PSU, the techs on PGHI are simply amazing. Every indicator that I apply points to a bullish move in the future. You can have some of the techs calling bull and some calling bear, but when you have all of the indicators calling bull its a really good thing, once a year type scenario.

I am most excited about the bollinger bands, trading right below the upper bollinger, signaling a possible breakout to new highs. Once we get some more volume behind this, there is no telling how high it will go. Call me optimistic, but I would say .10-.12 is an conservative estimate of the future price. We shall see!

Americanbulls.com updated their recommendation to a BUY for PGHI! We will be seeing a new high very soon!

"The correction is over and the stock is starting a new rally. It is again time for bulls. You may make hefty profits if you buy this stock now and hold it until the next sell signal. Long-term trend is also bullish."

I was checking out the past SEC fillings and here are the dates of the fillings they made to change the name from Syconet to Point Group Holding:

Pre 14c: 2000-05-17
Def 14c: 2000-05-30
-------------------
13 days in between

Now here's the current name change process to go from Point Group Holding to GamezNFlix:

Pre 14c: 2003-12-11
Def 14c: 2003-12-??
-------------------
2003-12-11 + 13 days = 2003-12-24

Of course this is an extrapolation but it's right around the corner that's for sure!

GLTA!

i've only been involved with pennystocks for a few months, reading this board and a few others. i finally took the plunge buying 55000 shares of pghi between .034 and .038. is americanbulls.com a good site for information? i'm familiar with commodities trading and tech charts. this looks like a good trade on the charts. these mms i keep hearing about sound like floor traders who like to run the stops.

Wow...!...

I missed one hell of a close today...read the last 3 pages I missed and I gotta say we have some great DD here. Changing of name forces MM's to cover shorts (learned something new today!) Thats Sweet!...

This should take off nicely: we have to look forward to a name change, new website, PR on marketing, projected figures, new subscribers, gift subscriptions and paid email referrals...the list probably could go on and on...I won't forget to mention that the gaming industry is growing exponentially...wow...........

...sorry...I fainted...I need more shares!

I think going to see lord of the rings really helped this take off...I think we should all go see it tomorrow! lol

I enjoyed the movie very much, but to come home to see a close @ the high of the day, I enjoyed that even more...

So much to look forward to, I hope the next few months fly by!

Go PGHI!

Good to see everyone had a good PGHI day.

While I am at work I do not get the chance to keep a close eye on what's happening but am able to sign on from time to time and change some buy offers.

One of my groug is retired so he is able to keep tabs on the changes a little more.

I have spread the word of PGHI to several more of my friends and there might be some more strong hands purchaseing shortly.

We were able to pick up some more shares and help fuel the fire today.

I hope I am buying the shares off the weak hands and trying to bother the MM's a bit.

In any case my shares will be retired for the long run which will help everyone who stays with it.

Good day today guys and stay strong.

Glad to see that you were able to pick some up today Magoo. I was getting worried that you missed the action today- what started out as a low volume MM manipulated day turned into a bull charged, MM screw over.
Most of the sells were small, uneven lots, and the MM's were left scrambling at the close to get what they could after a pathetic attempt at a shakeout!

Cabbage

I had a lot of fills in small numbers for one buy. In the afternoon I changed my order and started getting fills.

When I leave for work in the morning the market is not open so my initial order is a guess. The market started higher or nobody was selling at first.

Not sure how many shares between us we were able to get but I think it was probably around 300,000.

Good to see everyone had a strong day.

Cheers

Duke,

Nice to see you are on board. Personally, I do not like to have a software system or web sites tell me to buy or sell and when to buy or sell. What I do like is that in fact hundreds if not thousands of people do in follow Americanbulls and the Buy/Sell recommendations for stocks on their streamers. And when they read the following statement:

THE CORRECTION IS OVER AND THE STOCK IS STARTING A NEW RALLY. IT IS AGAIN TIME FOR BULLS. YOU MAY MAKE HEFTY PROFITS IF YOU BUY THIS STOCK NOW AND HOLD IT UNTIL THE NEXT SELL SIGNAL. LONG TERM TREND IS NOW BULLISH.

This certainly adds more "fuel to the fire" and will undoubtedly assist in our upside movement ahead.

