CSHD does not maintain a relationship with these banks except via contract through the bond broker and it is he who maintains the direct contract and contact whith al the mentioned banks. those banks were the ones who the bonds would be presented to as I understand it.

I was waiting for someone to point out that CSHD does have direct contract with these folks...the bond guy does...

I am not sure the judge is gonna have an issue here.
These docs have been read by several people and I thought they were out in the wild already.
I remember reading them on pacer and not being overly concerned.
I will read them again and share thoughts.
Wv I have read the docs a few times already in their entirety and so have many others. But it has been a while and like i said I do not have a good recollection right now.

Honestly, I don't care if you post them or not. I have my Pacer account, I have paid for the documents, and I know what it says about reuse and distribution of those documents.
If the attourney believes that this is helpful to her case then that is her perogative, but honestly I do not think it very smart of her to risk her case with this kind of authorization. If it gets CSHD a leg up, then so be it. If they don't care then no harm done.

WV? I just find it odd that Ms. Black would send this to you...yes it is public information...BUT? why would any lawyer in any ongoing investigation send this info via email to a shareholder? ODD!? WV? not you...Ms. Black... TAX? this email iS FROM ms Black...and she says to share it with anyone...

wv1973 I am not threatening you. I am saying you should be cautious. But if you have authorization like you say you do. Then I am sure the Judge and the Defense Attourney's would also like to know about the releas of information for the shareholders of the company they suspended trading on.

What would be the reason for them not to show. I was there. The SEC attorneys were the only ones there. The JUDGE WAS NOT THERE. LOL

Several people saw the 10 exhibits - they were posted all over digitalisland and pacer...
(Edit: the original exhibits. I don't know that any proof given by CSHD during the investigation is necessarily entered in yet and/or available for public viewing. I would think some or most would be sealed anyway. If the SEC can't view it, why should we be able to?)

I'm pretty sure the Judge was there. I never saw him, but the SEC folks left to go to his chambers for the conference call with Mike. Mike also said that he talked to the Judge, so I'm almost positive he was there. He never came into the court room though...maybe because there was no reason to .

I saw the digital island link DOCS at the time they were all SEC filed docs must have missed the company exhibits though for the life of me i dont see how, i checked more than a few times after that post about the companies response was made.

Get your password to Pacer, in the first evidentuary hearing the Defense (Rufus and Ben) entered 1-10 exhibits and exhibit number 7 was sealed by the court. These exhibits were filed, but never scanned into the Pacer system so knowing what was on these exhibits is dificult to say, but the day they were entered additional documents showed up on the GA Courts Realestate website with the 600 other CSHD Documents... One was the Certificate of Ownership of the $500M dollar bond signed by Segundo Vicepresidente Eddy Reyes Torres of BCV (Banco Central de Venezeula)...
