Yep! I've been watching this & loving it. We need a little help real time like a serious PR, as an excuse for this to spike on it's next leg up past the penny.

Can someone shed some light for me. I own a lot of shares and believe in QBID. But I found this and it stung a bit.
America Finally Gets Gay TV Network
by Alessandro D'Amico

America's first full time gay television channel goes on the air Friday. Called 'here!' the pay per view channel will
be available to Direct TV subscribers.

I’ve always liked the concept of pay per view: You don’t need to get out of the house, you just sit on the couch, play with your remote, and voila! The movie you wanted to see is !here!

Paul Colichman and Stephen P. Jarchow, acclaimed film producers (Gods and Monsters) and co-founders of here! Pay Per View are behind the new station which boats it is "dedicated to serving the country’s gay and lesbian audience."

'here' will be on Direct TV's channel 170. It will offer two to six pay-per-view premieres each month for $3.99 per movie (why drive to the video store?) The full schedule for the new channel is in the new edition of Monkey Magazine so you may want to keep it next to your remote control.

Here are some of the highlights for here!'s first month:

Sordid Lives
The highest grossing independent gay & lesbian film of 2002, starring Olivia Newton-John, Beau Bridges, Delta Burke, Bonnie Bedelia and Leslie Jordan, Sordid Lives puts a comedic twist on a story of unconditional love, acceptance and “coming out” in a Texas family as they converge for the matriarch’s funeral.

The Night Larry Kramer Kissed Me
Acclaimed filmmaker Tim Kirkman brings David Drake’s riveting one man Off-Broadway play The Night Larry Kramer Kissed Me to the big screen. Charting a molten course through the depths and shallows of urban gay male experience in nine interconnected scenes, David Drake powerfully portrays a multitude of characters exploring and exposing the sexual, spiritual, and political yearning at the heart of gay America.

It’s in the Water
Big hair, eccentric personalities, and Southern manners collide when an AIDS hospice opens up in a sleepy Texas town. As a result, local conservatives are forced to their wits end and rise up, trying put an end to it. Alex, a married woman bored with her mundane social life and distant husband, goes against the tradition of her peers and accepts a job at the hospice. This leads to an unexpected romance with another co-worker — who happens to be a woman.

Canada's PrideVision TV network will be two years old this September. The digital cable station has had financial problems for more than a year. Last winter most of the staff was terminated and the company said it was looking for new investors. Nevertheless it says it hopes to enter the US market late this year or early in 2004.

Hey CashMaker, I already posted that. Go to page 27 and read the responses. U4TSAF2 claims he went to the DirectTV website and did a search for it and found notta. I just did it and found the "here" channel on ch. 170 showing shows for gays/lesbians. Although I dont believe its a 24hr network its just a few shows repeating one another.

No one believed a channel that always showed us the weather 24 hrs a day would be real, right? (TWC) Theres a chance for everything and now a days with all this talk on this subject, QBID has potential! Just keep an eye on it, and continue to follow

HEY BIG:

I FOUND AS YOU STATED NOTTA ON "HERE" GAY STATION BUT YOU FOUND IT ON 170; HUM.... I WONDER WHY IT ISN'T POSTED IN THEIR CHANNEL DESCRIPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE. I WOULD THINK THAT WITH ALL THE HOOPLA THAT PUTTING A GAY STATION WITHIN THE "PUBLIC EYE" WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM ALTHOUGH IT COULD BE A PROBLEM WITH HOW I ENTERED THE INFO.

BOTTOM LINE IS THOUGH YOU FOUND IT.

EXCELLENT POINT ABOUT THE WEATHER CHANNEL AND IT'S 24 HR. STATUS. THEY ALSO SAID THE SAME THING ABOUT A 24/HR NEWS NETWORK.

THE OTHER POINT BEING IS THAT WE HAVE HOW MANY HBO'S? LIKE 12 OR SO. CINEMAX HAS LIKE 8 NOW. EVEN WITH "ANOTHER" GAY CHANNEL AND TO WHAT EXTENT IT'S BROADCASTING DOESN'T PHASE ME BUT REALISTICALLY IT ONLY SHOWS THERE'S A MARKET WHEN OTHERS TRY IT OR TALK ABOUT TRYING IT.

NOW THE ABSOLUTE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT WE'VE BEEN HERE BEFORE AND ALMOST HIT $1.00. .50-.80 EXIT AFTER A .002-.003 ENTRY SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

MARCH 3, 2006

L2 QBID

5X4.00
6X3.99
9X3.98

RESISTANCE IS AT $4.00 AND IF WE CAN GET THROUGH THAT THE SKY'S THE LIMIT

I have directv and was able to get Here PPV about a week or two ago. Just double checked and it's gone. Any way this is the link to the section on directv http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/see/PPVHere.dsp and http://www.hereppv.com/ All it is is like regular PPV all they do is take like three moview in one month and play them over and over. Nothing original at all.

