The new site will not be ready for a couple more weeks. I don’t know exactly. As soon as it is done and fully tested, we will post it. That preview you saw was very old and only a test Roy sent me, kind of like a resume. It was only to show me what kind of work he can do. It does not represent the final look of the website.

PGHI will change their name to Gameznflix. VeeGeeZ will remain VeeGeeZ.

About the zoning. When I asked the city about the zoning I was told that there was no way to find out if an exact address was residential or commercial....its all just a gestimate...gestimate is my own word...

Plus as I said before, the corporate office is not the same as the distribution center, the distribution center was going to be located in the Franklin area. Maybe they are waiting to raise more funds or maybe they have not gotten that far as to rent a small warehouse (store front, they only need a couple thousand square feet). I hope Kc has good news for us.

I still believe that someone is going to make a lot of money in this industry….and I hope its us……One things for sure…..its all up to John. I will be excited to talk to him, if I ever get the chance. I have a lot of questions I think we all would like the answers to.

As was mentioned above, PGHI (Point Group Holdings) will be renamed to GamezNFlix, but VeeGeez will stay VeeGeez.

So what does that mean for the DVD rental side of things? Obviously, you probably are not going to rent movies from a company with a name like VeeGeez which implies Video Games. Are they going to start a separate site down the road, or what's the plan?

I thought that this was going to be all in one, but maybe I was mistaken.

My group picked up about 900,000 shares in the first couple of hours today. We are in the for the long run so those shares will be frozen for a while.

We will probably pick up a little more as long as we can stay around .035 . After a my trip to Kentucky and a visit we are going in big as long as everything seems to pan out.

Like Mach I don't like to see the value shoot up to fast because it causes too much selling off.

I believe this stock is primed to take off. when it moves ahead we will be placeing orders which will probably double the value.

Hold strong the easy days are just on the horizon.

Yes, I have a friend who is an English Teacher in South Korea that is opening up an Etrade account to specifically buy PGHI. He went through the entire process and used is US address here in Florida. Hopefully he has it set up to be able to get in below .035 before we move up again.

I'm glad to see that you and your friends have been able to accumulate shares below .035. Great decision. I do look forward to your trip to Kentucky to speak with John. It would certainly be great if you can follow up with our dedicated board members as to the outcome of your conversations. You will certainly have an incredible advantage traveling with your Corporate Lawyer. It's nice to see that we have such a well rounded group of business savy individuals on this thread.

Techs are strengthening considerably and a strong move upward is anticipated here soon... but yes... I would like to see a nice subtle walk up before a breakout beyond .05. As our shareholder base strengthens then the result will be strong stable upward moves and less price swings.

Im really glad to see that you are posting more often here than ont he bull.... I personally do not post on the "Bull" as there really is a certain "negative auro" that I would rather not expose myself to on a regular basis.

We have truly developed quite the "Investment Team" here. We have a combination of Intellect, Enthusiasm, and Drive... as you can see... Hope we can maintain this atmosphere as we move forward.

I am extremely confident that this man will bring this company to much higher highs than anyone can imagine.I will not sell one share of this stock for at least two years and this is why.I tend to look at the people behind the business because that is the steam that runs the engine,everything else is just a byproduct of that steam.Fleming as shown by his actions is extremely calculated and is a practical thinker and I like that.He chose a business model that is at the core of American society as we know it.It attacks every demographic you can think of,so you have a huge marketplace at your disposal.He does not PR you to death with fluff,which lets you know he is a no nonsense type of guy.When there will be an announcement it will merit much attention.He did not select a plush office but a practical location to streamline the overhead.This shows me that he cares about keeping the business profitable and not worried about his ego.The name change shows the direction of PGHI will be in the entertainment industry.So they are focusing in on their future direction.VeeGeez being the launching pad.He will not release the site until it is 100% to his liking.This shows me that he cares about his product and the image the product will present.Fleming was smart enough not to try and reinvent the wheel.He took the best and duplicated the business model with his own twist.That leads me to believe that he is smart enough to know what works and run with it.I like his thinking process and as a direct result believe in his product.It is my belief that within months of the release of the site and some hard numbers that the Big Money will be in Kentucky knocking on that little warehouse door just begging him to take their Institutionl money.This is not a 100 yard dash for me, this is a long term investment and a hefty one at that so I for one like the smooth gradual step by step growth the stock is taking.

I did have an order in for 3 million shares and got 900,000. It went up faster than I thought but came to settle at .035. I will regroup tomorrow and try to fill my shares. look for another jump in the price so I would advise everyone to get in with what they can.

My group is going to put up somewhere in the range of one to three million dollars after we get some facts straighten out with JF. This will take place after they have the web site up and have showen more preformance.

At that time it is safer for this kind of money to be placed.

I have ridden in on your shirt tails on this one so soon it will be time for you to ride mine.

You are quite the VISIONARY. Successful leaders are visionaries and are forward looking. I do know that you are in fact from Venezuala and are likely anticipating access to Veegeez rentals there in the future. It could happen someday, but may be a few years out. I read an article recently... maybe submitted to the thread by you that stated that NetFlix has had considerations to global growth... but the President also states that in fact they have only tapped a very small segment of the potential in the US market. I believe that we can access just a small portion of that market both in DVD's and Video Games we will make great strides... As I stated in my last post... "Even the Greatest of Waves Begins with a Single Drop" There is much potential and yes someday potential worldwide as Video Games are not privy only to us here in the US.
