First, just wanted to say hello, to all you QBID'ers. I learned about QBID, a few weeks ago, and have been busy doing my own DD. I decided to purchase, an undisclosed amount. I have to say i am very excited.

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/-- Triangle MultiMedia Ltd., Inc. (QBID) has announced the creation of a new television network. This 24-hour channel, featuring a broad spectrum of programming directed at gay and lesbian audiences, will be offered to cable and satellite systems throughout the United States.

The network will feature original plays, motion pictures, series and documentaries as well as sports, travel and lifestyle programming combined with live news broadcasts and specials. Triangle MultiMedia Ltd, Inc. has contracted with Network Teleports Inc. and its president Barbara Lamont, to coordinate the launch, webcasting and satellite uplink on a popular C-band cable bird whose footprint reaches all of North America.

Providing all technical and programming aspects are met, the network will have a "soft" launch by middle May 2004, running one-hour sampler programming blocks in various dayparts to give cable operators a chance to preview the network. Regular programming will begin transmission via satellite and will be available as a subscription channel on selected cable systems once all transmission issues have been resolved.

In addition, Chairman Frank Olsen has created a Sponsorship Program aimed at large corporations. These select few corporations will receive preferred status regarding advertising and placement on the network during the first broadcast year. The company's sales team has already begun targeting these organizations.

Barbara Lamont has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Network Teleports since 1988. Highlights of her professional career include the building of a satellite telecommunications hub and an independent television station, a background in network broadcast journalism, and a 25- year career as a classical and jazz pianist.

Fluent in seven languages, Ms. Lamont has lived and worked in Europe, Africa, and North and South America. She has worked for numerous companies, including CBS and ABC Networks, CBS Radio Network, Metromedia, and served for two years as Director of Operations for the Nigerian Television Network. After returning to the U.S. from Nigeria, Ms. Lamont was awarded an FCC license to build a television station in New Orleans. After obtaining her license, she built both WCCL-TV 49 and Network Teleports, a major satellite transmission facility. Network Teleports, Inc. was started in 1988 with two antennas and seven employees. MEDIA ADVISORY

You may recall that GLINN did a major article on the Gay
Television Network the beginning of the year that was
distributed free to all publications and members on our
list. GTN announced they were going to be on Echostar's
DISH Network and Dish denied it. GTN never could produce
the contract they claimed to have. The gay community
has heard little from them since.

However, they have not gone away. GTN which changed its name
to Triangle Television Network has announced at least 3
launch dates and did not meet any of them. There is always
some excuse which fails to check out. A couple of months ago
they announced they would launch on September 5, 2001. They
have issued press releases about forthcoming news and events
and have not executed on any of them in a timely manner. They
have announced a tire company as a sponsor, but fail to identify
the company. They have not announced what network will
carry their channel. They have not provided any verifiable
details.

Now, the most shocking thing of all. The corporations behind
the Triangle Television Network, Triangle Multi-Media, Inc.,
Triangle Broadcasting Corporation and Co-Media Corporation are
all Nevada and Washington corporations. These corporations
operate only in Palm Springs, CA. None of them are registered
with the California Secretary of State as foreign corporations
as the law requires. This means they do not legally exist in
California and they cannot own property, have employees, enter
into contracts or anything else. They do not legally exist.
There are also substantial penalties for this violation of
the law.

This information can be verified on the web site of the
California Secretary of State or by calling that office.

Yet, Triangle Multi-Media, Inc. is a publicly traded company.
Its stock, symbol QBID, is traded on the NASDAQ pink sheets.
Stockholders purchase the stock on the basis of the promised
Triangle Television Network. In reality, none of these stock-
holders own any part of the network. This would appear to be
a massive stock fraud. Also, this is a non-reporting company.

We have long suspected that Triangle and other companies operated
by Frank Olsen from the 1000 E. Tahquitz Canyon, Palm Springs, are
nothing more than pump and dump stock scams. The QBID stock, in
fact, has been recently pumped by a number of promoters paid in
hundreds of thousands of shares of QBID stock. Many of these pumpers
operate on QBID bulletin boards on stock sites trying to entice
individuals into purchasing this stock. Many of the individuals
purchasing this stock are gay/lesbian.

GLINN is issuing this message as a warning and an invitation
to the gay/lesbian media to investigate this for themselves
and develop news articles for their readers.

After spending more than an hour touring GTN, and speaking with the main players in an informal setting on January 26, I can unequivocally state that this not only appears to be a legitimate venture, but that once this programming gets on-the-air, it is going to put a face on gay-related programming that will rock the world!

Upon entering the corporate office, located near downtown Palm Springs, I observed a Dish banner over the reception area, which GTN spokespersons say was provided to them by Dish. While waiting in the reception area for the grand tour, I leafed through the current issue of Expressions (EXP) Magazine (based in Missouri) and noticed a full-page advertisement for GTN: "Gay-TV is Out of the Closet! Subscribe now to the first and only Gay-TV Channel..." Moments later, I was greeted by GTN founder Frank Olsen, who literally dropped everything he was doing to give me a complete tour of the offices and studios. (For all trivia buffs: the studio was once the home of "The Morton Downey Jr. Show.") If this is a scam operating out of boiler room, then these folks deserve an Oscar. After the tour, I interviewed Olsen, Marvin Jenkins, president and CEO of Co-Media, and their corporate attorney, Gary Goldman.

January 23 was delayed while we waited for an expected response.

Interestingly, a news story linked on the GTN web site, dated
January 26, 2001 has appeared on a Michigan gay news web site
(www.metrog.com) authored by a person only identified as "Crusader"
which pretty closely follows the information provided to GLINN. The
author claims to have visited the GTN studio in Palm Springs, CA and
attests to its existence. This story also quotes another report on
the www.tvinsite.com web news site. An extensive search of that web
site fails to turn up any mention of GTN. The author also claims that
Marc Lumpkin claimed on January 26, several days after he was
interviewed by GLINN, to have no knowledge of the situation. The
article states "spokesperson Mark Lumkin said he had no idea what
I was talking about." ("Crusader" fails to spell either the first
name or last name of the Dish spokesman correctly.)

This reporter has to wonder why GTN didn't invite a gay
print publication with known credibility to visit their offices, or
at minimum, why photographs did not accompany the article, when
there are millions of dollars on the line. Why does the author of
such an important story go by a fictitious pen name? This reporter
has to wonder why that reporter did not ask to see the contract or
attest to its existence in the report, something GLINN asked to do.
With the controversy they knew is brewing and the knowledge of
GLINN's news story, it seems like much too little, much too late.