I'm a direct tv subscriber also. Channel 170 is not available presently. On these ppv channels especially the ones in the 170's most are ppv adult entertainment....none specifically called "here" on my satellite, at least not at this time.

All you have to do is go to the directTV main site. Click programming, then scroll down to Channel 170 or do a search for "Here" in programming. Heres the link. True, but it does mean there is room enough in the market for two profitable Gay TV channels.

I'm still here with 5 mil, mostly free shares and holding strong. Looks like we might open down a tick. Has anyone heard from or know of any one who had this stock back when it hit 1.00. Are there any millionaires, did they hold long and loose it???? just curious, wandering what it feels like.

11. Triangle Multi-Media (PINK:QBID) - The Triangle Television Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc was organized to create and develop a network devoted to providing both television programming for the gay and lesbian community. While TTN expects much of its subscriber base will be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. TTNs programming will be provided on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The Triangle Television Network will broadcast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures availability of the Triangle Television Network across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. With an estimated 20 million gay and lesbian people in the US, the market is large and attractive. Disposable spending for this group exceeds $500 billion, advertisers have taken note, making it the fastest growing advertising segment in the US. Recently President Frank Olsen announced it is currently developing the final details of a stock buy back program. The particulars will be announced over the next several weeks

stock buy back is SOO KEY here... WHEN we get details of its extent, there will be a big impact on our PPS, one way or another. It all depends on how many shares have been retired. If we are somehow out of the billions (Not EASY, but as previously stated VERY feasible) we will see a dollar sooner than we can hope for!

ok...enough about 1.00.... llets get to a penny first, LOL... Has anyone spoken to Olsen or any of his staff recently. We havent gotten a PR in some time now. Of course, I like to think this is the calm before the storm. I HOPE they are doing a lot of behind the scenes stuff and they are going to swamp us with a few good PRs. Id expect to see at least one more PR before we are set to go on air!

Wall Street Journal Staff Reporter Joe Flint contributed to this report. Dow Jones Newswires 03-29-04 0100ET Copyright (C) 2004 Dow Jones & Company, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

Sumner Redstone, Viacom Inc.'s chairman and chief executive, doesn't like to admit mistakes. But he confessed to one this month: The media company shouldn't have abandoned plans it was studying two years ago for a cable network aimed at gays, Monday's Wall Street Journal reported.

Such a channel now could "be worth a billion dollars," Mr. Redstone told analysts and investors, and would have cost only $30 million to launch.

Mr. Redstone seems determined not to make the same mistake twice. He has ordered Tom Freston, chairman and chief executive of Viacom's MTV Networks, to come up with a business plan for the country's first gay-themed network. Viacom officials decline to comment on the channel, which is back on the front burner. It doesn't yet even have a name, though Outlet has been discussed.

Viacom's renewed interest comes amid a surge in the popularity of gay characters and gay-themed shows on television in the past few years, led by the high-profile success of Bravo's "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy," a make-over show that turned its five cast members into stars.

The gay audience also is an increasingly attractive target for advertisers, spending nearly $500 billion a year, according to Prime Access Inc., a gay and lesbian advertising and marketing agency in New York. Average U.S. income is about 8% higher in gay households than straight ones, according to Forrester Research Inc.

But the prognosis for a gay channel is iffy. Among the challenges: Some TV viewers would be bothered by its programming, while cable operators might be reluctant to add a gay-themed network to their channel lineup, especially outside major cities. Some advertisers also could be leery, even though the travel, entertainment and financial-services industries already spend heavily to lure gay consumers.

I SIMPLY LIKE THE FACT THAT VIACOM IS STRONGLY CONSIDERING AND ATTEMPTING TO PUT INTO PLAY A GAY CHANNEL WITH NOW A FLAT OUT "OOPS, THAT WAS STUPID NOT TO DO THAT" BUT THEN AGAIN, WE'LL SEE PEOPLE ON THE BOARDS IN THE FUTURE WISHING THEY HAD GOTTEN IN AT .002-.0033 AND BOY I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM ALMOST AS MUCH AS WANTING THE STOCK TO GO UP!

WE ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME.

I'M GLAD I DID IS FAR BETTER THAN I WISH I WOULD HAVE.

GETTING CLOSE TO PARTY TIME!

I think I will raise my exit point to $1.25! I like what I just read.
We're building a great base at .0030 +/-

btw, I dont know that $2.00 is a good exit point. Just think, to be at $2.00, this company would have to be up and successfully running to some measure. That, U4, is the hard part. After that it is smooth sailing. As we get more exposure, more advertising revenue starts to pile in, and before you know it, BAM we're trading alongside other television networks. Now, Im NOT saying this will happen, but if we hit $2.00, im sure this is just the next step. Of course, you may just be happy taking your few million bucks and running with it, but thats just a personal thing!! ;-)

TradeTrek raised the forcast of QBID. Its only going up from this point. I'm in today for another 500,000.
Lets build the base and then shoot up! At least back to the .0036 level!

