1) I do not recall seeing anything that stated the TRO was lifted. 2) IMO people do have a right to their opinion and should be allowed to post their opinions on this thread...ABOUT the STOCK...and they do not need to have info, links or anything else to back up any OPINION. 3) Not sure why the 10Q needs to be filed by tomorrow? I thought the deadline was the 15th, (where I am at, today is Monday November 13th, 2006), CSHD would have until 11:59 p.m. Wenesday November 15th, 2006 to file the 10Q, not tomorrow (Tuesday)
Last but not least, there is nothing to "argue" over within this thread...not sure why peeps feel the need to do that...everything at this moment is SPECULATION and nothing more...AND? not sure how you can argue that someone is right or wrong when it is all pure speculation...
Find some other stocks to play guys...lots out there doing real well...if this comes off as the once in a life time stock...wonderful...if not...you will have made $ else where in the mean time... GLTA! And relax!

I remember about a month ago when HSM posters were talking about what can be achieved with a shareholders commitee and some of the longs scoffed at them, saying that we will be taken care of and there is no need for that.
I know people dont like to think about it but I think that this is something that should be done. At the rate this stock is going we will problably be in the single digits by mid December. Management has already proved their ineptness to responding to a crisis. So do we just close our eyes and pretend that we dont see whats going on. I said this before, forget writing to the SEC and Congress this is only senseless fingerpointing that will get us nowhere. What we need to do is continually write to CSHD and voice our discontent of the current situation because when it comes down to it, the majority of this could have been avoided/prevented if management would have set their egos aside.
I have been in this stock since the FHAL and have bought more since then, but quite honestly I really dont have high hopes of the outcome of this. However, I refuse to basically give away my shares at these prices. At this point I dont know what else is there to wait for because I really dont expect a judge or the SEC is ever going to say they made a mistake. So I just sit here and wait........

Frank - You are two months younger than me - but years smarter sticking with cash only. I DID until this one time, CSHD courted me too long and hard and I fell head over heels.
OK - gonna go watch my BUCS make fools of themselves once again. Good night all!
