All silliness aside. If the bonds are not real whether Mr. Harris knew it or not the company needs to be shut down before any more innocent people loose their money. I'll accept the loss to save others.

All due respect, you ARE naive. No one's going to give $7B to some random businessman named Rufus Paul Harris. Do you all not realize just how much money that is?!?

Who gives a cowboy 7 BILLION dollars (US)? Who specifically is the “Caracas Group”? If they gave Rufus bond ownership for business purposes wouldn’t the contract be detailed enough to prevent “reckless” conduct with those funds? If so, is he at risk of default on that contract?

Look at the JVs and partnerships. Almost all of them are vapor. Hardly any effort was put forth to develop the JVs or development of CSHD itself. Even when Rufus was on subpennyradio most of his discussion and passion was about NSS, how it burned him with BBAN, and his desire to correct the problem.

Is it possible that this was an architected attempt to use the system against itself? This business model certainly fits the theory. We don’t make anything, currently don’t service anyone, and just sit on a well of cash. The overhead is so low that you have a CEO working out of his house and one other person as a conduit to the bond ownership.

So, you create a $hit storm in the market place with outlandish asset claims, draw the speculative investors in, keep them content with information, stir up the doubters, chum the water, watch the NSS sharks feed; trap set, go for the kill.

Master conspirator? Perhaps! Idiot business man? Perhaps!

HHAHAAHAHA you hit it right on the nail! What moron is going to give an unsucessful businessman with a shady past all these bonds without any prior success. Thats common sense right there, and the reason that this has become such a joke.

That could very well be the case, and the only logical reason Mr. Harris and us continue to believe they are real. This could be a very good defense for Mr. Harris, and it will be difficult to convict the foreigners. Mr. Harris would then be free to start another company, hopefully being far more careful next time.

Yes they are real, but were they sold by people who actually had the power to sell them, and did we actually buy them?

of course IF this were the case RPH might slide but our money would also vanish, without the bonds we have no value.

It takes a contract with consideration (usually money)for that contract to be legit. We don't have any money, never did as far as I can see.

Show your research, because my research does not show him as failed. BBAN issue was a dispute that went to "no end". Other leads beyond that do not seem failed. Greenleaf was the only other published issue in RPH's history and that was explained to many's satisfaction when he was asked about it. Placing $1 or $1 million into a defaulted checking acount is not a smart deal in any situation. Even if the decrepid golf resort was a steal. [Roll Eyes]

The more I think about it the more I think Rufus found some sort of loophole that he can borrow against bonds even though he doesnt really own them. His goal was to use the money to fund these pet projects he had but I dont think he thought the plan through completely. He thought the market would bring the price to $15 on their own, but it didnt. This is when I believe it all started to fall apart. He knew he couldnt reset the price so he tried to give more shares away to offset the difference but that didnt work either.

At this point I think he really is playing the 'idiot defense' because I dont think he thought investors would be so commited to this. He problably thought once the SEC halt happened people would just sell and move on. Now he's just doing anything he can to buy more time. I knew when I saw that "emergency meeting" PR that was going to be his excuse for not filing the 10Q. Thats the problem with a bad liar, they forget the last lie they told you and when you hear from them again they got another story to tell.

I really wanted to believe that there was outside forces that were trying to get us, but were the good guys and we'd come out on top. As time goes by I realize that Rufus is FOS and he always has been because all these conspiracies he talked about (Nss, SEC, MMs) could have all covered by now at these prices, but he still points the finger trying to blame them.

A CEO that never takes responsibility for his own stupid decisions will never get us out of this.
