Over 8 million shares traded and the MM's are still fighting us...It looks like it may take a press release to get this puppy to run past .049....

I'm surprised people arent getting scared and second guessing themselves.

Most of the selling is small trades, except for one 150,000 which is small by some measures. The gap up today was great huh?

Did anyone else catch CESY before it started to move?

Yeah, I watched the whole thing unfold from the sideline. It wasn't hard to recognize who the troublemakers were, one in particular.

Personally I wouldn't mind trading sideways for a while at the 0.040-0.045 level. I've been patient since the 0.008 level so I respect the consolidation and strengthening at the current level!

For those who got in recently, be patient too and you will feel the same way I do when this baby hits .10+!

I was so curious at work that I called my girlfriend up to look @ the current prices. No online access @ work.

Looks very strong... just waiting to blow up.

Very very very good day for those of us in it for the long term. Closed @.043 after bouncing off the low of .039. Proved the strength of the floor....

Plus over 10 mil in volume....

Ascending triangle is looking beautiful...

Next step is to establish .043 as our new floor...then .045...etc., etc....soon we will break .049

Yes... the closer we are to .05 when we get any good news... the better the chance for the breakout... I still do believe we could see one tommorrow. JF doesn't need to be around for a PR to be release. Afterall... we have a PR company. And he also could have written a PR with respect to the web launch before his vacation... We could be suprised... lets see! mach

Personally I do not believe in a PR tomorrow. Not in this week. But I do believe in a 90% chance for a PR on January 6. PPS will be at or above 0.05$ by than imo... With the site it could make us double to 0.10$

Just one man's opinion... :-)

Just got in from work ... drove thru a blinding snowstorm and icy roads this morning and deep slush this afternoon. Ah, the Pacific Northwest ... gotta love it!! But I love this board a lot more!! You guys are great! Wish I had found you a long time ago ... What a great day for all of us! I picked up another 70,000 shares this AM, and am finally tapped out. 201,500 total. Maybe not as much as some of you lucky guys, but I hope it will be more than enough to make me a lot wealthier than I am now. I can't say thank you enough ... this one stock may make it possible for me to retire in 4 years at 55 rather than having to work till I am 62. If that happens for me, you guys are responsible for getting me out of the grind I have been in for almost 30 years now and let me enjoy life before I get too old to do anything.

The only way is to email the CEO and ask him about it (ceo@pghi.biz). He's on vacation for now so you'll have to wait until he gets back.

Either way my guess is that they will release a PR as soon as they have plan for that money to be used.

Being (very) long with PGHI, I’ve been trying to evaluate some long term goals. So based on the success of Netflix, I thought I’d compile some figures for reference/comparison from their latest 10-K and 10-Q reports. Just something to look at as a reference point as things proceed.

Netflix was incorporated on August 29, 1997 and began operations on April 14, 1998.
They use a proprietary software system which recommends selections by creating a custom interface for each individual subscriber.

They believe they are superior to their competition by providing a more comprehensive selection which includes more than 15,000 titles on more than 5.1 million DVD’s.

By the end of 2003, they expect to reach 70% of their subscribers (or 60% of the U.S population) with one day delivery.

Online advertising is considered to be their largest paid source of new subscribers. Third parties that place online ads and generate online subscription referrals are generally paid a cash bounty for each subscription referred. Netflix has agreements with DVD player manufacturers requiring them to place advertising inserts inside boxes and they also have a relationship with Best Buy for promotional efforts. They have revenue sharing agreements with more than 50 studios and distributors to obtain titles for lower initial costs in exchange for sharing of subscription revenues for a defined period of time, generally 1 year. This allows for the acquisition of more copies of each title.

There are 23 distribution centers with an average set-up cost of approximately $60,000 for each. Average size of a dc is 5,000 sq. ft. The executive offices are in a 25,000 sq. ft. leased building and there is another 50,000 sq. ft. leased building for customer service, IT and distribution. Customer Service is available 7 days/wk.

As of 12/31/02, there were 381 full time employees.

As of 09/30/03 Netflix has 80,000,000 authorized and 24,227,548 issued and outstanding shares of common stock.

Revenues and # of Subscribers for year end were:
1998 - $1,339,000 / NA
1999 - $5,006,000 / 107,000
2000 - $35,894,000 / 252,000
2001 - $75,912,000 / 456,000
2002 - $152,806,000 / 857,000
2003* - $191,058,000 / 1,291,000 as of *Sept. 30

Good to see everyone had another good PGHI day.

I to am just getting home from work an now and checking in. I was able to grab some more shares so I am closer to my overall goal.

The best thing is that we are averaging up step by step. When the news breaks we will be in prime position with little to no resistance as we close in on the .05 mark.

I believe that the MM's are going to less of a factor as they are looking at the big boom closeing in. Belive me they are after your shares. That is why they are haveing trouble keeping the price down as shareholder are looking at all the research and are not being bluffed out of their shares.

Hold Strong

Hehe Americanbulls says that:

"Even though the session opened and closed with little change, prices moved significantly higher and lower in the mean time. Be careful, this indicates weakness among the bulls and a potential change or interruption in the current trend!"

"Weakness among the bulls", yeah right! LOL They should instead say "be careful, the MM's are trying to shake the tree to take your shares!"

No PR's till it hits .05 please!!!

If this hits .05 or better on its own merit
it should reach .10 without much holding it back and if the PR comes at that point I would not be suprised to see it fly to .25 and then stabilize @.18 to .20
Should a PR come @.045 in my opinion it would be a costly mistake.I believe TIMING is the key in maximizing your opportunities and Fleming is to calculated a thinker not to take advantage of the strong buying pressure into the end of the year and then come out with something in early January at which time the buying pressure may ease up just a little.Just my thoughts and I have been wrong plenty of times.

BTW....I am sure between all the people on this thread we can put the 500k together that Fleming needs.Maybe we should have a group representative and approach him.I hear Kentucky is real nice at this time of the year.I know MAGOO is in and I am in any other takers?I'm serious!

I agree with the PR timing..It looks like we don't need any PR at this point..Maybe we won't see 25-30% gains in one day w/o news but we will have a steady upward movement..

I would be in favor of this. However it is a PPM issue rather than a group plan. everyone would be investing a different amount and would be entitled to a profit in accordance to the terms set forth. It would be nice to have John Flemming be able to tell us as to how much he has collected in order to see what investment he needs to meet his goal. He may be willing to do that but I do not think it would be in his best interest to do so.

These are some of the questions which I will have for him. I am also interested in another approach which I will need to speak directly with him about.

I do feel that He will have a couple of options for the funding which he needs so it is his decision as to what is best for his path of action.

We are all sitting here without the facts so once it comes to the surface then It will be better to form a proper plan of action at that time.

All is comming to the surface soon.

clay1999, I hold 2M shares since 0.008 and I haven't sold one single share since then. I could sell everything right now and make a crapload of money BUT why just be rich when you can be filthy rich! lol
