I don't care about the extra $3, particularly at this point. I was pleased that they put the 6-for-1 in writing because I felt that solidified it. I just want the SEC investigation to be over and done with...I can live with the ups and downs that go with a stock, company or market. I don't like being regulated/manipulated to this degree.

iamchadl ~ I agree with you. I am not with you... but I agree with you. I will say that without a MM signed on. There is nobody but currently selling and recently sold out shareholders to blame for the current stock price. If you are willing to sell on this exchange, and you feel that you are getting the best price you are going to for your shares, then no one can tell you otehrwise. Do what is best for yourselves.
If you are holding and you don't like the current PPS think of it this way. There isn't an MM out there to protect you at this point in time. Putting GTC order way up high doesn't do you anygood in a blind grey sheet market. All you can really do is wait till a MM signs on and is able to view your price and move the bid accordingly. Yell and scream on a board if you are unhappy. I am sure that is going to help.
But... it may just cause more confusion and cause other shareholders to sell at "even" lower prices. Meaning it is a perpetual spiral ending in nothing but more anger.
I for one agree that people should be mad, but as traders you also must be sensible and patient. Look for a way to make money in this situation. Or find another avenue to play and watch till this one gets it's game back in play.
I for one am not happy at 0.45, but I am not selling right now so 0.45 means very little to me. When it comes time for me to sell then I will be more concerned with the current PPS.

Until the amended 10k and other filings are officially filed and available to the public your statements as well as anyone elses about the 6:1 being on or off is speculation.
I don't know if its on or off- I just know I haven't seen anything official to lead me to believe either way (other than the 10k filed with the SEC that says its a go).
But that 10k filing could be changed when the amended one is filed. So its a 50/50 shot with no official answer yet.
Some speculate on the side of the cup being half empty and some speculate on the side of the cup being half full.
Considering this investment SHOULD be on money you can afford to lose I don't understand what the benefit is to speaking on the gloom side of it all.
Why not just wait for an official response?

The judge reviewed this and dismissed the TRO... that is.. he did not think that Mr. Harris was a fraud and allowed him to continue to be an officer of the company.
It was Mr. Harris's idea to step away from CSHD for now. Mike Alexander was called upon to continue on with company business.
per analogdog on HSM..and that is a backup to my assumption with representation. --------------------------------------
They have attorneys. Went through 2 that I know of in the interview process because they were a bit slow on understanding the situation. So far.. "lack of representation" has done OK.
Bond hypothecation ends the speculation.
If you want to sell go ahead... just do it with fewer "chicken little" postings.

OT: Honestly I am really feeling sorry for some of my buddies who are biting it big time on MOBL. I am following the hedge fund SEC issues precisely for this one. I can not believe they annouced more good news today and lost another 4 cents in PPS. IMO... Hedgie just keeps dumping new shares every time they PR something good. The dilution is getting extreemly ugly, and people are getting stuck in a "death spiral".
I found a way to get my money out of that one safely, but it is hard to have a stomach tough enough to watch the manipulation over there.

They don't all need to be represented. We just need 10% of shareholders to have a committee and we had way over the 10%. Then when we lost Rufus, the committee talk faded. I voted for who we wanted the committee reps to be. Did we ever hear who won?

I see many have already posted the responses generated from the company, but this was the response I recieved from the new IR department. My questions were concerning the 10Q and other filings we should be expecting. I guess I am pleased they are keeping quite about important info now... ------------------------------------------------
The response that you received was not from Mike. I was asked to answer questions from shareholders. We know that there are many scared shareholders out there. Mike as you can imagine is very busy. He has asked for my help in responding to shareholders. That should speak miles as to the kind of person that Mike is. Take comfort in the fact that we are working on the web page and answering emails as comfort that we are not running. Thanks for your support as we really appreciate it.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to comment on the questions that you asked. We are in a delicate situation with the investigation and would not want to do anything to jepardize the future. We have the utmost faith that we will succeed.
