It amazes me how this stock trades within such a small range with the volume this stock has continually had over the past month. I'm sure everyone else has noticed but just thought I'd post it.

For all the bashers and non believers.

Look at it this way, if all this is fraud, if all this is a scam, We will sue the living daylights out of whomever is behind it and take everything they own. So either way - You will be rich if you're a part of QBID.

Isn't this a trade show, can anyone just walk in? If so I'd be in for a couple a bucks of chump change.....I do a few trade shows a year in Vegas, Florida, San Diego, etc and security is pretty tight, I've already forgotten my id in my room and was refused entry until I could go get it....

I just requested for May 2-3 off from work. Now all I have to do is come up with the money for a hotel room and the gas down there and back. Trust me, with the amount I have and at the level I purchased. I want to know.

Also, you can sue all day long. The winning of a law suit doesn't guaranty you will ever collect. So what, someone wins a lawsuit, the loosing party can claim bankruptcy. Or, ever heard the saying, you can't get blood from a turnip? If we loose, we loose, suck it up , claim it on your capital losses and find another investment to break even. Its about money mgt. and how to control your losses with winnings. I am winning all the time. not much, but I am winning due to time mgt of life and mgt of my losses.

If you want to know about the convention. Help me with the cost, every little bit will help me. I am going, so, all that matters is if I can come up with the spare change.

Thanks,
Chuck

Chuck, why spend the night? Unless you're making a weekend thing out of it, just go into the trade show for a few hours and get out..Since you're only 6hrs away, head back home and the first thing you need to do is get on the computer and post here. In fact if you do end up going I'll give you my cell # so we can keep in touch. or get a motel for $40. At the level you got in, that should be no problem. Keep us posted.

Entrance to the convention is a little more than a hundred dollars, remember it is open to the paying public but the intent is to give cable and sattelite operators a look at what each network has to offer. So instead of emailing hundreds of cable operators telling them about what QTV can offer we simply get all the cable and sattelite operators to come to us.
As to why the price didn't move too much on this news, remember we were in a pretty strong short term down trend, MACD was quite bearish. MACD is now rounding the bottom and we should staart an up trend from here.

6hrs-6.5hrs, yes.

I got the cost of the hotel. Just the gas. geeeeesh that has gone crazy lately.
6hrs at 65mph with 20mpg at $1.70 per gal will cost me about?

$70 bucks in gas about.

P.S. The investement I have in QBID is from selling my ICOA stock and moving the funds over. Its all free $ and shares. I am not wealthy, just have alot invested from FREE money.

Thanks,
Chuck

I read that also, but I emailed to ask for sure. That is abit confusing, cause that could be emplied that is the cost for a non-member to exhibit. I am just a spectator. anyhow I emailed that same question to the convention.

$CASH: I will e-mail you in a few minutes requesting your address. I will send you a check for $100.00 and you go down there and get the info we all need. Then, you get 1 BigTips cell # and call him so he can let us know on this site what you found while you are still there. Sounds like a plan to me.

How about this idea for chuck. Why dont we all chip in say $50 and we'll invest it in QBID..Lets say we get 30 people to do it. Thats $1500. QBID goes up 20% from where we buy it .0028 - .0033. We make $300 profit. We sell everything, we all get our $50 back and Chuck can go to the convention with the profit. All for a good cause. WE WILL SEE HOW REAL THIS IS! Is that plan illegal? Of course we have to put it into 1 persons account.

This is what I have decided.

$150.00 to get in
$ 75.00 for the gas
----------
$225.00 for the ordeal (ruffly)

So, I will pay $25.00 and all other fee's involved( flat tires, missing sleep, wear and tear, hotel-(if so choose) etc).

Question do we have 20 people that can spare $10.00 each? (***I will post each person that donates and how much, on this site***)

Also note, I can do some DD on HERETV, VIACOM, all other's that anyone wants me to check into.

Lets check this stuff out people. I just wished someone lived near the address of QBID to check that out.

Thanks,
Chuck

I'm in for $10! Now we need 9. Wow, I can't believe this might happen. I can send money through paypal which is the fastest way to get it. I will also accept responsibilty to post all comments from him once he's there since I was the one with this idea. I'll email you with my email address.
Either way I look at it, it might be the best $10 I've ever spent!

RG,

It means Due Diligence. Don't worry about asking questions, people on this board are an awesome resource. They would rather have you ask questions then blunder into a big mistake.

I discovered this board late last year. Several users posted some excellent advice and I have followed it.

