NO ONE WOULD GET THEIR PANTIES UP IN A BUNDLE.

A NORMAL POST CAN CONTAIN BASHING AND WE LOOK AT IT NORMALLY. FOLLOW ME HERE FOLKS. I WANT YOU NEWBIES OR WHO-EVER TO CONTINUE TO POST LIKE THIS.

PUTS UP A TOPIC OF "NEW" INFO WHICH I DON'T BELIEVE HAS BEEN ADDRESSED BUT EVEN IF IT HAS, IT'S SO NICE TO JUST SEE A REASONABLE POST IN THE ALTERNATIVE OF "WELL THIS WELL THAT" AND YOU ALL KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

OK... WITH THAT SAID:

I AM UNFAMILIAR WITH ANY PRIVATE FUNDING OR VENTURE CAPITAL. I'M FOLLOWING YOU ON THE BUYBACK WHICH WE STILL DON'T KNOW THE STATUS OF AND I MENTIONED WHY WE MAY NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT FOR GOOD REASON. YOU'LL HAVE TO SEARCH IT A FEW PAGES BACK AS TO WHAT THE BUYBACK TERMS ARE AND WHERE IT'S GOING (A U4TSAF2 POST). IT A NUTSHELL, IF THAT WERE RELEASED INFO REGARDING THE BUYBACK WITH "BAD" TIMING, COULD SHOOT THE STOCK UP AND KILL THE PURPOSE OF THE BUYBACK WHICH IS SOLELY TO ENHANCE VALUE.

NOW YOU BRING UP THE PRIVATE FUNDING AND GIVE US SOME INSIGHT SINCE THIS IS THE FIRST I'VE HEARD. PRIVATE FUNDING USUALLY REQUIRES A MAJORITY SHARE "GIFT" TO THE VENTURE CAPITAL FIRM GIVING THE GIFT OF MONEY AND THEREBY MAKING THE SHARE BUYBACK USELESS. SO I DON'T THINK WE'RE IN THAT SPOT.

SOMETHING THAT I DON'T THINK QBID HAS ADDRESSED IS THE GOVT. FUNDING/GRANTS/SBA LOANS FOR SUCH A PROJECT.

PUBLICITY IS A GREAT MOTIVATOR HERE IN THE USA. LOOK AT THE PASSION OF CHRIST THAT NO FILM STUIDO WANTED TO RELEASE. THE MAJOR FILE STUDIO'S DIDN'T WANT TO RELEASE IT AND REMEMBER, GIBSON HAD ALREADY FUNDED THE ENTIRE MOVIE ITSELF OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET AND THAT IS USUALLY WHERE THE TIE-UP IS SINCE THE STUDIO USUALLY IS THE ONE TO FRONT THE ENTIRE UPFRONT PRODUCTION COSTS. THAT MOVIE IN ITS CURRENT SUCCESS IS ENTIRELY BECUASE OF PUBLICITY.

TO GET THE JERRY FAWELL AND PAT ROBERTSONS TO PUSH FOR A CONGRESSIONAL BAN ON GAY TV WOULD BE FANTASTIC.

ALL IN ALL, WE ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME.

LONG WEEKEND PAST WE GET TO LOOK FORWARD TO TOMORROW AND THE VERY SOON FUTURE REGARDING OUR LITTLE PROJECT.

JUST SO THAT WE'RE CLEAR ON THIS WITH NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS...

WITH THE CURRENT OUTSTANDING SHARES, SOMEONE HAS TO ESTABLISH/PROVE THAT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE OR I'LL EVEN SAY HARDLY UNLIKELY THAT THE STOCK CAN'T GO ABOVE .10 OR .25 OR .50 OR $1.00 OR $2.00 OR $3.00 OR $15.00 AND I'LL COUGH UP THE $1000.

GOT MY CRYSTAL BALL AND MY CATS MEOW EVERYTIME I RUB HER BELLY TELLING ME THE SAME THING.

I AM IN ONE OF THOSE STOCKS THAT I DON'T HAVE TO READ THE BOARD AFTER IT JUMPS OR LOOK AT TODAY'S HIGHEST GAINERS AFTER IT JUMPS TO SEE IT GO UP UP UP.

