I agree... The break @.05 will be very significant for us... It's a simple psychological wall... once broken... the price should move dramatically! Volume is outstanding today @ 4 million in the first hour. Buying continues... mach

MM holding the spread to get dumpers-

Look whos on the bid, NITE CRWN SACM, all important movers for pghi, BAMM waiting in the wings

WIEN has stopped dumping from friday.

The day could close right now and I'd be happy.

THERE GOES NITE .044

Good morning all! Trying to catch up on the recent posts. Great point Tommy, it just goes along with the name change as a whole new beginning for JF and management in refocusing their direction as a business. It looks like they found their gold mine and so did we!!

Wow! Bid up to .045! Back to the action.

Having a ticker change means that all past trading activities will dissappear. In other words let's say we trade at the 0.10 level right before the ticker change, after the change people will only see that 0.10 level and will never see that the stock used to trade at the sub-penny level prior to the change! Unless they knew about PGHI before the change, newbies coming in after the change will think that they are investing in a whole new company!

I hope that I'm wrong though!

Our base of .037 has moved to .041 (LOTD)

FRAN in on the action leading the bid,

I would say the 6th is a good guesstimate for the PR, but don't rule out tomorrow, a lot of CEO's do work on their vacations, and typing up a PR is not that difficult

I've just added an extra 25000 shares at .045..

Filled 25000 at 0.045 Auto Routing 2003-12-29 10:59:55

Now, let's break that .05 resistance!!!

I would say yes because:

1) The 5 day EMA is 0.040
2) We have gone up to 0.045 and back down to 0.040 twice last week so we have consolidated more and more each time

cabbage22, true that they can type it but if you have been emailing JF before concerning PGHI's PR's, you would know that they have to clear management and also the company's lawyer, so it's a hard thing to do when everyone is on vacation!

Stange thing is.. My 25000 buy at 10:59:55 is showing up as a sell on Ameritrade. (PGHI: Last Sale).

However, I clearly bought 25000 more and am currently holding 100,000 shares. Averaged down to the mid 30's.

While the ask was at .046 I put in a limit order at .045. After a few minutes, it finally took.

With the momentum built, we don't necessarily need a PR right now..
I would love to see we break .05 w/o news..

Slow, but confident & strong & strong& very strong

Future is so bright, hehehe!!

Almost all of the smaller mm's have jumped in between the .043 and .046 getting some shares, while the larger mm's keep the spread open. Hopefully, once all the smaller mm's get what they want we can finally have a little run.

I could not be more pleased with the technicals of this stock right now. This is exactly what we all want -- a slow walk up...Last week we broke the .040 level, tested it several times, and pushed ahead. Now it looks like we are forming a new base just above that (.042-.044)... We will probably test that, and then move up...
Small steps are healthy....

There have been many projections, anywhere from .30 to 1.00

You'll find that many of us are here for the long term, this thread could get huge!

Hi Bill -- Glad to hear you are on board...I think it is impossible to tell what the high for '04 will be, because it depends upon a few factors. If PGHI is able to secure long term financing of at least $1 mil (either through the PPM or a revolving line of credit with a bank), the stock could make huge gains (.50? 1.00?).... Right now, I think the lack of operating capital is what is significantly holding it back, but hopefully that will change in the very near future

Well, the MM's continue to shake the tree. Amazingly they still get some fruit to fall. This is the third time in three days for a run to .045 and then a retrace back to .04. Good for consolidation, but wow....who would sell at this point?

Stockguy, from some of your posts I dont think you fully understand the types of trades going on. There are not simply buying or selling. You can be either a price taker or market maker. To buy, you can place a bid or take the ask, to sell you can place an ask or take the bid. Just because the bar is red or green does not mean it was a buy or sell. It just represents which way the price moved.

White means the price from the open of the time period was the same as the price at the close of the time period

For example, the white bar just formed .041

That was a buy at the ask, but since the first trade at the beginning of the period was at .041, the bar remains white

Haven't we seen this pattern before? Hehe
I'm surprised people arent getting scared and second guessing themselves.

Most of the selling is small trades, except for one 150,000 which is small by some measures. The gap up today was great huh?

Did anyone else catch CESY before it started to move?