Exit @ $2.00 minimum for me.

WOO HOO - I want a REAL Vacation...

The kind you can shoot the finger to anyone you want and still walk off laughing and not worry about the bills coming in the next month.

WOO HOO - Go QBID....

If you are smart. No one should have an exit under $1.00 +

Get in while the getting is good. Also, do your own DD.

Thanks,
Chuck

MY EXIT IS DEPENDENT ON SOMETHING AT $2.00

HOW FAST AND WHAT INFO.

IF THE STOCK GOES NUTS UPWARDS, I'LL CANCEL MY LIMIT ORDER IN WHICH BY THE WAY ACTUALLY IS PLACED AT $2.00 AT THIS VERY MOMENT. IF IT'S A SLOWER CLIMB, I'LL MOST LIKELY LEAVE IT THERE. I DID THE SAME FOR MDDM AND HLSH.

I DON'T THINK $2.00 IS AS FAR OF STRETCH AS IT APPEARS SINCE WE ARE ALL SITTING AT THE .003+/- RANGE AND $2.00 LOOKS MUCH FURTHER THAN SAY .25.

IF THE BOMB DROPS OF STOCK BUYBACK AND IT WENT A BIT WELL, THAT ALONE COULD SHOOT THE STOCK UP WARDS OF $1.00 QUITE EASILY JUST BECAUSE YOU STILL HAVE PEOPLE OUT THERE DOING NUMBERS AND FIGUREING WHAT A MARKET CAP IS.

TIME WILL TELL AND WHO OF US CAN COMPLAIN EVEN AT A .25 EXIT FROM .003?

IF YOU CAN COMPLAIN; SHUT UP!

"THE B.S. THAT HAS BEEN POSTED LATELY IS JUST THAT. NEGITIVE AND UNTRUE."

I assume you're talking about me. Since when is due diligence considered BS?

1) Has anyone here been to the office?
2) Has anyone here checked with Time Warner to see if they've even heard of TTN?
3) Why are they not listed with the SEC?
4) Why are they not listed with the California Chamber of Commerce?
5) Why does NTI, their satellite provider, say on their website that they serve hundreds of major clients and Fortune 500 companies, but don't list a single company name that has used them?

What passes as "good DD" on this board is a joke. While I fully expect to make money on this scam, I don't think it's going anywhere near the airwaves or $2.00...

You're right Hippo! This is not a TV station, it's a network & all it has to do is launch. If we see $2 it's because we've got off the ground. from there it's growth. slow or fast either way it's with a potential audience of 20 million. 2 million veiwers & we're already past $1 easy & that may be conservative.

I made $200 today on QBID ! Yeah! Bought at .0027 sold at .0028. 5%. Still holding at .0031 & .0036. I'm done today and hopefully it stays around this mark so I can buy again when funds clear. Counting the days to launch time! I see money signs in my head.

WELL ROBIN, I THINK IF ANYONE HAD BEEN POSTING "BAD" INFO ON QBID, THAT WOULD BE ME WITH A FEW OF MY POSTS. I THROW IN SOME GOOD STUFF BUT I HONESTLY TRY TO BALANCE AND IF SOMETHING IS BAD, I FEEL "REQUIRED" TO POST IT AS LONG AT IT PERTAINS TO THE COMPANY. I SEE IT THAT WAY AND MOST HERE SEE IT I BELIEVE THAT WAY CAUSE NO-ONE HAS POSTED "U4TSAF2, WHY ARE YOU BASHING LIKE THAT?"

WITH REGARD TO ALL YOUR QUESTIONS, OK SEEM LOGICAL.

THE BOTTOM LINE THAT REALLY MAKES ALL YOUR QUESTIONS MOOT ARE AS FOLLOWS:

QBID ON VOLUME FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS OR SO HAS BEEN THE TOP VOLUME TRADED OF ALL STOCKS. THIS INCLUDES NYSE, NASDAQ AND OTCBB/PINKS. LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN, OF ABSOLUTELY ALL STOCKS, ALL OF THEM, QBID IS AMOUNG THE HIGHEST IN VOLUME. ADDITIONALLY, IT'S TRADING UPWARDS OF $1 MILLION DOLLARS A DAY CASH WHICH IS ABSURDLY HIGH COMPARED TO MOST PINKS.

I HAVE SEEN THROUGHOUT MOST POSTS THAT YOUR QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS. FOR EXAMPLE, I DON'T THINK MICROSOFT IS REGISTED WITH IT'S VERY OWN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. CHECK AND SEE BUT I DO THINK I'M RIGHT.

AND THE MOST IMPORTANT QUOTE COMES DIRECTLY FROM YOU:

"While I fully expect to make money on this scam"

EYE OF BEHOLDER AND IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY BIT OF DIFFERENCE WHETHER IT'S A REAL STOCK OR A FRAUD/SCAM, WE ARE GOING TO MAKE MONEY!

YOU COMING TO MY PARTY?
