Thecon00, its funny you mentioned you watched that site for a red flag. Thats exactly why i was watching it. I was kind of irritated that it didnt seem to be altered much over time so i started to wonder about its validity. I dont know if the fact that its now "under contruction" is good or bad news either. But, i dont really recall a lot of "news" on the site so that bugs me too.
Anyway, since you responded, and know the CEOTA page as I do, i want you to check something out.
Does this page look very familiar to you? I hadnt seen the CEOTA page for a while so my memory is fuzzy but that stuff down the left side seems identical and the rest of the layout looks familiar to me.
If you look hard enough in that link above you will find a link to the article about the original FHAL LOI actually. June 14 in the archives
For everyone else, im sure this means nothing....i just found it interesting today.

I think by getting MM's right??
But why would an MM sign up right now during an investigation?
Just trying to understand...
Anyone want ot answer this - I guess it doesn't have to be Port - (no offense Port)
Jenna, its my understanding that once MMs file their 15c211's they can then "make the market" and determine the initial bid / ask for the stock. Which, as i understand it, gets us trading on an exchange again.

Yeah they need an MM, but with Rufus calling them all out and being under investigation, we will have trouble getting any.

ill admit it looks similar but the left side link options had a PARROT that was always smiling at you not a butterfly. Green background is wrong color. WHERE DID YOU GET A LINK ON THAT SITE TO FHAL?

Well, as i said...its only a "link" to the FHAL press release. I wish there was more than that but unfortunately its just a link.
I posted the stuff and you get yelled at for bashing. "Thats funny right dar i dont care who ya are!"

Ok, i need to get back to dishes and laundry. Bah. Anyway, this has been labelled a scam pretty much since i got into it. This name here takes me back "Gordon Brown, Director of CEOTA". Not only did CEOTA have NO good DD on the net, i never did find anything about Gordon...other than some British politician. Supposedly CEOTA was originated in Texas, maybe someone can confirm.
Im gonna try to dig up some archived mp3s from back in June. I feel the need to reminisce. And im prrrrretty sure Gordon joined Mike in an M N 1 interview. Another good ole boy from the south if i recall correctly

Here is a little insight into ceota.com from Whois, its not much and make of it what you will...
h ttp://who.godaddy.com/WhoIs.aspx?domain=ceota.com&prog_id=godaddy
The only relevant things you will get from that are that the ceota.com domain was created 28-feb-06, expires 28-feb-07, and was registered by a domain proxy company called domainsbyproxy.com. Their purpose, taken from their website:
quote:Domains By Proxy® was conceived to deal with one of the biggest shortcomings of the Internet — the loss of privacy. We believe you should be able to keep your personal information private when you register a domain -- and now you can, by switching your “public” registration to a “private” one.
"As the story goes, an associate of Fronthaul has had this contract for several years for the removal of the aforementioned logs, but as this individual was in Brazil for missionary purposes this venture wasn’t in his direct focus."
Also, this is a good MP3 that explains all of FHAL....including their trucking "network plan". Honestly, i think we will hear more about this soon too. Nothing else to do right now? Check this out too.
I actually did NOT know this detail. SAP is huuuuuge in Germany and is 50% of the reason i was over there last month. I dont recall reading this before. From the link above......
"Mr. Alexander was hired by SAP to be the Americas Customer support services Webmaster for the company’s largest initiative in history, mySAP.com."

It looks to me that Mike has to allow this stock to trade. I think that without a fight Mike gets the shorters to cover painlessly and the SEC will be more likely to help CSHD with a move to the NAS without any external pressures. So yes, recovery seems contingently eminent. As far as "The Bonds" go who cares, that is information that the SEC deems necessary only if we go to court and only if they can manifest a preponderance of evidence which they have already failed to do, bottom line is shorts cover for a while and things continue slowly with some annexed fins and with newfound SEC support right into the NAS, and you don’t plan a move into the NAS unless you have supported logic by mostly the SEC and some Venezuelan paperwork denoted in audited fins.

Sorry, so far i was just placing the dots....i havent connected any yet. It always seems to me that i find links to software development people when i look into this stock. Back in June even Mike was labelled a hick truck driver but looking at his bio hes everything but that.
The dot is was connecting with Travis is that he emailed you as a member of the CEOTA management team but as with Gordon i just cant find that link myself.
Ive alllllways been interested in how this all started. Ok, where we are headed has my attention too but ive always wondered who put all of this together. Everyone gives Rufus all of the credit but there are a lot more players here than him.
Honestly? Im just killing a bit of time trying to figure out why Rufus chose Fronthaul.

Ya know its funny you posted that because its a UK company and i seem to be coming onto UK companies as much as software development companies.
For example, David Scholes from Targetbase joined with that TeSelle guy in some business alliance years back. Both of those names can be tracked to UK sites if you try hard enough.
Sometimes i wonder if thats how our Euroclear contacts "link up"....or just oodles of coincidences.

I wouldn't say that really means anything, though... it could be that they just used the same mailing list software perhaps and used the form letter that was included?? (just throwing out ideas here) Or perhaps one person 'borrowed' it from the other...
The company later changed its name to "The Furia Organization" in late 1986. In 2004 they merged with Fronthaul apparently in reverse merger fashion with Fronthaul as the surviving entity, although apparently still named Furia until April of 2006. The merger was described as "recapitalization of Fronthaul, Inc".
Loadsource Inc was also aquired along the way. Their sole asset? Certain proprietary software.
So, there are our roots so to speak. Five movies, they had a good run i guess.

Everyone must be worn out from the grey sheets eh?
I may just be buzzing but this here is something i found quite ironic. Follow me here.
John Furia did a lot of writing as well as the producing i mentioned above. In fact, he wrote an episode of The Waltons. You just cant make this chit up hehe.........
Episode : The Sinner
Synopsis : The Reverend Matthew Fordwick comes to Waltons Mountain and upsets the family with his strict and forceful preaching. He innocently samples "the recipe," and John helps him to be accepted within the community.

It's the 535 members of the United States Congress. The same group that cranks out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of us
