Share price wouldnt be effected now if they didnt have any good evidence? Evidently the document shows they do, I would like to see it. This play is finished in my mind

I believe digitalisland is just a site hosting address some shareholder had and is using it to display the documents he/she pulled from PACER. The list is not complete and never has been, but Rufus provided links to all the ones digitalisland had available on his/her site.
Hence my earlier statement, "digitalisland probably did not have permission to post them publically either."

Honestly Portman, I do not know how difficult it would be for CSHD to lose this case, but they seem to be putting in the effort to do so.
If I had the contracts, the Certificate of Ownership, links to the validity of signatures, and complete access to the system holding the assets. I would not stop yelling "See, I told you so!" till the gavel swung for contempt.

Ive watched the CEOTA website off and on since June 15th when i bought into FHAL for the log deal. CEOTA was sort of "unknown" and DD was difficult to find on them. At one point, Mike Alexander and some representative from CEOTA spoke on M N 1. There might be a copy of it out there, if so it might be a good listen if you are interested in how all of this started.
Annnnnyway, all along the CEOTA website had not changed at all. Their "news" section was basically left at the LOI between them and FHAL for the log deal. Well, today http://www.ceota.com/ is "under construction". Personally im curious to see what it looks like when it comes back online. Watch for it IMO

I’ve watched the CEOTA website off and on since June 15th as well figuring if it suddenly “went down” or stopped working I could use that as a major red flag that it was thrown together at the last second by M.A. just so he appeared to be partnered w/ someone on the Amazon deal. Remember I’ve been watching this since May 8th!
Good news – when the original FHAL/CEOTA deal failed that front webpage removed any mention of FHAL from there main page and from the ‘news’ link. I continued to check it an see if it was updated with news and at least once but I think twice the main page and the news page had new releases. Can anyone confirm my memory?
Possible bad news? – it going down today could be completely unrelated or could be related to M.A.’s new Amazon deal imo.
Any thoughts?