You will discover the people that really know what they are talking about and everyone else. Read what people say and make sure you do your own research to back it up. That will let you know the people that are speaking from a position of knowledge and those just speaking from a hole in their back sides.

well, i went to the time trials at texas motor speedway today and even though security was pretty tight, i conned my way with my friends to make it to the infield and have pizza and beer on some strange dude's rv roof. it was great. we killed 24 beers and ate like kings. next year i'm gonna park on the infield and parteeeeey. so what is up with qbid now? great news and no movement. april 1st and no movement. sure we're in the green but i was thinking more like 0.005 green not 0.003 green. i guess we won't really know anything till may. i'll check in tomorrow. too drunk to type now. damn coors light. hope we go up some more. peace.

I REMEMBER A SMALL TV STATION STARTED EARLY 80'S THAT EVERYONE THOUGHT WAS A JOKE.

INSTEAD OF SHOPPING AT THE MALLS AND STORES, LET'S PUT THE MALL RIGHT ON YOUR TELEVISION.

CALL IN AND ORDER WHAT YOU SEE, BUT YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO ONE OF OUR STORES AND PICK UP YOUR ORDER. NO WE DON'T SHIP UPS.

STORES SET UP IN OUT OF THE WAY PLACES MIND YOU AND NOT SO MANY OF THEM.

OK, THINGS GOING ALRIGHT, LET'S EXTEND OUR BROADCAST. GEE, NOW WE HAVE TO SHIP UPS. BUT WILL WE BE ABLE TO EVEN COMPETE WITH THAT OTHER SHOP AT HOME STATION THAT HAS BEEN DOING THIS LONGER THAN US AND HAS A MUCH LARGER CLIENT BASE? GEE, I DON'T KNOW!

GOSH, CAN WE GET A SATELLITE FEED FOR THIS, IMAGINE THE BUSINESS IF WE COULD PUT THIS SIGNAL EVERYWHERE.

WELL SO FAR SO GREAT.

THE COMPANY....

HOME SHOPPING NETWORK.

THE OTHER NETWORK THEY OVERCAME....

QVC.

NOW EVEN THE MAJOR STATIONS/PLAYERS LIKE NBC AND ABC HAVE THEIR OWN BRAND OF SHOP AT HOME AS WELL AS THOSE NOT SO FAMOUS TV STATIONS YOU CATCH ON CABLE/DISH.

I'LL LET YOU FIGURE OUT THE MORAL OF THE STORY.

You're preaching to the choir U4! I grew up watching my father go to work every day at Channel 7 Washington DC. They used to belong to the Evening Star Broadcasting Company, WMAL. They sold the station now WJLA for over 100 million dollars. That was in 1979 or 1980! But we're not talking about a station, we're talking about a network & this is 25 years later when Super Bowel commercials go for millions for a 30 second spot.

All they have to do is launch!

Hello to everyone on this board. I've been over on the marketwatch board for a while and just found out about this qbid board. After looking at just a few of the tons of pages already posted, it appears that there is a very knowledgable group here. Good luck to everyone. Although this company has a very troubled past (to say the least), some very nice connections have been formed and I'm crossing my fingers that this time the launch will go off with minimal glitches. This is a tremendous idea, with millions upon millions to be made if done correctly .... hopefully our company is the one at the forefront.

WELL FRANMAN, HISTORY DOES REPEAT ITSELF AND THIS IS MORE TRUE IN STOCK THAN IN ANY OTHER FIELD.

SO I'M TOTALLY DOWN WITH A FRAUD AND CRAP STOCK LIKE QBID. I'LL ACCEPT THE SCREWING AND EAT ALL THE CRAP WITH A ENTRY AT .002 WITH A IDENTICAL HISTORY OF ($1.00 HAHA) .45 AND HIGH OF $7.00.

OH, LET'S SAY WE REALLY GET SCREWED AND CAN ONLY EXIT AT .25. MAN OH MAN WILL I BE SCREWED THEN. I FEEL ESPECIALLY BAD FOR THOSE RIDING FREE SHARES WITH AN AMOUNT SOMEWHERE IN THE STRATOSPHERE AND ONLY BEING ABLE TO EXIT AT A MEASLY .25.

THE BRIGHT SIDE IS THAT MOST OF US IN AT .002 WILL ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO EXIT WITH CASH IN HAND AT .25 ALSO CONSIDERING THE STOCK RIGHT NOW IS TRADING $750,000-$1MILLION DOLLARS IN CASH AT .002-.003.

WHERE'S MY CRYING TOWEL???

Well, I don't know what to make of that last post ...... although I do know that any intelligent investor ( except possibly a pump/dump artist ) would recognize that there were signigicantly less shares when this stock came from where it did a few years ago. With about 7.5 billion shares, I'd root for the stock to achieve .01 or .05 or even .10 before $4.00 (which would put the market cap at an astronomical 30 billion dollars). I may be new to the board, but don't yell at me with your all caps garbage. Thanks.

