Is there going to be another hearing on the 4th? I need to know so I can take that day off and go to the court. I guess I can call the SEC and find out, but I was hoping Rufus would let us know.

I think it is kind of interesting that everyone was positioning that the lack of the filing yesterday spelled immediate doom but there does not seem to be a big sell off. Very little volume. Are we basically at a point where things are going to stay pretty still until the SEC case is resolved one way or the other?

3403 I was thinking that you might discuss that amongst yourselves for a little while.

100,000 at .19 x 2, but then 0 at .19 x 2, to seemingly cancel them out. Why does that keep happening?

Sentiment is the market and you can predict it will change daily with this crazy ride. However, the facts remain the same – the bonds are real (IMO) and the SEC has filed for default judgment. Time for both parties (Rufus and the SEC) to slap their meat on the table and let the Judge measure! Let’s hope our guy is hung like his thoroughbred Dark Chocolate.

As funny as the joke is about wife leaving etc...everytime I see 3403 post now I think of that bud light commercial where the REF is getting yelled at on both sides of his head.
The announcers are saying "Where do these refs get that training"- meanwhile back at home they pan the camera into his nagging wife yelling in his year "WOULD IT HURT FOR YOU TO TELL ME YOU LOVE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"
Good luck 3403
