Jenna, I'm not great with legal jargon myself, but here's my take on the above (anyone, please feel free to correct me if I'm off-base):
The first link details the requirements that need to be met before a request for default can be entered-means they had to prove all the points mentioned (i.e. they served Rufus, Rufus failed to show up to court, failed to defend himself, etc.)
The second link is just a legal definition of what it means to default.
The third is a motion Rufus can file to counter the SEC's motion, should the judge initially find for the SEC. Means he better give the judge a darn good dog-and-pony show from here on out and a whopper of a story why he failed to comply with the court process thus far.
The last link means we can approach the SEC directly, legally, with our concerns about their actions. An official statement probably carries way more weight with them than a complaint in their Customer Service mailbox...

Rufus said a priority was to draw down on one of the bonds in three to five days. Would that make today the 3rd day meaning this could be done today and if so when and how will we find out if this has been done?

Where are you getting any idea that this is what is happenning to CSHD now? Did I miss some news?
Stating the laws is fine but some of us just can't ready every post and when we (I) run across something like your post my initial reation is WTF happenned.
Has something (a fact) been posted about a legal proceeding directly relating to the information you are posting or are you just posting it as a reference list of possible what ifs?
I don't mean to offend you but I'm just wondering?

To be perfectly honest Lauralai posted all I could have said just now. I can tell you that (b) in the third paragraph is what I THINK we're waiting for. I mean, the truth is we DO NOT know what kind of contact has been made between the SEC, Rufus, CSHD, and the Judge. WE DO NOT KNOW THAT. The SEC can file all the petitions and filings their teeny, tiny little hearts desire. In the same breath, CSHD can as well.
No matter what they file and introduce, we just have to wait and see what the JUDGE/COURT says. Everything else is just adding to OUR confusion, and no one here can assume just because we don't have a grasp on exactly what is going on, all parties actually involved in the suit don't.

Are we all still going to Las Vegas? I will need as much lead time as possible as I’ll be riding my bicycle from Dallas, TX – can’t afford the flight now. Oh, and does anyone know if it’s legal to sleep outside on the street? That’s right; I can’t afford the hotel room either. It should be loads of fun, but a little awkward celebrating the SEC’s victory.

This is getting sooo old already. How long is CSHD going to play the idiot defense, were so imcompetent your honor that we didnt hire a lawyer or get an extention, etc, etc. It just makes me think sometimes, how in the hell can someone have access to billions in bonds but cant file any document in a timely matter or lay any of the infrastructure (staff) to make this a successfull company.
Sometimes I just feel like I'm being dooped and all these little things that the company "forgets" to file is all a diversion to keep our minds off the 6:1 or OTCB or Nasdaq. Well there doing of fine job of it because I havent heard any mention of Nasdaq in quite a while.

No worries Stockstar. Didn't mean to get you spun up...
If you go back just a couple pages to page 45, there is a post containing the SEC's application of an entry of default against Rufus/CSHD. My post was simply listing what the requirements were for entering the default application, the definition of default, and what Rufus might be able to do in response to such a motion. The last link was just an FYI in case we (or any other stock) gets suspended, there's something we can do about it to be heard.

Talk is they filed the rule 55 with the clerk instead of the judge thus keeping the judge out of the loop. Cute little trick.

That's better than riding a bike from Upstate New York!!! I'm only an hour and a half away from Niagara Falls!!! THAT'S FAR FROM VEGAS...I'm going to lose 40 pounds riding my bike there....maybe someone that flipped a few times and made a lot of money can get a room in there name & we can all pile in , maybe if we all pitch in - it should only be about $5 dollars a night - then we can cash in cans that we find for money to gamble with!!! Sounds like a plan....

It’s all part of the strategy. We purposely wanted to look like incompetent idiots and pulled it off to perfection. I can’t believe the SEC was so gullible to fall for it. We have them trapped in our web of stupidity and there will be no escape.

CRab, in the last thread I went over the procedures when MA and RPH signed the waivers. They had 14 or 15 days to either file a motion for dismissal and explain why or file the company's evidence to defend itself. It apparently has done neither since the default was filed.
The judge almost has no recourse but to rule in favor of the SEC if the company won't stop dicking around and stand up and defend itself.

How can you be in a "temporary" coma - those were the words - I've never heard of that - how do they know it's temporary they can only speculate...plus you can't talk to people on the phone in the evening if you are in a coma in the morning.....

Ya i'm not a doctor, but I agree with Jenna that they don't predict with any accuracy how long someone will be in a coma. You guys should be listening to subpenny theres a fed court attorney talking on there now.
