Case in Point:

Please remember this in the future. Do you now how hard it was for the MM to move this down .001 just a few days ago... Very difficult... Now look at how Bullish the stock is on the upside. This is very Bullish... and will happen often for a very long time to come. mach

As for I reverse split, I have thought about this a lot. There are several scenarios that can play out, but this is the one I think that would be the most favorable (and very probable if things go as planned):

Because there are so many outstanding shares (about 320 mil compared to 25 mil for NFLX according to yahoo), I do not think that this stock can get too much higher than .75 to $1.00 without some type of reverse split.

I think that we could easily see a run up over the next few months to .25-.50, all the while seeing PGHI using the increase in stock price to get private placement investment and raise significant capital. At that point, if all things are going well, I would love to see a 1 for 5 or 1 for 10 reverse split, which would place PGHI on the map for listing on the NASDAQ and increase the exposure to the "big" players and other investors (who of course will look at the stock price only dreaming that they got in back when the stock was at these levels)...

Of course, this is only my educated guess (based upon lots of DD and of course, this board) as to the possibility of this company. What I outlined above is exactly what happened in UDW (U.S. Dataworks), another company that I was investinh in. It was trading around .20 back in May. I got in big back then, and it went to the .60-.70 range, and in September the company announced a 1 for 5 reverse split. It is now trading in the mid $3 range.

Whether the same thing will occur here, time will only tell. But I am very bullish about this company and think it has huge upside potential for minimal downside risk.

This is just my opinion. Curious to here what others think...

JB

Looks like it peaked for the day, thank god, didnt want it going out of control.

THAT RUN WAS ON 1.9 mil volume, IMAGINE A 20-40 MIL volume day!!!

Agreed... When the new site is up and the name change complete... we could very well have a 20-40 million day... Which will very likely send us up around .10 or more... imho this could very likely happen within the next few weeks. Believe it of not! I believe it! mach

From what I have seen... Im guessing that many people here are holding for the longer term.... Conversations are not indicating too many daytraders... There is considerable long-term upside potential here. But yes... there will always be day-traders/swing-traders and so forth. That is good... always helps stock movement. imho mach

Response to chrissy_a:

My shares of PGHI, 65% Long 35% Short .

When the time is right, 35% sold and will buy back on the retraction. 60% is going long, depending on what unfolds at least 1 year. -

Chrissy,
My PGHI shares consist of two parts..
Untouchables & tradeables...
I am waiting for the next breakout at this point for the tradeables..I don't have any specific exit point..Will watch the move very closely and decide when to sell..After the pullback, I am gonna rebuy the tradeables..
As for the untouchables, I won't sell any until I hear or see any bad news or action taken by the management to shake my confidence & trust..

Yes... Jeb... We need to build the base. I always look at days like this when we are up 25% as a positive and that it at least begins to attract the attention of other investors. Let's take it slowly and look for the big move once we've established a strong base i the .04's... When I say big move... I'm talking 100% gain in one or two days. This is coming soon... imho mach

Remember, this industry is way to hot, i am going to repost this from last night...

Playing Mogul
By JONATHAN DEE

Published: December 21, 2003

Globally, the industry earned $28 billion in 2002, and in the United States, it's growing at around 20 percent a year. According to Fortune magazine, Americans will spend more time playing video games this year -- about 75 hours on average -- than watching rented videos and DVD's. A nationwide survey found that the percentage of last year's college students who had ever played video games was 100. Two games from the industry leader Electronic Arts, Madden NFL Football and FIFA Soccer, have each earned in excess of a billion dollars. (This year's Madden edition made more than $200 million alone.) For new and established musicians alike, games are the new radio; landing a spot on a video-game soundtrack is arguably more prestigious than landing a similar spot in a movie, a function not just of sales figures but also of the fact that the average Madden NFL 2004 buyer, for instance, will spend 100 hours in front of the game. Each statistic is more mind-boggling than the last, and together they certainly pose a challenge to conventional wisdom about which of these media is the tail and which is the dog.

More good news all around about the video game industry....

10/30/2003 12:22:22 PM | Industry |
Computer and Video Game Industry Raises more than $850,000 for America's Kids

The U.S. computer and video game industry raised more than $850,000 to benefit America's children last week at the ESA Foundation's annual "Nite to Unite - For Kids" benefit dinner held in San Francisco and through an online public auction held in conjunction with eBay.
"This is an event we look forward to each year as our industry comes together to support America’s children," said Douglas Lowenstein, president of the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), the trade group representing U.S. computer and video game publishers. "While people of all ages now play games, our industry owes its initial success to kids and “Nite to Unite” gives us an opportunity to support the charities and programs that will secure and improve their futures."

