All of the SEC filings can be found on the Edgar system. The search should be conducted under "Furia", as that is the original company acquired in the reverse merger. Please familiarize yourself with these documents. They are essential to your understanding of the company.
CSHD awaits a ruling from the Judge and after the ruling according to the rule 15c2-11 an MM must be willing to trade for us by filing the needed forms.

BB pulled that Frankfurt site with 700 million bond in August. Made sense that it was increased in value in the portfolio..... not sure why Bloomberg would not have this knowledge... but a bank in Germany shows it.

This will be one of the most scrutinized filings the SEC has seen all year. I get a much better feeling with RPH and MA lying low, not posting messages, or getting on SPR.
It finally appears they have retained smart legal counsel.

We have to start a new thread every time we exceed 100+ pages in a thread. With CSHD we start a new thread about every 2 weeks or so

I pretty much agree with you, besides predicting PRs or various things of that nature, he has never imo provided any good dd or concrete evidence of the "power" of the company, as he likes to call it.
