Very exciting!! 3 months ago Veegeez.com was #509,880 on the web. Now the average is #162,559 or an INCREASE OF 347,321 spots. It's all on the site for you to see.

All I can say is people are finding out about this site and parent company in a very fast manner. I'm just thankful that I found out about it when I did!!

This thread is incredible and like several others here I am new to OTCBB stocks but this one to me has goldmine written all over it!

I am now trying to learn all I can about TA as I have been primarily a fundamental investor but realize now more than ever the importance of combining fundamentals and TA when making investment decisions.

Some of you guys here are the best that I've seen!!

I wish I were more versed on the topic. I'll read up this weekend. Im unsure as to the final status of this with respect to the SEC (as I am typing this message) If you happen to find the answer let me know. Wouldn't it be great to get this extra boost... we have sooo much going on right now... and a little extra "fire" certainly helps! I think we will get a little boost when the name and symbol change are complete... this is not too far out at all... maybe a few weeks at most.

Wow... doesn't seem to be a day that passes without reading another encouraging post from a long term PGHI shareholder. With so many strong hands, Im suprised there is ever any selling. "To the moon!" Well I'm glad you've read the thread. It certainly has much valuable information. I've personally learned more than you can imagine. We have a fine group of very well-rounded traders here. Many offer ideas, and insight that I personally would never have thought of... We have years of experience and knowledge working together as a great team. I often think we have seperate divisions here... Public Relations, Marketing, Web Design, Tech Analysis, Candlestick Charting, Research... I think you get the picture. There is endless possibility here. Veegeez.com will be one subsidiary of Gameznflix Inc. The possibility of future acquisitions could happen as well.... You never know...

December 26 was a bullish start, with some consolidation, and strong close. After 6 consecutive gaining days, this was a nice even 7.

MACD- Fast has crossed the slow, BULLISH. A comparable point in PGHI's past would be November 25ish

RSI(14) 62.96 - BULLISH, up from 50 in mid DEC

Stokes- fast 58, slow 49 - may see some short term consolidation, IMO it is needed for a healthy BASE, overall 50 heading upwards to 80 - BULLISH

It will change considerbly next week... We are still in a "Bullish" trading pattern and believe next week... we will see continued "Bullishness". Yes we are in an area or resistnce... but eventually the higher lows... will lead to a breakout beyond .05... no problem... When that happens... watch out! You will often find that Level II is inaccurate and not a true refelection of what is really happening in the market. Let's talk about Level II monday realtime. You learn by watching Level II and talking to the board. Many here know much more about Market Maker activity than I. mach

By the way... I see that you've been looking for consolidation for the past three days... It will happen sometime... but we could in fact continue upward... and possibly breakout before we see any considerable consolidation... I too have thought there might be consolidation... at least one day... but each day... it continues upward... You never know... day to day movement is often the most difficult to predict... especially with PGHI. I learned that long ago...

I usually use to hate working on the weekends, but now I'm excited too, because it makes the weekend seem to go by quicker and inturn makes a new trading week not seem so far away...and where you're in a stock like PGHI the weekends can seem to last way too long!

I can't wait till monday so I can get my paycheck (hopefully with vacation pay) so I can 'wisely invest' more money into this company.

I find myself asking my parents, brothers, and even my girlfriend for some money too invest in this, I just wish I had more money, listening to people say they have 2MM shares of this company just makes me so jealous of them lol...

Yep I'm addicted to PHGI, buts its definitly not a bad addiction!

Why am I so confident? Because since I bought PGHI more than 2 1/2 months ago, I've been emailing John F. (CEO) back and forth, and I was amazed at the competency of PGHI's management!

It's rare that you meet a CEO from a pennystock who's so sharp and respectful of shareholders. I suggest that you do the same and email him personally at ceo@pghi.biz, you will see what I mean!

His policy of releasing PR's only after the facts proves that he's all about action and not bullcrap or fluff! He means what he does and he does what he means!

Here's my own guess of the timeline for the weeks to come. It's just my opinion so take it for what it is!

Week of Dec 29th (2003) to Jan 2nd (2004): PGHI files Definitive 14c to finalize name change to GamezNFlix inc.

CANDLESTICK CHARTING PATTERNS
ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERN OCCURING
BREAKOUT IMMINENT

Let's talk about the ASCENDING TRIANGLE... This pattern is occuring here and will eventually lead to our BREAKOUT...

On the ascending triangle, the horizontal line represents overhead supply that prevents the security from moving past a certain level. It is as if a large sell order has been placed at this level and it is taking a number of weeks or months to execute, thus preventing the price from rising further. Even though the price cannot rise past this level, the reaction lows continue to rise. .05 has been resistance on two previous occassions. Reaction lows continue to rise. When we have our final base established at .04 and our new name change and web site are released.... OUR ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERN will lead to a BREAKOUT.

Also keep in mind.... as I've stated before. Because we have no previous buyers above .05... theres is ZERO upside resistance which means the BREAKOUT will be significantly stronger than most anticipate.
.10 and beyond will be here soon.

If you have read my previous post about observations of Fleming (Tommy)you are aware of my opinion that he is a practical thinker as well as being extremely calculated.All that post here realize that there is never any fluff posted about the company.What Fleming wants you to know he allows to be leaked when he thinks it's time.He let us know about the name change and the site and I have to believe that is just the platform for the events that will arise in January.I say this because the best time to promote a product is when you have a captive audience.It is my belief that Fleming realizes we already know what is coming and are waiting anxiously so what better time to make some announcements that we are not yet aware of than when you have an audience with their tongues hanging out.If I am correct in my thinking Fleming will make some major announcements in January over and above what we are aware of which will provoke some major investments and the stock price to soar.This man is a KEEN STRATEGIST he knows the share price will go up when the site and name change occurs and then what usually happens is it will flatten out.That is why I believe he will at that point have new announcements to keep the trend running the share price even higher.This will establish an extremely strong BRAND following for GAMESNFLIX. as well as the monies to grow inventory.I am not trying to encourage anyone to sell or buy this stock,I am merely speaking out loud to recieve some input from others about my thoughts.

I do agree fully with you. Mach has done a great job in the research which he has done and his insight into what he believes the pattern for PGHI will take place.

I am not as versed in the area of research which Mach is but I do have a good feel for how bussiness is set up and run. John Flemming has not missed a step in his approach as to the news getting out to shareholders. I do not believe that he will not release any news until he is ready to or has put in motion the factors to make the statements come true.

John has leaked out some of the information for upcomming news which has stired up much attention. It is going to be interesting the content of that news as he realizes that this will have a strong effect on what the shares will do.

I am hopefull that the new web page and name change will happen as schedualed. These are major factors in the direction which shareholders will take.

It's anybody's guess from there based on management's execution of the business plan and the success of the full blown marketing campaign by Venture Direct Worldwide.
