Now here is Section 2 of the Merger agreement:
2.6 AVERAGE CLOSING PRICE ADJUSTMENT. Not sure about this but did they included Fronthauls financials in the 10K? They may have I didn't go back & check... *************************************************

6.1 (c1) (i) The Company shall not, and shall not permit any of its , or its Subsidiaries', respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, investment bankers, attorneys, other advisors or other representatives to, directly or indirectly, (A) take any action to solicit, initiate or encourage (including by way of furnishing or disclosing non-public information)

So there are my thoughts- a lot of times I'm way of base - once in a while I'm in the ballpark- if these are the violations they are talking about I can live with it....especially the first one if they have to make sure the shares equal $15...

P.S. I haven't been here 24/7. The last time I posted on this was weeks ago. The reason you may be under the impression people are "bashing" 24/7 is because people with not as optimistic as your view on this stock are beginning to outnumber you guys. IMO not a good sign.

Don't believe ANYTHING...not the good or the bad that is posted on ANY stock board...read all of it..both good and bad...and do your own DD...You should be very careful in buying and "holding long term" any penny stock...
I started in this back in JULY and I flipped it to make some very good money...and shares that I have now in this stock are "free shares" and it isn't a large amount...
Just be careful in this game..DON'T fall for HYPE on any of the boards..buy the stock...and sell the stock for some profit...(protect your capital) and then decide if it MIGHT be worth riding a few shares out...to see if the gamble is worth it...BUT don't ever fall for the BS on these boards...good or bad!

Good advice? yeah...WHEN the stock is actually trading...LOL The thing with this one? all the nay sayers...the stock isn't even trading...there is NOTHING that anyone that is "stuck holding" can do...BUT? the Nay Sayers continue? Why? That is the biggest "oddest" happening with this...WHY? if a stock isn't trading would people continue to bash?..continue to post all negative speculation? What am I going to do hurry and sell my shares? I can't...what's the point with the negative? People that believe in the stock are not going around to other boards saying..."OH hurry...buy this! best thing since sliced bread!" Hi Babe. Ya I had to put my 2 shares worth in. I just got back to Iowa. I've been in California for the last 2 months just goofing around and visiting family, watching the stock a bit. Another day goes by and we're closer to seeing the outcome of this stock.