Fran, yeah four bucks is a little lofty at this point. However there is a buyback going on the exact details of which none of us know. As far as the past failures, the reasons for the failures are too realistic considering the intent of this company to not be true. One was infighting..... come on it's a company run buy homosexual guys and some girls....THERE"S GONNA BE INFIGHTING. Two nancies wear the same shoes or same shirts and the day is lost to hair pulling and name calling. There is one major difference this go around from last, this time we are getting on the air. There is simply far too much cohesion in the gay and lesbo community at present to let this flop. Mistakes of old have been corrected. We are on schedule for our May 15 soft launch. Our booth location at the convention is consistent with a company intent on impressing as many cable and sattelite companies as possible. This next month will be a furious one filled with anticipation.

DQR,

Where do you get your facts about gays and lesbians? That would not happen unless you were watching a sitcom, since that's what straight people would expect to see. In reality, the two guys would do one of two things: a) point and say the other looks fatter, or b) never mention it since they're not out of the closet and nobody would be the wiser (this is the most likely scenerio). Also, there is very little cohesion between the gay and lesbian communities. Which is why 10% of the population still has second class citizenship. That having been said, I'd laugh my ass off if I saw one bitch-slap the other!

BTW, when did Frank and the rest of the staff say they were gay? Maybe they're just a bunch of straight people who see where some money can be made... sound familiar?

I want my gay TV!
Network plans to offer signal via satellite and cable
PALM SPRINGS, Calif. -- Triangle MultiMedia Ltd., Inc. (QBID) has announced the creation of a new television network. This 24-hour channel, featuring a broad spectrum of programming directed at gay and lesbian audiences, will be offered to cable and satellite systems throughout the United States.
The network will feature original plays, motion pictures, series and documentaries as well as sports, travel and lifestyle programming combined with live news broadcasts and specials. Triangle MultiMedia Ltd, Inc. has contracted with Network Teleports Inc. and its president Barbara Lamont, to coordinate the launch, webcasting and uplinked on a popular C-band cable satellite whose footprint reaches all of North America.
Providing all technical and programming aspects are met, the network will have a "soft" launch by middle May 2004, running one-hour sampler programming blocks in various dayparts to give cable operators a chance to preview the network. Regular programming will begin transmission via satellite and will be available as a subscription channel on selected cable systems once all transmission issues have been resolved.
In addition, Chairman Frank Olsen has created a sponsorship program aimed at large corporations. These select few corporations will receive preferred status regarding advertising and placement on the network during the first broadcast year. The company's sales team has already begun targeting these organizations.
Lamont has served as president and chief operating officer of Network Teleports since 1988. Highlights of her professional career include the building of a satellite telecommunications hub and an independent television station, a background in network broadcast journalism, and a 25-year career as a classical and jazz pianist.
Fluent in seven languages, Lamont has lived and worked in Europe, Africa, and North and South America. She has worked for numerous companies, including CBS and ABC Networks, CBS Radio Network, Metromedia, and served for two years as Director of Operations for the Nigerian Television Network. After returning to the U.S. from Nigeria, Lamont was awarded an FCC license to build a television station in New Orleans. After obtaining her license she built both WCCL-TV 49 and Network Teleports, a major satellite transmission facility. Network Teleports, Inc. was started in 1988 with two antennas and seven employees. As one of the largest fiber-optic interconnected teleports in the world, NTI now serves a wide range of clients, including corporations, universities, medical institutions, oil and gas companies and the broadcast news and entertainment industries in the transmission of voice, video and data.
QBID Overview
The Triangle Television Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of QBID was organized to create and develop a network devoted to providing both television programming for the gay and lesbian community. While TTN expects much of its subscriber base will be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. TTN's programming will be provided on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The Triangle Television Network will broadcast 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures availability of the Triangle Television Network across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Here is the link to the QBID booth at the National Show in Noorlins.

I'm not too impressed with the complete lack of info on the profile page. Other newtworks/stations have write ups and URL links to their home sites. BTW, when did this stop being called TTN and start being called "The Q Television Network"? On one hand I'm kinda worried, but on the other hand I'm relieved that they at least have a booth. Any thoughts?

Well, I don't know what to make of that last post ...... although I do know that any intelligent investor ( except possibly a pump/dump artist ) would recognize that there were signigicantly less shares when this stock came from where it did a few years ago. With about 7.5 billion shares, I'd root for the stock to achieve .01 or .05 or even .10 before $4.00 (which would put the market cap at an astronomical 30 billion dollars). I may be new to the board, but don't yell at me with your all caps garbage. Thanks.
