I'm really happy to see the PPS going higher and higher, not just for us shareholders of the common stock, but also because they will be able to raise a lot of money with the PPM without issuing as many shares as if the PPS was lower!

We're in very good hands, John is an amazing man and an amazing CEO.

Nice to see we're still Rock n & Rolling..

Nitro;
As a friendly advice
Don't watch your values daily..( whether it's liquidation or market) It makes you weaker and more emotional..Just determine entry and exit points, and follow them..
I personally used to look at the daily portfolio value day in and day out;
I didn't see any benefit of doing that but wrong decisions!!

GL

P.S: in penny-land our #1 enemy is our emotions...

jwhite posted this on the RB, he's a vert wise and knowledgeable man so listen to him carefully!

----------

The present run actually began last Wednesday with a low that day of $0.039 ... Wednesday volume was 2,919,200, and Friday volume was much stronger with 11,701,900 shares traded ... Mondays' volume was 9,987,808 shares but the PPS jumped $0.011 which is why I stated earlier that Monday was a weak day for buyer interest. Last Friday's close at $0.049 represented a $0.006 gain over the Wednesday close of $0.043.

What that shows is - the MMs did not naked short Monday, but they did last Friday....

At 11:32:02am Friday PGHI topped out at $0.058. At 14:30:50pm Friday, the MMs started covering their shorts, and began moving the PPS down from $0.055 with a "Cue Signal" of 5000 shares at 14:42:48pm for $0.052. The "Cue Signal" was reaffirmed as to the amount of shares needed to cover all naked shorts with a "Cue Signal" at 14:49:35 and a trade of - 943 shares - at $0.053. The 943 = 943K shares were naked shorts, and "must be covered" before the market closed - regardless...!

When the 5000 share "Cue Signal" was sent at 14:42:48pm - 9,298,643 shares were traded at that specific point in time ... Follows is the trading record for last Friday beginning with that Cue Signal Trade. Read - Bottom to Top.

All of that also was the reason for the Gap up Monday over Fridays' close - With the symbol change coming, the MMs are not about to get caught having to cover above street price. The MMs have covered, and will not naked short again until after the symbol change ... at least not in significant numbers.

We need to take advantage of anything and everything possible; hence, this is a great opportunity for the PPS to move on up...! Then, after the symbol change ... John needs to hit three PRs ... randomly spaced to keep everyone guessing.

Thinking I might double my position tomorrow. Gonna watch morning activity and see where a good entry might be.

Anyone else plan on buying tomorrow? if so what pps range do you think we will see.

I think we won't see anything below 0.058, so thats my buy price tomorrow. Any thoughts?

Moose if the "no short" scenario holds up, the PPS will blow pass 0.06 and never look back again. Please observe the movement early in the trading session and gage your bid accordingly.

Good luck Moose!

.:::: FYI ::::.

Below is the response from VG's. I do not know what was asked from another poster to get the response "Sorry. We don’t have enough resources to provide what you require." just seems out of character. -

Anyway here is the email:

"Sorry. We don’t have enough resources to provide what you require."

In all fairness to this poster, I believe that the question was legit, but the answer was also a valid response. Why I say this is I am sure with all the investor inquires the statement: "Sorry. We don’t have enough resources to provide what you require." is surely the truth and not in their schedule to deal with such questions.

I know as a subscriber to VG's, I have had almost no problems and the issue I had with a game was resolved swiftly and courteously.

This is just my experience with VeeGeeZ(VG)

They really look confused. They bring down the price, then raise the bid

Can someone tll me the best place to go for level 2? I will be going to a different shift at work starting Feb 1 and I want to pick up level 2 so I can keep an eye on things for myself. I don't mind having to pay for it, and I don't want to change brokers just to have level 2.

I believe the name change PR may be out within 20 days... and/or completed by then according to Tommy on page 53... have to go back and reread that.

And a 3rd hub for distributorship? Need facts on that.

Hold long

Now is the time to buy in if you are looking to pick up some more shares

I was not planning to get any more today but if it stays around this price then I am going to call their bluff and raise the stakes for the MM's

Hey guys- the MM couldnt shake it at yesterday's close, so they went for this morning.

A great deal of support at these levels, 13 MM lined up from .05-.056 drooling for PGHI

Right now I am at 4.8 million

I am oing to be putting a good amount of cash into the PPM shares but can also purchase more common stocks. I don't nessarly need the common stocks but I don't want the MM's to drive the price down to far.

Any bids I put in will be to bluff the MM's out of their position and if they fill any part of my bid then that is OK

Remeber, the old resistence point of .05 becomes the new support after a breakout. If they get it down to .051-.052 (CRWN & NITE) I'm buying more- GLTA

I am not a very good one to ask any advise for. I,ll tell you what I will wait until 10:30 and then put in my order. That will give people a chance to buy. There is a good chance that the price will go up on it's own so you will nd to keep your eyes on it and deceide s the what you want to get in at.

I just don't want it to drop too far as I need to protect my own investment

Looks like we're bottoming out- good consolidation move- weak hands doing some profit taking-

Nite should switch to the top bid any minute

For the newbies:
If you bid at the MM's bid for more than 10,000 shares they are obligated to fill your order at that price before filling their own orders- most of the time they choose to up bid. As people choose to buy here at .053 in large sizes- SCHB will more than likely up bid to get around them

People read this carefully! The symbol change is coming in less than 20 days, if we all hold ou shares VERY TIGHT, the MM's won't have the choice but to run-up the price to get people to sell so that they can cover because if they don't, it's a huge fine by the SEC!

Hold Strong!!!

I have not needed to bluff with a bid and the price is going up now.

I will keep an eye on it and if we drop much then I will bluff the MM's back up.

These are good entry prices for anyone buying in and the weaker hands to sell off.

To any of the newer investors in these stocks the MM's are trying to purchase all they can so don't fall into their traps.

I kind of wish that one or more MM don't get the chance to cover before the symbol change so that they do get the fine. It would be a good revenge for all the naked shorting that they do on the OTCBB!

Hi Magoo,

Have you managed to contact JF regarding your intered in the PPM and the amount you want to invest ? just curious as the amount you stated previously in the thread covers the entire funding JF was looking for

For those of you who don't have level 2. Check out this link. It is delayed 15 minutes, but it shows every MM who is active in PGHI. Some Level 2's only show a portion of the MM's.
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/mp_quotes.asp?Quotes=PGHI

It is interesting.....some of the MM's have moved back off of .06 and now the "wall" appears to be at .07. Several MM's scattered even higher. This give a view of the potential direction for PGHI. Very strong bid support at .05. There are 14 MM's between .05 and .55. Cabbage pointed out this strength earlier.

Hold strong and don't let them shake out your shares!
