Why would PGHI change its name to Gameznflix, but not change the name of the VeeGeez website? It doesn't make sense to me. I understand that they will want to keep the good name and followers that veegeez has, but then what is the point of the whole Gameznflix name?

To answer my own question- PGHI is a holding group, so maybe they will have a seperate company solely for DVDs, and have them both operate under gameznflix.

Well if they change VeeGeeZ they will loose all the work they have done. Building link populatity, Company Branding, etc. I think they have plan in the future to one day to incorp. the two together but they first need to start branding and gathering link populatity for Gameznflix first. This could take 6mths or more even with the outstanding marketing company thay have hired.

Yes... From James Brown and the Supremes to Kid Rock and Eminen... quite the evolution. I've been on 8 mile a few times. One of my brothers worked at MelFar "SuperStar"... Quite a bit of "entertainment" on that strip these days. Currently living in Orlando, Florida. After vacationing here a few times... I decided to make it a permanent vacation. mach

I think you did anwser your own question. VeeGeeZ, stands for Video Gamez, so this site will remain the same. I believe the GamezNFlix site will be the new offical site for PGHI, and will most likely link to the VeeGeez.com and a DVD rental site if they purchase one in the future, or if they start one up from sratch. This is my understanding of the name change and websites.

Sound good on paper but internet surfers do not like change. Improvement Yes. Change is risky when tring to grow a internet business. Once they are a giant that would a different thing. John Fleming seems to be very smart in the and update on internet surfers. I think he has made the right move for the business, customers and shareholders by not making a change of this degree. There are steps to make changes like this and the steps take time.

The banner that was given to me by Lance is on my server so it would look like this but with no spaces (I will include spaces so you can see how I did it.

MACH...Interesting numbers!

Thought you find this interesting.

SEATTLE, Dec 17 (Reuters) - Online DVD rental service Netflix Inc. (NFLX) on Wednesday raised its expectations for fourth-quarter subscriber growth, sending its shares up by more than 10 percent.

The fast-growing DVD rental company, where subscribers choose DVDs online and have them delivered via mail, said it saw the number of subscribers at the end of the quarter growing to a range of 1.47 million to 1.495 million, compared with an earlier projected range of 1.425 million to 1.475 million.

The Los Gatos, California-based company also reported lower churn, or fewer monthly cancellations, and that its subscriber acquisition cost, or the money spent on having each new subscriber sign up, was also down.

Netflix said it is now expecting net income of $900,000 to $2.6 million during the fourth quarter instead of its previous outlook for a loss of $200,000 to a profit of $2.3 million.

Excluding stock-based compensation, Netflix said it expects a profit of $4.5 million to $6.5 million, up from the previous range of between $3.0 million and $6.0 million.

Revenue in the quarter would be between $80 million and $82 million rather than the previously estimated $77 million to $81 million, it said.

Shares in Netflix were up $4.50, or 10.1 percent, in late Nasdaq trade at $49.30.

Netflix said it will release its fourth quarter 2003 financial results on Jan. 21. REUTERS

Why would they change their name to GAMES N FLIX and not use it on the site.My take is that GAMES N FLIX will become a seperate umbrella for a multitude of venues in the video / game industry.It seems painfully obvious to me that VEEGEEZ is a testing ground in helping build the name GAMES N FLIX into a BRAND NAME.I would not be suprised if GAMES N FLIX retail chains will be popping up like Starbucks.I am smelling a long term plan in building a BRAND not just a business.When you want a DVD or Movie your going to end up at GAMES N FLIX.Just my take on a 5 year plan.

I agree with the following statement entirely. When developing a business model... you need to be a visionary. I believe the name GameZNflix Inc. is very symbolic about the expectations and future direction of the company.

