I find it interesting that one of the CSHD "family" got some of my posts in the previous thread deleted. Guess I wasn't cheerful enough about the stock.

Let's hope we hear something today. At least I can tell they are working on their web-site, so someone is doing something.

Tex he has been on the radio w/ simon before. He is probably in his mid to late 50's and is canadian.
If this play works out to be true tut will seem like a genious.
If it doesn't then he sure will be glad he didn't give out his identity.

Remeber from the BBQ, someone mentioned that they have known him for 20+ years and said he is a great guy.

If we are all willing to hold this stock strong listening to RPH and ignoring some serious forces around the stock I think I will listen to his (RPH) one bit of advice-

"Listen closely to Tut". I don't care that I don't know his name or #, I don't base my decisions on the things that he posts. The only thing I do is listen to his posts. Doesn't mean we are tut followers, just means he posts and we read it.

No reason to get into it and make it personal with the guy. He has more experience than I do in this market probably so do I lose position listening?

Not really- I even listen to what people are saying that are bashing. It allows me to see it from both sides of the fence (Usually can find facts to verify the bashing is indeed bashing).

Let me rephrase:

I don't mean we are holding our cshd shares based on the words of one person (RPH). We do however listen to him and it holds a lot of weight.

And Good morning [Razz]

Sceptor,

I just get upset when someone tells me that they know it is all going to work out, but I am too stupid to know it will work. Very condescending, and I think that I should be the one to judge my own abilities to understand something. This board is filled with a lot of very smart people, including doctors, lawyers, engineers, and many others. Hell, we even have a fashion model who breaks the sterotype of other models. All of these people have given great DD, coming from almost nothing. SO I get mad when someone says that it is too complicated. JUst throw us some bits then, and we can figure it out ourselves. Then tell us if we are right or wrong, and if we are wrong, then tell us how. I just hate people who are full of themselves, and talk down to others.

As we await on the next filing, is the 8K for 6-2005 vs June 2006 still a valid document as is? I'm sure many have bought in to this on this point alone with all the positives with assets and net income. Again, is this an issue for accuracy?

unclerudy-

Perhaps an approach like you just posted above would be better at explaining your thoughts than the one used below?

"F him in his stupid anonymous, vague, never going to tell you anything of any worth A-hole. I hate that guy, especially now that he is talking down to us. Put out or shut up!!! "

I doubt he is full of himself and I doubt he is intentionally talking down. He says that he cannot explain his DD due to the volumes it would take to write it out.

In due time you will get your view behind the curtain. Until then just ignore his posts and don't take them personal.

Here is what was posted on HSM I am sure you are referring to:

tutankhamen
HSM Regular

It is just analytical of other indirectly related events, political and financial which corroborates the validity of what your due diligence has already shown you but would be difficult for most to grasp without a full understanding of the whys and hows and the whos of bond trading and the origins and the purposes. To go into depth would require writing volumes which in such a short space of time would be way over everyones heads. No offense intended but it would take a study of much more than just the company isolated from external events and influences that also play an important role in its success.

I agree. I don't take it is condescending, hopefully unclerudy will see it for what it was too.

Good post from HSM:

Most webs sites only have the original issue amount: 500 million. The principal amount was increased to 753 million three years ago.

Here's the story of these bonds according to an SEC filing for the government of Venezuela and I quote:
U.S.$500 million in aggregate principal amount of these notes was issued initially for cash in August 1998. In connection with the BANDES Exchange, 2003 the Republic issued an additional U.S.$252.8 million in aggregate principal amount of these notes, which form a single series with the U.S.$500 of these notes issued in 1998."

To verify this for yourself:
1. go to www.secinfo.com
2. Enter in the search box the Accession Number: 950133-4-398
3. To quickly find page 116, search in your browser for 252.8

You will see this footnote refers to the 13 5/8 bonds of Aug 2018 the bonds in question

Well, like I said if they screw up Wednesday's filing, that's going to tell me everything I need to know.

IMO, then it's time to walk away, if by magic 6x my shares appear in my account someday, -great!

Hoping for the best!!

Well in my opinion, they had better not "screw around" and try and file last minute. They can not afford to be late because of a missing paragraph or signature this time. Early is the best way to see a filing, but if it is impossible, then "on time" works. IMO

Just sent this in to investorrelations...I'll post whatever I get back...

Yeah, I know I'm impatient...I could just wait till tommorrow but I was bored, lol...

I'm just asking this because "some" are still questioning this...I'm assuming they are still going to file by tommorrow, but whether or not they "must" file has been questioned...

That...and I just wanted to see if I could dance around the question and get something of consequence out of them, lol...

quote:
As I'm sure you've recieved hundreds of emails asking for some sort of info pertaining to the upcoming filing that is due, my question is not whether you will be complying, I'll assume you are, but whether or not the 10Q is still due on Nov. 15.

To clarify I am just wondering if, since we are no longer trading on the OTC:BB, the 10Q is still due on Nov.15?

Thanks,
Quoty McShareholder
