Last night listening to Rufus was interesting...
I get the feeling that Rufus indeed does have the bonds, I also get the feeling that this isn't over yet.
SEC is still powerful and has it's job to do, yet Rufus still claims he has the bonds and will talk all day about them, says he has nothing to hide.
I got the mind picture of two Bulldogs looking at each other, one may be right and one may be wrong but it's still going to be a scrap ~
Since the SEC's reason for taking Rufus to court was the bonds and ownership, he says we still are golden cause they have everything that's at the Georgia courthouse for all to see. Rufus even went so far to say that that in itself would be the dumbest thing he could do if he didn't have all those things filed there, cause that would be like gathering/giving them evidence to hang him with.
Another thing that was interesting, remember when Rufus said "watch the market" Rufus said that because we had over 40 MM's and he didn't sign them on, so where did they come from, -what are they doing there was his point...
So, it was my understanding that we are in a war, Rufus is in the right but has to move a mountain, so he WANTS ATTENTION drawn to this.
"Many hands make much work light" -kind of thing..
He is sure that a movement is started now, says that more and more you will see NOBO lists, and that the market will be forced to change.

Please send your name, address, phone number, and the number of CSHD shares you currently own to dogmando*hotmail.com . He is drafting the formal, legal share holder committee documentation, as per the request of Rufus Paul Harris, and needs at least 10% of the share holders to join before it can be submitted.
Rufus requested this for the primary purpose of showing share holder unity to the SEC, the board, and any outsider looking into the situation. This is not, as some have asserted, because he thinks this will take longer than November 7th. To the contrary, he said Saturday night that the SEC has already approached him to settle, he doesn’t want to the put share holders through any more stress, so it’s highly likely to end in our favor early this week.

Rufus took back that the SEC wanted to settle, said that was a misunderstanding between his officers, but the SEC had called.

Wow did Simon and Rufas talk alot last night... I finally gave up around 1:30 but listened till they broke it up at 3. A lot of interesting stuff was said at the very end. I wish I would have captured it, but it looks like someone deleted alot of my last posts anyway. I suggest you listen to the SPR loop today.
I am still thinking we are about as "golden" as we could be in this situation. SEC's entire complaint is that Rufus does not own the bonds. And there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that he does.

Did I read that it was suggested that if so "Bail-Bail-Bail"??
Can anyone elaborate, and give a "heads up" towards another clearing house, if need be??

Would you kindly repost the address or whom we should send everything to?

why did rufus use maurice, who he says is a criminal attorney instead of a sec type attorney in a sec case? would he hire a sec attorney to handle a dui ? maybe rufus is expecting criminal charges to be filed over this. he also took back the point that the sec wants to settle with him. rufus is losing credibility fast in my book

I'm still with TDA...not sure of what to do. I guess I should see about getting out of there, but I wonder if its possible with the suspension. Looks like I have some digging to do and some action to take.

as far as tda is concerned, wait and see until the 7th on which mm's sign on to trade the stock, none of us know which brokers or if all of them will trade it.

....my daughter and I dressed up as Snow White and the Wicked Queen today. My co-workers are giving me such grief!
My biggest concern, other than this dragging out, is what the SEC is going to throw at him to make the company falter instead of the bonds, since we know that is real? Thoughts?

Thanks Tax for for summerizing the play by play action last night on SPR!! Great job 10 on starting the new thread with links to all the old threads, this way newbies can answer their own questions and learn a whole lot more by sifting through the thousands of pages we have already covered. I'm glad I went golfing yesterday instead of being hear for all the tantrums, lets just keep the speculation away until we get the real answers on or before the 7th. GLTA
