No that is about it. The good news is the market just closed and we finished in the green for the first time in awhile. If nothing else it seems to have held the bashers at bay a little bit.

No, it’s because you have your brokerage account loaded in the background. Does it sound like laughter? [Eek!]

Driver ~ Thanks, I made a copy and will check it out a bit later. I really need to do more digging in that info.

I am a bit of an Orinoco history buff ever since reading the "The Creature in the Map: A Journey to El Dorado" By Charles Nicholl it is a nice book documenting Sir Walter Raleigh's and his hunt for gold in South America.

Are you talking about “TonySoprano’s” first post this morning? That post and all other posts that quoted him were deleted off HSM. Go figure! I guess it wasn’t cherry enough to choke down the kool-aid. [Eek!]

He was chapped that Rufus’ choose to play the crusade card instead of developing the business he had promised us.

So I am trying to piece together the latest events. Was there a conference call yesterday with just the committe reps and is that where the latest update on the shareholder webpage came from? and if so, was there any other news or info from that call. I did see the post from Tony Saprano (that's weird), anything else?

What's with the closing price of $1.99... is that for real (I wish)? Sure makes my account look purdy!

I would rather think that the meeting will be a combination of updates on where we are at that time and forward-looking business. To the extent that anything needs to be voted on by the shareholder base we can take care of that. Additionally, shareholder meetings are often good times to make major announcements concerning contracts, appointments, partnerships, etc.

Now that sounds logical...

Yes, but I didn't see it on that board, I saw it here as a repost a few pages back. Do we know what was said by Rufus to lead to that?

So, in my positions tab in Etrade, i'm showing $0 for current price and $0 for market value of my shares. But on the net assets page it shows the correct value. And the last time it did this was when the symbol change happened. Anyone else with etrade having this happen?

While I cannot disclose the exact reasons for my decision due to Confidentiality constraints I would recommend that each of you read the lastest update from the Shareholder's committee and draw your own conclusions, at least for now, based on what I have posted in the past:

I hope for the best for everyone in this and share with each of you the frustration regarding this situation.

Sorry if my earlier posts came off as negative about the shareholder meeting. I think I recall on SPR that Washington was the number 1 place listeners were. Probably means that is where most of the stockholders are too. So having a shareholder meeting there makes perfect sense.

"The Meeting will be available via tele-conference and video-conference."

The speculation that the meeting might be some sort of demonstration makes little sense as the vast majority of shareholders who wish to participate will undoubtedly take the video or teleconference option.

I would rather think that the meeting will be a combination of updates on where we are at that time and forward-looking business. A demonstration in the streets? This sounds like the same sort of extreme speculation that causes so much misguided stress as we wait for legitimate information.

... In My humble Opinion

It is speculation humble- After the last shareholder meeting being broadcast from a mexican restaraunt using someones laptop and a webcam, and cellphones piped into audio chat rooms I would expect nothing less than chaos with this stock. Doesn't mean I am selling [Wink]

Agree?

I HOPE its just a shareholder meeting and not some other political agenda being focused on in Washington DC.

Why do I speculate this?
Someone on HSM was speculating this same thing when that PR came out and Tut came on and said:

Great post Humble.
In regard to shareholder votes, don't those usually have to be announced by company before hand? I usually get emails and letters about upcoming shareholder votes from my other holdings, usually weeks in advance with the topics to be voted on spelled out.
And if there is a vote at this point or any other, I hope they find a better way to reach their shareholders of record than some internet site you have to sign up on. I haven't done it yet and don't intend to at this time. To much about it (the committee) is uncomfortable to me.

So? How about a CEO change? We are almost due for one, aren't we?

As a CSHD stockholder I nominate Petar Vucicevich to become our next fearless CEO and start the next chapter!

Ok ok, I will takeover as CSHD CEO. I understand that you all need a capable leader, and I am willing to completely reverse my stance and assume this position in order to reverse the miserable fortunes that have befallen on the shareholders.

Please let Tut know, the Repoman is coming to collect.

I wasn't talking about going so I could be in some sort of demonstration. I'm pretty sure that isn't going to be what happens here.

I was only talking about going so I could be there with everyone as we hear (hopefully) all of the good news. I've been to one of Rufus's BBQs, so I know he knows good food. It would also be good to rebuild my confidence in him...he can really make you feel confident talking to him in person!

An unintentionally funny post on HSM:

“Someone earlier mentioned a Class Action Lawsuit . If it comes down to that, please throw me on the list. Be sure not to do anything individually , because together we can all work as a team and probably reap rewards, or compensation for this mess”

Be sure not to do anything individually with your class action lawsuit. Huh! OK, I think! [Eek!]

I called Etrade this morning about my account balance being incorrect, and they said they were having technical problems. They straightened it out a little later.

The one interesting thing I saw over there was some discussion about how quiet the committee has been. With the exception of the Soprano abdication it appears they are sticking to the gag order. I have to believe that is good news. Rufus has legal advise, he and the committee are quiet, hopefully that means work is going on.

This problem could be avoided if they hired someone internally to mange investor relations. Typically, companies don’t do this until they reach the multimillion-dollar range (sarcasm effectively inserted). [Eek!]
