I think Rufus plans on riding a donkey up to Capitol Hill and then to the SEC Headquarters.
CSHD shareholders will be waving palm leaves the whole way.

Washington may require a permit to ride an jackass on government property.

From PR released this past Friday (on the cvsu site)

"Each shareholder of record will receive notification via mail. The exact location of the meeting is to be announced upon receipt of the required permits."

Guys do not take "required permits" too literally. If you have a convention or public meeting at a hotel... they usually have the "required permits" for their convention halls already available. If you meet somewhere else you usually have to file for the permits yourself. I know people that throw huge New Year's parties every year. and every year the permits are an issue based on the location. Just chill on the "required permits" being protest related till you start seeing the tree huggers carrying professional placards. LOL! [Big Grin]

Besides, the PR states that the meeting will be available via teleconference and video conference - I doubt that would be feasible in the streets of DC.

Do you need a permit to have an official stockholders meeting? I really hope it is something other then a march on Washington. Somehow I do not think I could explain to the kids that Dad is going to march in order to get the shorts!

You need a permit no matter what type of meeting/party/get together/ho-down/shin dig you are having if a large number of people are expected to attend. Things like fire safety and police details all play into that. Folks need to use a little common sense here.

There were a number of people here yesterday that assured me that the stock price would go below a penny today if Rufus did not file the 10Q. I find that they are not as vocal today. Do bashers work on a 4 day work week? [Big Grin]

I don't call speculating about a protest in Washington, DC lack of common sense. Tut posts "Washington, DC what do YOU THINK"

Considering the banter on the committee pages about congressional hearings and the SEC holding down the company I don't see how anyone could NOT speculate the possibility.

Its like ignoring that 1000lb elephant in the corner of the room if you consider NO PROTEST a lack of common sense.

I am not for that idea myself- Just saying that we should be prepared for anything the way this rollercoaster has been going.

Yes... in many places officially you need a permit for any public gathering of five or more people. It usually is over looked unless there is a liability issue. I would thing Washington D.C. is especially particular about it's permit regulations. I doubt you will be doing any official marching, just a bunch of comedy from how the statement reads in the PR.

Traders are a very particular group, always wanting things exact and unquestionable. I am sorry to say in life you can't have everything accurate and precise at the same time. Consistant bullseyes are difficult to obtain. Half the time I believe you guys wouldn't be happy even if you wrote the PR yourself.

1) 2 new ports
2) Wood processing facility
3) River barges in the area and at that location.

The IIRSA is a plan put into motion by 5 big banks in South America to move the peoples of the varying nations, and their commerce forward, while moving the earth toward a healthier state. NOTE: to look beyond South America you will find the World Bank, European nations, and the CDP (cdproject.net for reference).

A major plan involving Ecowood and CSHC in South America is the current implementation of an IIRSA plan to link the Orinoco, Amazon, and Rio de Plata rivers to creat a continental waterway from Venezuela and the Caribbean, to the Atlantic coast in Uruguay/Argentina.

The information obtained from the IFC.org website shows you this as having been prepared for by this World Bank Group in preparing the ports at the Orinoco river delta for hauling and processing the wood obtained from the Amazon river.

http://www.irn.org/pubs/factsheets/m...adeiraFact.pdf

The above two links share information on the IIRSA. I do believe the ecology of the planet will only be better for the sacrifice of some locations made in the former link given above.

The above is the IFC project page described in the first paragraph. If the link does not work for you, there are instructions given how to find this information.

Thanks - I refreshed and weird sounds gone. I thought Tut was sending me subliminal messages.

So I am trying to piece together the latest events. Was there a conference call yesterday with just the committe reps and is that where the latest update on the shareholder webpage came from? and if so, was there any other news or info from that call. I did see the post from Tony Saprano (that's weird), anything else?

It seems many people are missing a key phrase from last Friday's press release:

"The Meeting will be available via tele-conference and video-conference."

The speculation that the meeting might be some sort of demonstration makes little sense as the vast majority of shareholders who wish to participate will undoubtedly take the video or teleconference option.

I would rather think that the meeting will be a combination of updates on where we are at that time and forward-looking business. To the extent that anything needs to be voted on by the shareholder base we can take care of that. Additionally, shareholder meetings are often good times to make major announcements concerning contracts, appointments, partnerships, etc.

A demonstration in the streets? This sounds like the same sort of extreme speculation that causes so much misguided stress as we wait for legitimate information.

... In My humble Opinion
