Yep. Happy days are here again. The Neo Cons are nothing but a footnote in history now, and so will the Bush legacy. The dynasty is over!

I'm not sure I understand this, because there is nothing new on PACER...and everything that is on PACER was on the website until they took it all down...

This is the exact language used by Frank Cristiano from Fidelity for all published bond numbers by the company. I can't get the list to copy and paste properly. But the dates correspond with the right dates in question.
Several Fidelity-managed mutual funds and institutional accounts owned the Venezuela GLB 13 .625 (CUSIP 922646AT1 and CUSIP 92299NAJ5) during the time period from March 1, 2006 through September 27, 2006 . During each period of ownership, the mutual funds and institutional accounts did not grant any rights of control or hypothecation to outside parties . The holdings and periods of ownership include but are not limited to those set forth in the table below :

Not so CRab. There were a couple of documents that never made it to the company website. One is a 16-page exhibit explaining the reasons for the TRO in more detail. Not pleasant reading. Another document was from Duetsche (sp) bank saying in essence that it could find no contract with CSHD and the company failed to produce the contract after several requests.

correct wv...just what is your point though? Those declarations you are referring to are not new.

You do realize that Rufus borrowed the link (http://www.digitalislandsinc.com/misc/index.html)from a person on H S M that contained the PACER material...Rufus stated this in one of the interviews... Rufus had nothing to do with the information contained in the link to the PACER documents that was used at cvsu.us, and therefore did not intentionally leave out information...

If anyone has the additional pacer docs handy I would love to see them now. Otherwise I will wait until I get home to look at my copies.
As I recall from reading it...didn't fidelity specifically state the amount of those bonds they controlled during that time period?
I think it was 29-39M...but I can't remember to number.

Port -- I can't cut and paste the chart. comes out screwy. The charts lists holdings and periods of ownership, but does not specify any numbers in that range.

New2stocks -- I realize they may not be new, but several of the CSHD family here who did not go onto Pacer and pay can now rely on firsthand information and many are thanking me for the work.

Well thanks for helping those who don't have access to Pacer.

This came from a declaration made by the bank:
I checked with Deutsche Bank personnel in the United Kingdom who are familiar with Euroclear. After a best efforts search of relevant pockets within Deutsche Bank, we have beenunable to confirm the existence of any contract with Conversion Solutions .

I am pretty sure Digital Island did not have premission to post the documents either... If I were you I would go look at the Terms of Use on the Pacer site. You might decide it is not worth the legal hassel of posting the document you pulled from there on a public forum.

I did not pull those documents from a website. They were sent to me by the SEC, Alana Black attorney, with the permission to share them with any shareholder. I have a get out-of-jail free card. lol
