Hey betting babe- big fan of your DD, but I think there's more than one William Tay. I don't think the William in the picture above is our William Tay. Here's a link to another William Tay picture. Look at the older dude in the picture under the "Our Directors in Business & Community Activities" heading

http://www.psconsulting.com.sg/news_&_events.htm

Just an FYI- I don't really care what he looks like. He could look like Roseanne Barr and Gilbert Gottfried's love child for all I care. It's all about the words and the sentiments. YEEE HAW!

Thanks for all the great DD.

Big pat on the back BB... I mentioned about two months ago that William Tay's name being in that original 8K was sign that some major players were behind this, back when I was wondering who was pulling the strings on the Rufus puppet.

It looks as if Tay has been watching closely all along. As a programmer/system architech, I have great respect for the advanced code gurus that think both inside and outside the box.

Tay is one of these men. Almost like everything they touch instantly turns to gold. Maybe he should be call "King Midas" rather than "King Tut". [Big Grin]

Good luck with you up comming shoot. Seeing the Target ads this fall and winter will give me ample time to point out the other "NEW" millionaire on T.V. [Smile]

I am working on moving funds to the front line for Monday if possible. If this thing drops I am going large, if it dips, I am setting up the flips, and if it climbs I will most likely chase.

Key is I got a bit angry earlier because this is being drug out for no "obvious" reason. I don't like games even if it is "squeeze the short", do the deal and all rejoice is my moto. But then again that is the reason I would never be able to set-up a deal this awesome for thousands of investors. [Smile]

So, what if BB's post is correct and the young William Tay is our Tay and our Tut. He is a software architecture expert.

Now, im no software expert so this stuff is a bit far out for me but i found this interesting.

There are several William Tay's but there is one that is a senior systems architech/experienced CEO/financial wiz. He had a New York address and I think he now lives Singapor.

I Google Earth'd his addresses a while back. I think the image above is him. An age around 32 doesn't surprise me to much considering all the other astonishing things this guy has done.

This Thomas Benson's audit notes are just getting better and better. Remember the unknown $310,138,000 UCC note?

BOOO YAAA!

quote:
The UCC Security Note is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and the company has clear and marketable title to the assets securing the note. The assignor is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Washington and in good standing under the laws of such State.

The value of the UCC Security Note is double collateralized, first by a federal judgment issued and second, by real property holdings appraised in excess of sixty million USD. The real property has been properly recorded as required by UCC Security statutes perfecting the interest of the assets, in accordance with the laws of the appropriate jurisdiction.

The value components of the notes are as follows: $172,299,000 in principal and $137,839,000 in interest computed at 10%. The security note has a Certificate of Standing properly filed and recorded providing verification that there are no liens or other encumbrances against the note, and it is fully owned by the Company.

hey glass. how do you feel about the 8-k? always appreciate your point of view. what I read of it seems outstanding. I think that the audited financials have been done. from the time they first said they had audited financials. I'm hoping what they have been working on now are the 10k for fhal and the 10q for the combined company hopefully they're both done.

__________________________________________________ _____________

On a very light note and at the same time a very serious one as well. I want to share something with all the shareholders tonight. I know most of you are fast asleep and that is good. To those I wish pleasant dreams. This message is for all shareholders that have held up against all the odds and this is for you to wake up to with the new morning. One day soon you will all know who I am. Money and especially this business can turn brothers against brothers, sisters against sisters, family against family. There is very good reason why I am with you all in this journey because that is my purpose but it comes from the heart and not from any sense of duty or selfish motive. I truly believe that this is everyones opportunity to better their lives in many ways. You have stumbled across something I believe is very special and unique. Don't let anyone make you lose sight of that. Most of all believe in yourselves and don't lose sight of that, and remember that you are all brothers and sisters in a world that is changing so fast. Too fast for most of us and if you spread just a little understanding once you have come through this you will be able to even make the enemy like unto yourselves. I think we have all become a kind of family in this particular venture. World peace is fast eroding but together you can make a difference. Rufus mentioned to do something charitable with some of your profits. I also think and feel the same. It would be a noble thing to do because this company should make a big difference in your lives and allow you the luxury to look at the world in a much more positive and understanding way. I want to quote from a songwriter of a particular classical rock group that I have strongly admired for years. The following has stuck with me ever since because it echoed my own philosphies.

After he had journeyed,
And his feet were sore,
And he was tired,
He came upon an orange grove
And he rested

And he lay in the cool,
And while he rested, he took to himself an orange and tasted it,
And it was good.
And he felt the earth to his spine,
And he asked, and he saw the tree above him, and the stars,
And the veins in the leaf,
And the light, and the balance.
And he saw magnificent perfection,
Whereon he thought of himself in balance,
And he knew (who) he was. in brackets is my own addition.

Just open your eyes,
And realize, the way it's always been.
Just open your mind
And you will find
The way it's always been.
Just open your heart
And that's a start.

And he thought of those he angered,
For he was not a violent man,
And he thought of those he hurt
For he was not a cruel man
And he thought of those he frightened
For he was not an evil man,
And he understood.
He understood himself.

Upon this he saw that when he was of anger or knew hurt or felt fear,
It was because he was not understanding,
And he learned, compassion.

And with his eye of compassion.
He saw his enemies like unto himself,
And he learned love.
Then, he was answered.

Just open your eyes,
And realize, the way it's always been.
Just open your mind
And you will find
The way it's always been.
Just open your heart
And that's a start.

The Exhibits section just lists the attatched referencing documents. Think of the Exhibits Section as a Bibliography. The Audit is in there:

Board of Directors
Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp.
A Development Stage Company
125 Townpark Drive, Suite 300
Kennesaw, GA 30144

REPORT OF INDEPENDENT REGISTERED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM

The Board of Directors and Stockholders of Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp.

We have audited the accompanying balance sheet of Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. as of June 30, 2006 and the related statements of operations, and stockholders' equity (deficit) and cash flows, for the year ended June 30, 2006. These financial statements are the responsibility of the Company's management. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audits.

We conducted our audit in accordance with the auditing standards of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (United States). Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. We were not engaged to perform an audit of internal control over financial reporting. Our audits include consideration of internal control over financial reporting as a basis for designing audit procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances, but not for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the effectiveness of the Company's internal control over financial reporting. Accordingly, we express no such opinion.

An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosure in the financial statements, assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, and evaluating the overall financial statement presentation. We believe that our audit provides a reasonable basis for our opinion.

In our opinion, the financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. as of June 30, 2006 and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the year ended June 30, 2006 in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.

Glad Rufus came through the way he did ... for awhile there, I was seeing my dreams drifting away ... thought there would be some following info or pr or something. Personally I have to say I'm happy with the result.

Thanks to all of you for your continued support in dd'ing all of this info! For awhile there, I felt like we were being left off the bus. I have to say how much I appreciate all of you ... it's cool to be able to come here and be able to trust what's being said know you can rely on the board. Thank you! GLTA ... later!

I think that the audited financials have been done. from the time they first said they had audited financials. I'm hoping what they have been working on now are the 10k for fhal and the 10q for the combined company hopefully they're both done.

Indeed they are done , you will see monday with tuesday the latest, 400-500 pages is alot of pages to put into a pc to file it, they wanted to play it safe so the asked for a ext. just in case they didn't get it done this weekend.