Of course there is nothing wrong with following many of the extremely talented Technicians on the board.

Note the following exerpt from my Tech analysis on December 16th at the beginning of the thread.

A COMBINATION OF TECHNICAL ANALYSIS AND SIGNIFICANT INTERNAL DEVELOPMENTS HAVE BEEN PRESENTED TO YOU FOR REVIEW. THIS IS AND EXTRAORDIANRY OPPORTUNITY FOR SUBSTANTIAL GAINS FROM CURRENT LEVELS. THE GREATEST "NEAR-TERM" GAINS BASED ON THIS ANALYSIS WILL LIKELY BE REALIZED BETWEEN DECEMBER 23RD, 2003 AND JANUARY 15TH, 2004 WITH ENTRY AT CURRENT TRADING LEVELS.

Sound familiar? Americanbulls is good... but sometimes a little good dd and tech analysis can give you a competitive advantage.

Welcome aboard. I hope you have a chance to read through as much of the thread as possible. There is incredible DD here which will answer most if not all of your questions.

PS. Also wanted to post the elaborated significance of the "long-term" outlook as follows:

PERSONAL SUMMARY

For "long-term" investors, this is one of those lifetime opportunities that have the potential to substantially increase the value of your portfolio for years to come.

In the past I have missed to significant trading opportunities in which I could have gained "hundreds of thousands" of dollars with respect to potential investments. The reason I didn't was that I did not have the ability to hold onto shares and realize the full potential of my buying decision. I will not miss this opporunity again.

Remember that stocks do not move straight up or down. They move in trends and those whom are strategic, patient and confident in their positions are greatly rewarded. This has been proven time and time again. As always do your own DD and use your best judgement.

Looking for a significant Christmas GameZNflix Rally! Coming soon! mach

Well Magoo,

Have you and your savy business friends found any enlightenment from reading this particular thread. Im sure your many years of business and investing experiences may find our conversations ... just a little interesting.

The more I talk and interact with these board members... the more I learn. Today in fact I learned a few new things. One important lesson was the following message by Tommy:

"Also take into consideration that when a company files for a ticker symbol change, there must be NO SHORTS on the stock previous to the change. This means that MM's MUST COVER their shorts before the change or they will be in big trouble with the SEC!"

It certainly reinforces buying pressure when you know that the MM's both need to make sure that they cover their shorts & they can not force a stock down for accumulation via shorting.... ie... they have no choice but to buy.

Now talk about REAL TIME INVESTOR EDUCATION.

Nice to see you accumulated more shares today.

TRS,

Yes... the ball certainly is "in our court." By the way your previous message from last night was great. I hope that John Fleming does indeed move forward and use similar ideas. I do not expect his ideas to be the same... but I do expect there to be some really great ideas. Hopefully VentureDirect Worldwide... their marketing firm has some great new marketing ideas they are ready to unleash with and before the launch of the new site.

Not yet. If I remember right, KC was passing through KY on his way somewhere (maybe to family for Christmas). Not sure how long the drive was, but he might not have access to a computer yet.

Moose,

I can see by your post that you have not missed a single beat here. You are summarizing many of the big reasons of why our company is "headed in the right direction." Very well said. Great Summary. mach

Thought I might add the distribution center is not to much of a concern to me because of the nature of the product,

I am involved in a couple of good size companies who have a very low profile. I relate the operation of PGHI in some ways to how I do run my company.

Even though I am in manufacturing most of my product is transfered to the job without every going through my warehouse. 90% of product I never see

I do know for a fact that Blockbuster viedo handles their new product much in the same way. It goes to the outlets from their vendor. This saves double shipping and loads of hours.

In any case I kept out of the conversation as people were getting than uneasy feeling when they were looking at the site maps.

I do like what I have heard about the outlets and John Flemming seems to know what he is doing.

thanks for your thoughts. i might try to pick up some more tomorrow. i'm also thinking of this as a long term hold, but might try to sell the highs and buy the dips if that's possible.

All this is an education to me. As I have mentioned in the past most of my tradeing has been done by my broker. The pennies are entirely new.

I do not rely entirely on others but do need some suggestions from time to time.

What I do bring is maybe a little more buying power which might help to advance our cause.

