If this is the first you hvae heard of the exhibits filed by cshd then you are not following this to any degree. It has been discussed in depth.
We cannot comment on why they are not filed on pacer. They should be with the exception of #7 which is sealed by request and yes the SEC had to see every exhibit incliding the sealed one.
You are not paying attention and your cred suffers for it.

No one alledged they were filed. It was known fact at the time.
I am also pretty sure RPH two days ago said what most of those were on SPR. Including the sealed one. Personally I do not care what they submitted.

WV - I wasn't saying that YOU would trade based on that information, but the SEC should know better than to give a one sided view of a company that is trading. Since she volunteered to send you the SEC stuff, she should also have sent the CSHD stuff....

OK? Which doc? Not sure the one that wasn't posted on New2's link...
The thing that is odd...to me...Why were the docs "pulled"? Why can't they be viewed any more? And why would Ms. Black forward them when they have been pulled? It does seem that this would borderline on effecting the trading...maybe a little...since she said to share them...

Look back at my posts...I did address them. I think my comment was they appeared to be written as expected and scary....evidence was weak.
That was not just MY opinion...they were group researched. I will not say an official legal opinion was reached since that was the judges job.

I and others have every single one of them. We just are not stupid enough to post any detail of them based on the Terms of Use Agreement that is available on PACER. Why would I or anyone for that matter want to make the largest US based legal information web site upset. I would think they have some excellent attourney's.

I was just thinking, this entire time we have been under the impression that the SEC offers no opinions or thoughts on investigations until they are completely finished and charges are levied.
Why are they now communicating with shareholders of a company that is under investigation for alledgedly committing fraud? What changed here? Why tell anyone ANYTHING now?
I mean isn't this something we pretty much all agreed upon?

I think its odd that the SEC "Absolutely will not comment on an investigation before or after the suspension" but the SEC lawyer is sending documentation to a message board holder. Weird.
