Here's what's left to the name change. All of us shareholders of record of Oct 31st will receive a confirmation letter from the SEC to confirm the name change. Check your mail starting tomorrow!

1. File a Prelim Proxy -- Done
2. Followed by a Definitive Proxy Filing -- Done
3. Followed by a Prelim Information Statement Filing -- Done
4. Followed by a Definitive Information Statement Filing -- Done

What's left:
------------
5. Followed by a mailing by our Transfer Agent to shareholders of record
6. Followed by the actual name change
7. Followed by Request for a new CUSIP#
8. Followed by a Request for a new trading symbol
9. Followed by the symbol being granted.

I can tell you this much. If anyone ever doubts the power of Technical analysis... all you need to do is look at the first post on the thread... and compare the results of the analysis to the chart. Wow! mach

Is anyone familiar with a reverse stock split? and if so is this a possibility with PGHI and what would happen to the stock? Thanx KC.........P.S. This is just a question. I have read and seen nothing to suggest this is going to happen ever.

Just got confirmation that the symbol will change in about 20 days. In the meantime shareholders of record as of Oct 31st will receive a letter from the SEC outlining the change process. Write all this info down as a reference.

So in about 20 days or less, your shares will automatically be renamed with the new symbol overnight. I'm sure we'll have a PR saying all this soon, I'm just giving you a heads up.

Good day, guys. GREAT days to come!

Question: Why only "shareholders of record as of Oct 31" will get the letter? Is this just based on the roster they recieved as of the filing?

I'm assuming that those who bought after 10/31 will not get a letter but will have their shares automatically converted anyway.

Is that correct?

The symbol change has nothing to do with the letter. Only the shareholders of record Oct 31st will receive the letter because that's how the SEC makes it.

LOL @ Cabbage.....I have lost count on how many times I have been screwed by Ameritrade this way! I've had orders frozen for up to a half hour after I put in a cancel.

RedBullish, yeah sometimes I have to take a break because the amount of money is just crazy! $20,000 in one day is what some people are able to save up in 3-5 years or more! And the funny part is that it's not even over yet with PGHI, so much more potential for this stock!

What a GREAT day!!!!!!!!!!
I talked the CFO at my Co. into buying at .035 2 weeks ago. He bought only 100,000 shares, but he keeps telling me that the picks I give him are MUCH better than any stock broker he has ever used. I wish I could take the credit, but credit is due to EVERYONE here at Allstocks. You guys are the greatest. I wonder how my CFO will feel when I tender my resignation.....lol Lets all get there together. This thread shows what can be accomplished by working together, and each of us sharing the knowledge that we have.
thanks again everyone!

i don't think those numbers are necessarily indicative of VG's inventory. it simply means that 81% of what they carry is available... perhaps due to returns after the holidays.

Not a bad day guys.

This is just the start of more to come. John Flemming is handleing the business of putting all the right moves into motion. We will hear from him with the press releases as he is able to release the information.

All this is being watched by others which are sitting on the fence and will be getting in as the parts of the puzzle fall into place.

I did purchase a boat load of shartes today and had a little fun with the MM's. I will always be around to be a thorn in their side. Maybe put in bid to try to stop any bluff the MM's throw at us. If they fill so be it but I am pretty much done with purchaseing the common stock now.

My focus is going to switch to the PPM stock or maybe in another avenue which might be benifical to the company.

Thanks to everyone in the PGHI family who has given me advise along the way.

Magoo

Maybe you guys should settle down about the operations of VeeGeez right now, its in a transition phase and is never easy. JF is doing this with a limited staff. Most of the questions that you are asking can be found in this thread, I'm sure JF has better things to do than answer 20-30 repetitive emails every day. Actually all the questions I asked him are about future plans and the answers are no where to be found. I also included that I was in no rush to get back answers because I know that he is very busy right now. He just chose to answer my questions right away and I appreciate him for it.

Don't worry, I am very aware of how busy they are and I try very hard not to bog them down with repetitive questions.

Wow, this train just keeps on chuggin'. I didn't post during the day today but I did pick up another 100,000 shares at 0.06
That brings my position to 1.837MM shares!!
I know many of you on this thread have large positions also and if you are like me, you'll be stingy with your shares as well.
Magoo, I was right there with you between 3:30 and 4:00 with some good buys. You gotta love the strength of this stock. With any kind of additional news tomorrow we bust thru 0.06 and straight to 0.07. After that it's anybody's guess. Looks all up from here.
I'm sure we will have the occassional pull back because no stock goes straight up forever but I am willing to hold. I've had too many people tell me they tried to trade in and out of it and it's just too hard. Very few sellers right now, so I'm content to sit and watch the old portfolio grow by THOUSANDS daily. Thanks again to all on this board. I wish prosperity on you all. By the way, where are we gonna get together later in the year for our celebration party??LOL
Talk to you guys tomorrow!! See ya.
