All the filings and approvals should take about ten days Definitive14c and ticker change.

It is in John Flemmings hands as to when he starts the procedures. I do not know if there is a reason for him to start this asap or maybe he has some reasons we are not aware of at this point.,

Personally I would expect this all to happen concurrently. Name and symbol change and web site launch. Mr. Fleming is a pretty smart cookie. I do not believe this is "coincidental." I read somewhere that he also is an accountant. I would assume that he is pretty savvy with respect to how news and events can impact a stock. mach

Mav, I guess I will point out that the Bollinger Bands are tightening up considerably. This is also a key indication of a potential breakout... "Narrow Bollinger Bands."

This is one of the best post I've seen today... It's a reiteration of Diamonds post but the chart is a good indication of what could likely happen with the symbol change. Worth bringing to the front for newbies.

I wonder what PGHI's new symbol will be...maybe GMFX?

WOW, thanks Mach for that chart, it is a clear display of how a name change can improve the price performance and extend the uptrend pattern way up from current levels (PGHI scenario).

This is the other important chart that newbies should be looking at:

CANDLESTICK CHARTING PATTERNS
ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERN OCCURING
BREAKOUT IMMINENT
(Link Provided)
Let's talk about the ASCENDING TRIANGLE... This pattern is occuring here and will eventually lead to our BREAKOUT...

On the ascending triangle, the horizontal line represents overhead supply that prevents the security from moving past a certain level. It is as if a large sell order has been placed at this level and it is taking a number of weeks or months to execute, thus preventing the price from rising further. Even though the price cannot rise past this level, the reaction lows continue to rise. It is these higher lows that indicate increased buying pressure and give the ascending triangle its bullish bias. http://stockcharts.com/education/ChartAnalysis/triangle-Ascending.html

.05 has been resistance on two previous occassions. Reaction lows continue to rise. When we have our final base established at .04 and our new name change and web site are released.... OUR ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERN will lead to a BREAKOUT.

Also keep in mind.... as I've stated before. Because we have no previous buyers above .05... theres is ZERO upside resistance which means the BREAKOUT will be significantly stronger than most anticipate.
.10 and beyond will be here soon.

Yes... I'm familiar with OMNI. He is that very well known Breakout Trader from IHUB. I believe PSU told me that OMNI was already hot on PGHI. I'm glad to see they are talking about it. Glad to hear that there is market chatter on many different boards. The more people talk... the better for all of us. Also, yes... I look forward to your email response from John Flemming. Anything we can learn certainly will help. It's quite possible for all for all of this to be complete within the next few weeks. Wouldn't that be great! Thanks again. mach

Good to see that everyone cannot wait for the next tradeing session. The more eyes we have involved the higher the volume will go. Everyone who get's involved at these prices will be able to watch the growth once the higher levels are broken through.

Hold strong and watch your profit grow

I think we've found a new trading stratagy here.

Find stocks that are being shorted (most stocks are since it helps the MM's keep prices down and in line with the rest of the market) and plan on having a symbol change. Invest a 2-5 days before symbol change and cash out the day after for a quick +++100% gain $$$ ...just imo

Hehe that's not a very good suggestion here because having everyone dump their shares after the name change would tank the PPS and kill the stock!

Mach here's another plus for the ticker change that you can add to your list.

Having a ticker change means that all past trading activities will dissappear. In other words let's say we trade at the 0.10 level right before the ticker change, after the change people will only see that 0.10 level and will never see that the stock used to trade at the sub-penny level prior to the change! Unless they knew about PGHI before the change, newbies coming in after the change will think that they are investing in a whole new company!

Is there any way to find out what the float was on ISPA/SFNM when it changed?

If you have any GTC sell orders in place for your PGHI shares, you may want to doublecheck them. I have personally moved the biggest chunk of my shares to a GTC over $5.00. If/when it ever gets there, I would be a very happy investor!

For the "trading" chunk of shares, I have staggered GTC's in from the .10 range up to $1.00. I'll continue to evaluate these as events unfold over the next couple weeks.

Hey guys, I found another example of apparent MM short covering with a name and symbol change. ISPA changed to SFNM back in June of this year.
Sorry I do not know how to post the link from stockta.com but here is the bottom line you can check it out for yourselves.
The last trade on ISPA the day before the name change was at 0.44 (up 0.10 for the day).
But get this, it GAPPED up to $3.00 right after the ticker symbol change!!! Can you believe this folks?
Every example that I look at has had multiple 100% jumps beginning a couple of days before and continuing for 1 or 2 days after the change. AND, all this WITHOUT ANY OTHER NEWS WHATSOEVER!!
I've said it before but where can we go with all the things we have coming up the rest of December and into January!!??
Could be a MOONSHOT guys!!
I'm strapped in how about you?? This is way too much fun.
Talk to you guys later. Gotta calm down again.LOL

My E-check finally cleared and has posted to my account, so I can pick up some more shares tomorrow. My question to the board is, what is the lowest price I should bid? I am at work the entire time the market is open and don't have access to my account from there, so I have to put in a GTC order before I leave for work in the morning. I have a nice little amount already, but would really love to pick up some more and don't want to get left out.

