With the 8-K/A being filed on financials, it is pretty hard to dispute them. If there are lies in the 8-K/A they better find some other country to hide in when this is all done. As with everyone else I will be interested in reading the 10-K as well as the upcoming 10-Q. Stock Lemon does raise legitimate concerns while the company has no documanted financials. Now that the documented financials are starting to come out I think that many of Stock Lemons questions are being answered. Any Opinions?

I understand the concern Doc...But with this one? until Rufas and company does something,not Ourstreet, or stock lemon or any of the other bashers...I am sticking it out. As you can see there IS too much at stake for these bashers...and every lead of charges and all have lead to NOTHING! Charges dropped and blah blah blah...
An example? My ex accused me of child abuse, the charges are on file for the world to see, the charges were dropped/dismissed (they were false) however if you were to search my name and record...they are there...am I a child abuser? Can you search ANYTHING that says I'm not? Nope...only that the charges were dropped.
Sometimes a leopard doesn't need to change his spots...because he was never a leopard. Again...good luck!

I agree that the 8k shows the financials and it does clears some of my fears(I am just so pissed off at SLJB right now) But SLJB put out an unaudited financials document. My question is what is the difference between an 8K and an unaudited financials posted on the website(SLJB)? How does filing it through the SEC makes a difference? Just trying to learn.

JHenry....As I have told you before, I respect you and your opinion. No one on this forum wishes I am wrong more than myself. I am probably being too sceptical but, this is exactly the type of "fairy tale" stock story that grabs and strangles people because they are looking for the one dream. I became suspicious when I searched and found several articles that were defaming towards these three guys. If I didn't bring this up, I wouldn't be doing what I think should be done on this site. There seems to be a history here regarding these people. PLEASE let me be wrong. I have $100,000 dreams depending on it.

Well Glass I'm glad you said something. I've been reading for 2 pgs and I thought I might have clicked on one of the old threads.
I realize that many "new" people have purchased this stock in the last few days, CONGRADULATIONS. The material you guys are "COVERING" is about 2 months old. ALREADY BEEN COVERED!
This 8k has AUDITED financial for the company and shows that everything they have stated thus far is TRUE. I really could careless who holds or sales because we will be getting the 10k very early this week and we'll be sitting at $15 soon with or without you. I wish everyone well. Do your own DD and GLTA. This is JMHO

The 10K is done, YES they need to put it in file format to send to the sec thru the coumpter 400-500 pages long they will be working all weekend to get it done by monday, the 10k is out of the hands of the comapny it is autited and signed the t/a is working on it, they had to file for a ext. in case they don't have it done by monday, there last day to file for a ext. was on friday so they played it save. OK I would not try to flip this on monday because the halt will come without notice now.

I've looked over the information and it looks good so far. I answered some questions above and think we are looking pretty good. As you know there are always risks. You should think about taking some profits to lower your position if you do not feel comfortable. I do not have a lot invested ($3600) and feel very comfortable with my position. Based on all the information I still believe this is going up on Monday.

As 10 and others mention, that case has been discussed, and, yes, it's something to be aware of that the dismisal was without prejudice (iow, the company can take the issue into court again). But you sure raise some hackles...

I finally got a response from etrade...however...I sold my position with them...on Thursday...and then got this yesterday...Funny...the shares that were held with them were purchased at .18 when it was FHAL....quite a nice profit...LOL.

Beat the odds I own SLJB too and I beleive theat we will be better off if they wait untill this CSHD plays out. There is soo much interest in cshd that I am suprised and impressed Sulja has held its ground.. SORRY for the somewhat off topic post

if i like the 10K? i'll buy back in... this "with or without stuff" has NO IMPACT ON ME AS A TRADER.... as a trader? i seek facts.. those ar basically, the TIKER, the chart, and the SEC filings... my experince tells me that L2s are not facts anymore.. they are just like poker playing, you have to know how to read a bluff, and decide what the bluff is...
and NO, i did not sell out completely yesterday but i am on free shaes with a very healthy profit from the last couple days....

Guys - theDoctor meant no harm - he was just trying to put info out there he didn't know if it was out there yet? If there are people that have jumped in this after you. They are going to have questions you may have had 2 months ago. By the way I don't know if he is claiming to be a doctor - could be a nickname like - a lot of us have on here.
I apologized earlier for bring something up because I was afraid I'd be called a basher. We are all just trying to do some DD, that's all. The only one who has offended each & every one of us is that "Naked Short" guy. He's nasty!! Everyone else I welcome any info & appreciate it. It doesn't mean we have to agree. Do your own DD.
Just remember, people may not have been in this as long as you & are just doing their homework asking for your opinion (which is a compliment).

The Audited financials was performed in Okemos, Michigan. I happen to live right in Lansing, MI. About a 5 min drive to Okemos. Do you think I should call the auditing firm? To find out what they think about the company?

Jenna the way the Doc went about relaying this info was totally shady. That's the problem everyone has. You guys have praised us for our DD don't you think we would of covered info 2months old by now. As a matter of fact rufus was directly questioned about the bban situation, and he gave a satisfying answer. I think someone transcribed it but I wouldn't know how far back that is.
i was happy to post the doctor's question... yesterday...
he cost me quite a bit of time trying to figure out where he was getting his DD....
the proble here? is that i find myself re-re-repeating the same stuff so many times, i get sick of it... especially when we have a new filing with audited fiancials to review and discuss... IMO? he's diverting atttenion AWAY from the more important NEW data we have...
