I found the actress playing CSHD showed great promise but the performance was a little uneven.
3403 certainly showed moments of inspiration but often seemed to be just mailing it in.
The dogs performance was puzzling. At times you wanted to stand up and cheer but at other moments you wondered how they made it to the big stage.

However, the facts remain the same – the bonds are real (IMO) and the SEC has filed for default judgment. Time for both parties (Rufus and the SEC) to slap their meat on the table and let the Judge measure! Let’s hope our guy is hung like his thoroughbred Dark Chocolate.

Very little volume. Are we basically at a point where things are going to stay pretty still until the SEC case is resolved one way or the other?

How do you all interpret the first paragraph (see excerpt below) of the “shareholder committee” update?
We formally recommended to Mr. Harris to file the requested documents with a Market Maker to rightfully return our company to the OTCBB. His response was the corporation’s current court status prevents the recommendation of the shareholder committee. Your recommendations will be addressed on Monday, November 20, 2006 during a 12:00 Noon meeting with a potential Washington DC Law Firm. Thank you for the committee’s cooperation; the return of the Corporation to the OTCBB will hold 1st priority upon status change of the corporation with the Federal Court. I will respond with the time frame fulfillment of your request as soon as possible.
Does this mean we are not able to engage a market maker until ALL issues are resolved with the SEC or just until the default judgment has been resolved?

Other wise what would CSHD have to bring to the table. Obvious no brainer. It's boring doing this waiting. But i'm glad to hear that something is suppsed to be getting done.
if the bonds are monetized, and he funds our jv's, i believe all is good, but why is he not hypothicating them ??, easy solution, and for all we know he might be doing just that, but if we wait until december 17 to march on the whitehouse lawn, we can pick these share up off the ground... he needs to quit playing games.. lol

SEC to Undergo Further Scrutiny From Congress By KARA SCANNELL November 21, 2006; Page C5
WASHINGTON -- The Securities and Exchange Commission, already under fire for its handling of a suspected insider-trading case, will receive more congressional scrutiny next month when the Senate Judiciary Committee holds a hearing on the agency's effectiveness.
Sen. Arlen Specter, a Pennsylvania Republican who is chairman of the committee until the new Democrat-controlled Congress convenes in January, has scheduled an oversight hearing on the SEC for Dec. 5.
The hearing comes as the SEC has been on the defensive since Sen. Specter and Sen. Charles Grassley (R., Iowa) said they were investigating the agency's handling of an insider-trading investigation involving hedge fund Pequot Capital Management and John Mack, the chief executive of Morgan Stanley. The matter, which was brought to their attention by a former SEC attorney, was referred to the Government Accountability Office for a thorough review of the SEC's enforcement division.
Linda Chatman Thomsen, the SEC's enforcement chief, is expected to testify at the hearing. Pequot founder Arthur Samberg has been notified of the hearing, according to a person familiar with the matter. It is unclear if Sen. Specter will compel his testimony. A spokesman for Pequot declined to comment.
Sen. Specter is expected to discuss the ability of the Justice Department to work with the SEC on investigations, following two court rulings that criticized the agencies for working too closely. He is also likely to discuss hedge funds, which he has said require tough enforcement.
It follows two hearings Sen. Specter held earlier this year. The first focused on hedge funds and short-selling activities, and Gary Aguirre, a former SEC attorney, testified about the SEC's handling of the Pequot investigation. Mr. Aguirre says he was fired after he sought to compel the testimony of Mr. Mack, who he suspected of tipping inside information to Pequot about a pending takeover. Mr. Aguirre has charged that the SEC denied his interview request because of Mr. Mack's political connections, and he said the agency allowed insider-trading referrals to gather dust, allegations the SEC has denied. Mr. Mack testified before the SEC this summer, and the agency said last month it wouldn't file charges against Pequot or Mr. Mack.
Sen. Specter has criticized the SEC's diligence in following up on insider-trading referrals from exchanges. The SEC says 75% of referrals become informal probes.

If its just a shareholder meeting then by all means- sounds good (I have a home in DC). But if we are at a point mid december where we need to stand on a street or wherever in Washington, DC to try getting our point across holding signs than I suppose we AREN'T as golden as others have alluded to.
This is just my opinion!

Honestly, I think this was the purpose of rushing the Shareholder Comittee's creation. Just for the sole purpose of that little paragraph.
Rufus is going 100% by the book at this point.
Everyone in college knows the "trick" law that says and undercover officer must tell you he is a Police Officer and show his credentials to you ask him straight out. It is the law he has to tell you if he is.
I think Rufus wanted the Shareholder Comittee officially organized to ask him this question, and this question alone.
His official response that he gave back, does two things. A. It tells all why we do not have an MM. B. It shows an organized shareholder effort to effect change in the courts decision.

I have no idea- If it wasn't on a SUNDAY I would believe it could easily be some sort of protest. Since its on a Sunday perhaps its just a shareholder gathering at a nice public location.
I vote for the latter-

If there is a Congressional Hearing on CSHD it should be quite a comedy show. In the middle will be Rufus dressed as if he stepped off the set of Brokeback Mountain. To his left will be Jesuspower1 wearing white shoes and a white sequenced suit stained with kool-aid. And, to Rufus’ right will be King Tutankhamen speaking in tongue about cobras attacking, the Phoenix rising, and the gates of victory. Yeah, I would say we are golden!