Mach,
sorry for the late response..Me and my wife had some company, so I couldn't reply earlier..

The message below summarized EXACTLY what I think..There isn't much to add..I believe the price will go "to the moon" bacause of the necessary steps management will take, not because of naked short covering.. However, I respect all the contrary opinions, and would be more then happy if it's true...

After all they need shares to trade... and they obviously are not going to accumulate near the highs...

Example... maybe they see buying pressure slowing... at let's say .03... so they intentionally pull the floor out...and place a "Fake Wall"... then "Cover short Positions" used to bring the price down... "Covering under .03"... which ultimately results to a stock resuming it's upward move...

This is happening here. And we have seen many examples... "Fake Walls", "Intentional Breakdowns" ... and so does "Naked Shorting". It's all about trading and using every resource you can to make money. I would feel sorry for those whom sold below .03... but many of us explained what was happening and encouraged people to buy below .03 when they could... Just an example...

I don't believe they are using the ability to "short" as a long term investment strategy... but rather as a way to "control" as much as they can... "short-term" and day to day stock movement. The less tools they have at there disposal... the better for us. It's like a big chess game... but it's nice to know that we can win...

Considering the amount of buying interest there appears to be for monday, its possible for a gap up.

To guarentee that you get shares- I personally would bid .041 to .042, however I believe the ask was .04 at Friday's close, bid .039

Including myself, I believe I've seen about 5 people mention they are buying Friday-

Cabbage22,
If you want more of the stock tomorrow, and you know you won't have access to your account as you stated, I would bid 0.42-0.43

After all, when the PPS is at .30-.50 will it really matter that much? Nah, didn't think so!

An old philosophy that I live by applies here I think. "Don't trip over pennies on your way to dollars!!"

Regardless, I'm pulling for you and hope you get your additional shares at your price for THE RIDE!! GLTY

I honestly think we could see 20 million volume plus tommorrow. We saw 5-7 on the last two 1/2 trading days... and Friday is usally a slow day... Strong volume... and movement. I've seen this stock talked about throughout the net. People are crazy for PGHI and everything that we have discussed is accurate. The potential is astronomical. Good luck on entry... and yes.. I have counted several people on this board stating they and friends... and family will be looking to pick up shares tommorrow. If we are fortunate enough to breakout tommorrow... that sure would make my day. It's coming! mach

Raven... Sounds good to me! We have much more upside potential here than many may have initially anticipated. Many members are already talking beyond .20... It will happen in time... picking timeframes is difficult... but if you are a true long here... nothing to worry about at all. We may see a big move next week. The excitement is building up here! This board is more active than I've ever seen it! Wow!

We created a unique thread (or team)here..
Everyone of us has different skills..We have been presenting very good DD, valuable info from the beginning..Since we are good what we are doing, and have been correct so far, it attracts more people to join the "team"..
The new members participated heavily and added more value..
I am pretty surprised the atmosphere here isn't spoiled, and hope we'll be able to keep it this way..Discussions are being done in a matured and civil way..
Accuracy, trust and honesty have been our strength here...I hope we can mantain the whole team and witness lots of successful trades together...

Raven, I second that motion to keep a strong team for future trades. I have never learned so much. Together as a team we can all benefit... and we may even have some sour losses. But together I think we could have more profits than losses.

I wish we all lived in one city so we could all meet and discuss things. But this board is the second best thing... being utilized well

I would not worry about the CHI there is very little left..and JF is totally focussed on VEEGEEZ...IMHO

Hey Mav, How are you doing. I think we do see many positves here and have much to look forward to. What excites me more is that I believe there is much more happening here behind the scenes than we are aware of. I expect our next big move to be the expansion into the DVD market. I do not believe it will happen with the new Veegeez release... but rather believe it is currently... in the "developmental" stages as well. Whether we go after the market as gameznflix.com or acquire another subsidiary remains to be seen. As it stands now... We will be GameZNflix Inc. with Veegeez as an online Video Games Rental Subsidiary... Will there be more? I think it is possible. Why not acquire new customer bases at this current stage of the companies evolution. Well all speculation... but yes... there is more in the works... No doubt in my mind that John Flemming is making some great strides here. mach

Wow!! I didn't know Fleming was invloved with GLXS!! That was my FIRST investment and I made a bundle on it!! Bought and sold it twice for a big profit each time!! This is truly a good sign, if you believe in such things!! And I do!!

Great DD folks. Been posting on RB. I didn't fully realize the potential until doing some research AFTER I bought in. No doubt we should have a good 2004. GameZNflix is going
to roll at a time where game rentals are showing lot'sa growth ahead. Don't know how
big JF's plans are, but the near future should reveal good news for all shareholders.
I'm luvin the "buzz" here. GLTA