Attendees of last night's dinner bid on a variety of items that ranged from autographed memorabilia, wine and trips to France. This year, the funds raised by the ESA Foundation will benefit the Starbright Foundation, WAVE, the Starlight Children’s Foundation and Web Wise Kids.

Jeff Griffiths, President and CEO of Electronic Boutiques Holding Corp., was honored with the ESA's Champion Award, given annually to a member of the interactive entertainment industry in recognition of outstanding service and contributions to the industry. Griffiths’ vision and commitment have helped build Electronics Boutique into one of the most successful global specialty retail chains in the business. In turn, Electronics Boutique’s innovations have helped foster electronic gaming as a way of life for millions of consumers, paving the way for the growth of the entire interactive entertainment industry.

This year's "Nite to Unite" dinner was co-chaired by: Laurent Detoc, President, Ubi Soft Entertainment Inc.; Rob Dyer, President, Eidos Interactive; and Jacqualee Story, Executive Vice President, Business Affairs, Nintendo of America, Inc.

Following is brief background on the dinner beneficiaries.

Web Wise Kids - WWK uses a computer game to teach children about Internet safety and luring. This will be the third year the ESA Foundation has supported Web Wise Kids. For more information see http://www.webwisekids.org.
WAVE -WAVE programs help children who have or are thinking of dropping out of school. The programs seek to train dropouts for the work force and provide GED tutoring and an alternative school classroom atmosphere and support services to discourage potential drop outs. Additional information can be found at http://www.waveinc.org.
The STARBRIGHT Foundation - Starbright is dedicated to the development of projects that empower seriously ill children to combat the medical and emotional challenges they face on a daily basis. ESA Foundation funds will support the Webisodes project which assists youths (aged 12-17) in coping with cancer and chemotherapy. Additional information can be found at http://www.starbright.org.
The Starlight Children’s Foundation – The Starlight Children’s Foundation is an international non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families. ESA Foundation funds will be supporting the Starlight Teen program which seeks to provide seriously ill teenagers, who are unable to participate in typical teen activities due to their illness, opportunities to interact with peers through social activities. Additional information can be found at: http://www.starlight.org.
The ESA Foundation was created by the American interactive entertainment software industry to support and provide opportunities that can make a difference in the lives of America’s youth. The Foundation is fully supported by proceeds from “A Nite to Unite—for Kids,” its annual fund-raiser that has raised more than more than $6.4 million in the last five years. The Foundation has provided grants to support: Web Wise Kids; Boys and Girls Clubs of America; Delinquency Prevention Initiative - Year three; Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation; Just Think Foundation; YouthVision Challenge; Mothers Against Violence in America's Students Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE) project; and the expansion of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland Computer Learning Center. The event also has become one of the most anticipated events in the industry. The Entertainment Software Association is the U.S. association dedicated to serving the business and public affairs needs of companies publishing interactive games for video game consoles, handheld devices, personal computers, and the Internet.

a late good morning to you all. what a team!! sorry for my absence this weekend, but all of a sudden i am overwhelmed with the holidays and our non profit groups. also this time of the year, the guests start arriving and we will be in the social mode for months to come.

i started this post an hour ago and have had non stop interuptions since to give you an idea of what is going on for me. i'm glad to see pghi doing it's thing and calming some of the doubt. i hope many of you took advantage of the 20's and loaded up. i sure did.

robin, hi and thanks. thanks to all for the positive feedback. robin, ms mullet takes one look at the multiple number laden windows and tells me she is glad i see something in them as they are greek to her.

is there a post office near the ky location? with today's internet based business it is a whole new frontier and traditional "location location location" business models are being reinvented as we discuss this and other stocks. we all probably know people who run successful small internet businesses from their homes. the whole e bay concept has spawned countless businesses. a good website, the promt physical filling of orders and the shipping is the key. the rest is done with computers. since we are talking about cds here and not televisions and microwave ovens, allot can be done in a small humble building. the netflix location in tacoma is a good example. i like the idea that pghi is keeping the costs down to start.

wow, three more interuptions!!! better post this while i have a chance.

You wouldn't think it would be so hard to contact someone about the private placement. I have left two messages and 2 e-mails and have yet to get any info. They say they are going to call me back in less then 10 mins....lets see.

ALSO
I am so dang tired from not being able to sleep I have to go back to bed, however I have contacted the Zoning office for Franklin KY. They are checking on the address to see if its comercial or residential. I don't know if it matters either way, but I would still like to know. I have to call her back 11:00am Pacific time, 1:00pm central, or 2:00pm Eastern.....but I will be sleeping...I have to go to work tonight....anyone want to call and get the info...alls you have to do is give her the address again and say someone called previous.....The town has a population of 7,000....so I don't think you will have a problem with her not remembering.....the number is 270-586-3356

Just tell her your following up a call about the zoning for the cornor of Blackjack road and Ditmore Rd

Any takers
