Personally, I don't think the judge is going to pay any attention to letters and things we might send to him. That would introduce bias in the case, would it not?
As for my letters, they were actual typed letters sent via snail mail. Both responses, 2 out of 3 sent, were acknowledged by one of their staffers, and that they would contact me again when they had more information. Could it now be in the circular file, I dunno, but someone looked at it enough to get my address and SEC out of it. My letter was just a combination of humble's and Tax's, I believe. I will post it or send via PM to anyone that wants a copy. (Note: I don't expect a response from the other senator - he seems to be a putz...)

Sorry Tax, I had it but I've been busy on the "pennystock" board. Hope you can track down your cert, it's been a long time since you placed that order...

I'll be honest here, I'm really upset at what has gone down here. I bought 15K shares around $1. I was tempted to sell at 3.50 but call me a sucker, I really believed that this was on the up and up and that we would get our $15 a share.
Things looked like they were really lining up that week so I held.
I held through the 10K Ext, again I believed what Rufus, Tut, and Ben were saying. Once we got the 10K I was elated because it looked like things were going finally happen.
Then we were halted. Since then it has been a downward spiral with no end in sight. Rufus and Ben are gone. Mike A. gives us nothing. Tut has all but been exposed. We trade on the 'Grey' Sheets which I never even heard of until this stock. We trade around .40
This is frankly become a nightmare situation for me. I'm out a lot of money. And while I have no one else to blame but myself I do feel that there has been severe manipulation on the part of Rufus Harris and many others.
I personally feel that this has been a very well orchestrated scam and I will admit my stupidity - I've been had.
So why do I hold now ? Well for one I really have nothing more to lose, a few grand - big deal. I'm already down 20K from the $2 mark.
I've learned a very valuable and expensive lesson; all pk and Otcbb 'CEO's are bull****ters who are just trying to pump thier stock. Get in early, and sell on the run up and get out. Simple as that if you want to make money here.
Look a lot of people made serious bank in this, and I congratulate them. However, many, many of us are now stuck because of Rufus Harris; and sorry but he is absolutely to blame for this mess.
Anyway I will hold just for the chance in hell that we can get to $1 again someway somehow and I can get out without losing my principle. I don't believe for a second in the bonds, in Mike A., Tut, or anyone else connected to this company.
Tim Miles was absolutely right on this, and I will listen to his advice before anyone else's.
This is all my opinion and experiences, take it for what you will. But I accept that ultimately it was my decision to invest in this stock...I just have to learn to sell on the runs and not to beleive shady CEO's like Rufus Harris.

What happens if they don't?

Can we all stop whining for a second and realize just WHY we are trading at .35? The SEC halted the stock and began what is turning out to be a useless investigation started by false, baseless rumors. While they are off on a wild goose chase, we are left here to languish (for our own good, they say) with a stock that lost MM trading ablility.

I have been asking that for days. All of a sudden afterhours trades are marked (T) by Scottrade. Weird.
BTW. CSHD should have been green today. the last trade was for .45.
Small Victory...

Getting the message to the Judge is not for the purpose of lobbying our case. The intent to insure the Judge provides shareholders adequate restitution when the time comes. What “TheGreaterGood” is trying to convey is that if the Judge is fully aware of the damage we incurred he will likely try to right this wrong.

Bus...you are correct! Due to no fault of CSHD this has happenned and until the SEC can PROVE wrong doing on the part of CSHD I think those of us who invested in this company should support it. If it is found that CSHD is a scam don't you think somebody would have noticed BEFORE NOW? Either the SEC or CSHD is full of crap. So far the SEC has not been able to prove a darn thing and it is the SEC which is causing all our misery.
I sent a complaint to the SEC voicing my opinion. If they prove something later, good for them and I apologize to them. But until then please leave the company alone. The SEC seems to be the the biggest basher of CSHD and only fuels the fire.
(Hey SEC...check out NITE the market maker for Ameritrade...are NAKED SHORTING??).

No thanks, I'm not going to be bullied into feeling that I have no right to express my opinion when basically that's what we're all down to at this point: our opinions

Repo this very well could be an interesting interview...although the first thing that comes to mind is the "interview" that the head of the SEC did a couple years back regarding naked short selling...if you know what I mean...

No, this board is not for you to vent your opinion, unless you have some real evidence to back it up. Otherwise it's just pablum and you, by definition, are a basher.

At no point in this case will the judge even have the opportunity to award damages to CSHD, let alone shareholders. That will require a completely different case.

Again, read my post. Then read the 30 posts above mine. That's all everyone is doing at this point, expressing their opinions.
Why are you singling mine out just because my opinion is that it sucks to be at .35 down from $2.00 with no real light at the end of the tunnel for the short term?

Uncle Smelly, I have learned from 10of13 get your principle out and play with their shares. I can't do that yet since my basis is higher then yours, but you should of since you were there for the run to two dollars. Hope it works out for you and the rest of us.

Grassley. I didn't single him out in my letter as some did, but since he is not my elected representative, there likely isn't much he can do (unless you also live in Iowa). Just ask your own officials to support his movement....

Bashing, I don't know about.
Expressing valid concerns, most definitely. But everyone with their head in the clouds telling us over and over again that everything is OK like we're damn children can't see the distinction between the two.
Everything is most definitely not OK, the stock price proves that. Because even after the open, it's still drifted down a good 40%. And it's not just the SEC's fault, and it's not going to be solved by some ranting and raving speech by tut.

I feel a little bit slighted at this point. I was promised $15.00 with a 6 to 1 share divy. However when I get my 6 extra shares they will only equal $12.00 and change. I know Rufus said this was just plain greed. Does this bother anyone else or am I just being greedy? I haven't seen too much complaining on the boards about this issue lately. GLTA

We understand your concerns but hopefully you can understand that with the investigation by the SEC we are limited as to what we can say at this time. We know that there are many scared shareholders out there. We are asking for patience. The questions that you have asked can not be answered at this time with the current investigation pending resolution. This message was not written by Mike Alexander. I was asked to answer shareholders concerns.