I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT AFTER THE FACT THAT ONCE I JUMP IN ON IT'S WAY UP, AFTER I JUMP IN IT DUMPS BIG TIME.

I'M ALREADY HERE FOR ALL THE ABOVE.

SOME OF US FROM .0001

SOME FROM .001

SOME FROM .0015

SOME FROM .002

SOME FROM .003 AND SOME FROM .004.

THOSE OF YOU LOOKING AT THOSE THAT GOT IN AT .0001 DON'T WORRY, THE PEOPLE GETTING IN AT .25 AND $2.00 WILL BE LOOKING AT YOUR .004 ENTRY THE SAME WAY! BE THANKFUL FOR HOW/WHEN YOU GOT IN.

WHAT I KNOW WILL MAKE THIS STOCK EXPLODE IS SIMPLY A PR WITH SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT THAT X-CORP SIGNS A 3-YEAR ADVERTISING DEAL WITH QBID. THEN SOMETHING BREAKS REGARDING THE EUROPEAN MARKET. DON'T GET ME WRONG, IT WILL GAIN BUT SOMETHING TO CAUSE IT TO GO NUTS WILL BE INFO JUST LIKE THAT. OR SOMETHING LIKE WE ARE NO LONGER A PPV AND WILL BE OFFERED/AVAILABLE AS A PACKAGE WITH HBO.

LAUNCH IS THE FIRST. THEN SECOND WILL BE THAT INFO. JUST LIKE I SEE THE "OTHER" STOCKS OUT THERE GET SOME HOT NEWS AND WHAM BAM INTO THE STRATOSPHERE. MDDM FOR EXAMPLE FROM .08 TO $4.25 IN 6 WEEKS BASED ON NEWS.

I SEE IT HAPPENING.

RIGHT PLACE RIGHT TIME.

LOOK AT TASR WHICH WE CAN ADD TO THAT LIST OF OUTSTANDING SHARES VS. GROWTH AND CURRENTLY TRADING AT $100/SHARE.

OH YES, I ALREADY KNOW I'M A CHEERLEADER.

I'M A PUMPER ALSO. QBID IS GOING TO PAY ME FOR PUMPING.

GONNA PUMP ALL THE WAY UP TO $2.00 AND BEYOND AND I'M GONNA DUMP DUMP DUMP!

I JUST MAY HAVE TO KEEP A LOW PROFILE AND TAKE EXTENDED EXTENDED LONG (REALLY LONG) VACATIONS TO AVOID BEING CAUGHT. I'LL BE AFRAID TO GET A "JOB" SINCE THEY COULD TRACKE ME THAT WAY.

GOSH, I REALLY HAVE TO THINK ABOUT WHETHER THIS IS WORTH IT????

LIFE CAN BE SO HARD SOMETIMES.

[[[[[**NEED SOME HELP! BASHERS WELCOME**]]]

Please provide me a list of TV Networks currently broadcasting content that trade under one dollar.

So far only one answer.

Yasukabu said Pridevision @ .70!

We'll accept that even though it's not a network. So I guess we have a list of one.

If you can add to this list please feel free. Thanks for any help.
--------------------------------------------
But with the kind of question I asked it's nice to know bashers have had 24 hours to whine about any little thing they could find! Believe me if there was any networks trading under a buck they would have been crowing about it!

Sometimes it's nice when you can't build a list! Imagine QBID @ .70!

So like I said...

All they have to do is launch!

whiz: If it exists, it would be at this site.

This site lists ALL the cable networks (like TTN) and providers... except TTN for some reason.
http://www .ncta .com/industry_overview/programList .cfm

(remove spaces in the link above and post to your browser. When you get to the site, just hit the submit query button to get a full listing)

whiz: find the site useful? I've done some looking around at other program services and it is hard to find anything publicly traded in this sector that isn't in the teens. Your theory holds water.

I explained to Yasukabu that the reason we're not on the list is because we've yet to broadcast. Yasukabu now clearly understands....

All we need to do is launch!