With this I will probably need a little help. All the buys I have made so far is from a combination of myself and five others. Between us we do have some leverage to beat up on the MM's when nessary.

I look foward to a trip to visit John Flemming. This is to get a handle one what his plans are in the short, through the long term and how I might be able to invest in order to make everything fall in place in a timely order.

One area that I very interested in is his marketing plan.

In any case I am high on PGHI

Magoo,

Marketing will be one of the most important aspects of the companies success. Yes, much more important than how "pretty" a distribution center looks. In case you missed it... here is an exerpt from a recent PR with respect to a marketing company we wil be working with.

On November 5, 2003, PGHI announced that its subsidiary -- online video game rental company, VeeGeeZ.com, LLC -- has signed a contract with Venture Direct Worldwide of New York to handle its online marketing campaign. The experienced staff of Venture Direct Worldwide and VeeGeeZ management has developed a marketing plan to assist the company in moving to the next level.

Some of their previous clients have included: Adobe, Microsoft, Citigroup, AT&T, Intel, Xerox, and Fortune Magazine.

If you'd like to learn more online.

Hope this helps for now! And yes... John can certainly offer more insight.

Ron....I know that all of us will be anxious to hear about your trip when it happens. The marketing plan is obviously the key to making the business grow. Your partcipation on the board is much appreciated! Whatever you can tell us after the visit, we will hang on every word. Whatever you can't tell us in the interest of company success, we'll understand.

I do know from past emails that I've sent/received from John Fleming, that he was concerned that certain information was leaked out to the message boards before it was released in PR's. He very much wants things to be done the right way from what I can tell. That's one (of many) of the reason's I am high on PGHI.

I do agree with John Flemming about giving out information to people on these boards. Roumers run wild.

This information is very valuable to a companies bottom line. I am sure that John Flemming is watching the bottom line very closely as the start up costs are very high.

I did read the message about the agency which they are going through for their advertisments and have already checked them out. They are Top Notch.

Given out early or to the masses when it is not time to do so can be very damageing. On the other hand handleing it correctly will bring enormous rewards.

The sub standard news release was probably as per design.

I have a house full of grandkids so I need to play pony now.

Thanks for all the help

THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY AND VEEGEEZ

As millions of people enjoy playing their own new interactive games this Holiday season they'll hardly be alone. An astonishing 35 percent of North Americans identified computer and video games as the most fun entertainment activity surpassing even the movies and television.

As for the people who create and develop these games, they’re also hoping Santa will leave something interactive and enormously challenging in their stockings this Christmas.

How many GameCubes & Playstations will people receive as Christmas Presents this year?

Millions...

"Gray Gamers": A Growing Target Audience for Veegeez

***************

"Games have grown more diverse and will keep doing so in order to appeal to all generations and all kinds of players."

***************

Video game companies tapping older consumers
December 22, 2003

By Shelley Emling
Cox News Service

LONDON -- Kids better watch their new computer games closely this Christmas. Their grandparents might snatch them.

A new generation of mature consumers -- often called "gray gamers" -- are getting hooked on the small screen, and the industry is responding by developing new games that require thinking as well as shoot-'em-up instincts.

Older gamers say they are attracted to computer games because they improve personal reflexes and provide a link with grandchildren. They also keep one's mind active and don't require a partner to play, a plus for anyone who lives alone or is confined to their home.

Codemasters, one of Britain's largest game developers, found in a survey that many gray gamers play almost every day for between one and three hours at a time, and that some play for up to eight hours on a regular basis.

June Gill, 75, says she plays regularly in the afternoons while her husband, Raymond, also 75, tends to play in the evenings.

"We've been playing for 15 years after being introduced to computer games by our son," she said. "It keeps your brain active, and we spend about two to three hours playing most days."

Codemasters decided to step up its focus on older gamers after its survey last fall scotched the notion that most gamers are geeky teenage boys.

The survey found that only 21 percent of gamers were children or teens, 47 percent were in their 20s, and 32 percent were over 30. Half the oldest group said they were over 35.

"We then asked gamers to e-mail us if they were in their 50s, 60s, or even their 70s and very quickly we received more than 250 e-mails," said Rich Eddy, a spokesman for Codemasters.

