I want to start a regular non-IRA account, but I'm completely nieve of the tax laws and what not where that's concerned. So I figure until I'm educated a ROTH is the simple way to go.

Not that this is happening to me, but recently a freind of mine was in a car accident (which was her fault and she's being sued now) and it got me thinking. I have a ROTH IRA. So if I got sued and I dont really have any money to give... so that means they would go after my assets right? Can they go after my ROTH or is that safe?

I know it wasn't exactly a realted topic... but could someone answer my ? about IRA's/ lawsuits? There have been a couple of occasions where I didn't get responses (on the QBID thread I mean)... I don't know if I'm posting too late in the day or what? Another time I had some tax questions... no response.

Don't men to bug, but you guys are the smartest people I know when it comes to this stuff. Especially DIANA. That's the only reason I ask so many ?'s.

Also, calling your local cable dealer wouldn't make a difference unless they are a sole subscriber from someone like TTN, would it?

Also, I would love to have all the potential subscribers Phone #'s and emails in the WORLD. I can call them and email them. I have a cell phone and unlimited minutes. My company pays my bill and never ask for a copy of the phone calls.

Shoot me #'s and emails and what I should say or ask.

How do we know that Pridevision is going off the air? From what I see we have some news about them laying people off and putting themselves up for sale late 2002 but that's it... it looks like they were bought by Headline Media Group Inc. Was there a recent press release or...?

This is important, because at http://www.pridevisiontv.com/p/usa.asp they say we are invited to be part of their journey to the USA. I don't understand flake-talk much, but I think it means they are planning to start broadcasting down there!

They are the gay branch of the Republican party and they're pissed off at Bush. So, they've released a commercial with Dick Cheyney talking about how we should not do anything at the federal level about gay marriage.