"Why would they change their name to GAMES N FLIX and not use it on the site.My take is that GAMES N FLIX will become a seperate umbrella for a multitude of venues in the video / game industry.It seems painfully obvious to me that VEEGEEZ is a testing ground in helping build the name GAMES N FLIX into a BRAND NAME.I would not be suprised if GAMES N FLIX retail chains will be popping up like Starbucks.I am smelling a long term plan in building a BRAND not just a business.When you want a DVD or Movie your going to end up at GAMES N FLIX.Just my take on a 5 year plan."

Also to elaborate... you will find attached an email from John Fleming to an investor regarding "brick & mortar" locations.

"AFI Capital, Inc. was a venture capital company which we closed to focus on PGHI. I used that e-mail address to copy myself on the last e-mail so I could see how the e-mail was received.

There are things happening which I cannot discuss at this point in time. The business plan calls for focus 1st on Video Game Market, Brick & Mortor location(s), DVD rental market and further plans.

There is much going on which will follow the name change and etc. Basicly, will be focusing on the business model of NetFlix with additional areas.

I was sitting here working an e-mail to folks such as yourself on my e-list accouncing the PPM.

So you can be #1

We are offering a PPM Rule 144 stock investment in the following:

Min investment $2,500.00
Offering Stock Price $.02

If interested forward your complete contact information.

So now I hope you feel very special being the very 1st person asked with regards to the PPM

Cheers,

John Fleming, CEO
Point Group Holdings, Incorporated "

I find your post discussing possible "retail" locations to be a very strong possibility after reading Mr. Flemings mention of "Brick & Mortar"

Brick & Mortar often makes reference to retail in Corporate America.

Well, I am truly flattered but in no way am I affiliated with PGHI. I am stock holder as of 7/2003. I am just reiterating the information that I have or have been given. Raging Bull has been a good DD site for most of my information. You have to cut thru allot of BS on the board but it is there. Really good Long investors there.
Anyway, who all is invested here? There is a PPM available now to current investors only. Investors interested should email John Fleming ceo@pghi.biz - This is only available to current stock holders as of now.

Once again thank you for the compliment. - Marty

Yes TRST. I have 1 million shares @ .0014... but it has yet to perform. No volume there at all. It's a long term hold. Am not recommending a large postion in there... but boy... talk about an expensive stock... mach

Marty... truly thanks for sharing your insight with this board. Your knowledge of the company is great for potential and current investors. Further knowing that you have been long since July is certainly a confidence builder for the board. You certainly have been through several ups & downs throughout the months. Thanks again. mach

Sounds like you are in the biz. Your suggestion is a great idea. So why don't you give me a push in the right direction and give me some content ideas. I am requesting this, because you said "heavy with keywords" OK fire off some keywords. I don't want to get too involved with the text content so please make it light. Thanks -

That link of banners is just a basic compilation put together to show all that is out there right now for ad banners. Now they are just hyperlinked from their rightful owners(not actually hosting image). The top one as you know is from the www.gameznflix.com site. The four equally sized is the rotation of both veegeez and gameznflix. Finally the large one at the bottom was snagged from www.gamespot.com YES gamespot. Can't wait till 2004 -

TRS... I am unaware of that particular transaction and would not like to speculate. I will need to do a little research on the company. Stock appears to be significantly oversold as of now. As long as there is not dilution occuring... mach

Just looking at the source code-
Add meta description and meta keywords

<META name="description" content="Veegeez banner site">
<META name="keywords" content="games, games, games, games, etc">

For the pictures add ALT="somewords" tags, so the web crawlers pick up your images as words, leads to a better listing
<img src="http://www.veegeez.com/images/BannerHome3.gif" alt="word">

Submitting to google will take 6-12 months to even show up without tons of content
I wasn't surprised to see the previous PGHI thread on google, so much content.

Anyway hopes this helps

Here I slapped together a page that is simple to the point with keyword density. It could be worked up a little more with a little more time http://www.gousatravel.us/veegeez/

You guys are great. Although somewhere on the thread you lost me. A detailed explanation of how this board can help and what steps we can take to assist would be appreciated. It may be difficult to piece the entire conversation together. I'm all about teamwork. Thanks. mach