The company deduced that gray gamers were a growing market that has yet to be fully tapped.

Codemasters is coming out next year with Wartime Command, a game that allows players to develop strategies for some of the best-known World War II conflicts.

There are other signs that games are attracting a mature audience. In its own survey, British media analyst Xtreme Information found this year that half of the over-50s who own a computer regularly play computer games.

In the United States, too, studies point to an increase in older gamers. A poll released in August by the Entertainment Software Association in Washington, D.C., found that game players now average 29 years old, with 17 percent of game players over the age of 50, up from 13 percent in 2000.

In U.S. stores, shelves already are crowded with World War II games including the Medal of Honor franchise, which has won fans by focusing more on historic detail than blood and gore.

"One reason 17 percent of game players are over age 50 is because there are more titles that are uniquely appealing to them," said Douglas Lowenstein, president of the software association.

Computer and video game software sales grew 8 percent in 2002 to $6.9 billion, according to the Entertainment Software Association.

In an effort to appeal to a broader consumer base, companies have started featuring more women in their ads for games and also have lowered their prices this holiday shopping season.

"Companies are recognizing that there are all sorts of people playing computer games these days," Codemasters' Eddy said. "Games have grown more diverse and will keep doing so in order to appeal to all generations and all kinds of players."

I know that there will be advances up and down for PGHI but I would suggest that you don"t sell any shares too soon. My goal is to try to push PGHI up over .05 over the next week. If it dose not happen on it's own then I am going in deep enough to make it happen.

Everyone who want's to get on board do so over the next weekas I do not want to get your shares. I am more interested in how this stock is going to do after it hit's .10 then you will see some real action.

MM's must cover shorts before the name change... Buyers are preparing for the ascending Triangle Breakout which will take us beyond .05 soon. Tech analysis indicating 5day/10dayma crossover... macd crossover... all techs indicating bullishness...December 24th has historically been one of the strongest trading days of the year... Web site to be launched soon... Name change to be complete soon... Need I elaborate? mach

For those whom missed this previous post...

CANDLESTICK CHARTING PATTERNS
ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERN OCCURING
BREAKOUT IMMINENT
(Link Provided)
Let's talk about the ASCENDING TRIANGLE... This pattern is occuring here and will eventually lead to our BREAKOUT...

On the ascending triangle, the horizontal line represents overhead supply that prevents the security from moving past a certain level. It is as if a large sell order has been placed at this level and it is taking a number of weeks or months to execute, thus preventing the price from rising further. Even though the price cannot rise past this level, the reaction lows continue to rise. It is these higher lows that indicate increased buying pressure and give the ascending triangle its bullish bias. http://stockcharts.com/education/ChartAnalysis/triangle-Ascending.html

.05 has been resistance on two previous occassions. Reaction lows continue to rise. When we have our final base established at .04 and our new name change and web site are released.... OUR ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERN will lead to a BREAKOUT.

Also keep in mind.... as I've stated before. Because we have no previous buyers above .05... theres is ZERO upside resistance which means the BREAKOUT will be significantly stronger than most anticipate.
.10 and beyond will be here soon.

For those interested in how close we may be to the name change completion...

As per Tommy:

Pre 14c: 2000-05-17
Def 14c: 2000-05-30
-------------------
13 days in between

Now here's the current name change process to go from Point Group Holding to GamezNFlix:

Pre 14c: 2003-12-11
Def 14c: 2003-12-??
-------------------
2003-12-11 + 13 days = 2003-12-24

Of course this is an extrapolation but it's right around the corner that's for sure!

I went to register.com to check the WHOIS information about www.gamesnflix.com and www.gameznflix.com. Found out some good info.

Point group has registered:
gamesnflix.com, gamesnflix.net, gamesnflix.biz and gamesnflix.us

Domainmasters.net has registered:
gameznflix.com,gameznflix.net,gameznflix.org gameznflix.biz, gameznflix.info, gameznflix.us

Domainmasters.net is clearly handling these sites for PGHI because if you go to any of the above sites, it shows a banner for veegeez.

It is really good to know that PGHI is being thorough by registering all possible domains to prevent internet squatters and imposters.

Another good sign that Fleming is a detail-oriented CEO....
