Boys, if Ameriturd really is short 60 million shares, and Rufus actually resets the price to $40 with institutional support... My God, we're talking about the Short Squeeze of the Millenium. And Ameriturd will go under, no doubt. The pps could skyrocket to $80 - $100 in this type of scenario.
Look in the 90's many stocks had 50 point gains in a day. Based on pure hype for the most part.

Well I think I have done about all I can do. I know I have delivered word to at least 40 news agencies. I want this story in big bold lettering on every financial website in the country, if TDA is really short.
I maybe painting a sour picture of a single entity, but I will tell you right now I have lost money to hedgies, and shorty for so long. I too want to see this practice stopped.
I wanted to bring a possible story to your attention.
A lot of press lately has been surrounding the legal practice of shorting and the illegal practice of naked short selling of small cap (small business) stocks on the Over the Counter Trading Board (OTCBB).
Last night (Wed. September 13th, 2006) CEO of CSHD Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. made a very bold and public statement regarding the short selling of their company stock by one of the largest Online Brokerage Firms TDAmeritrade. I have checked and all his allegations are true about the brokerage firm restricting shareholders from buying stock in CSHD in particular. They call it a TDAmeritrade business decision, and that they are protecting their customers. When in reality they could be trying to cover their own large short position of CSHD at the expense of their customers.
Interestingly enough no major new outlets have picked up on this story, and if TDAmeritrade is in fact short in this company by 60 million shares it will bankrupt this large brokerage firm and strand all of their customers.

we've all lost lots of $$$$ to NS and I think it would be a huge win for the little guys if Rufus pulls this off. I just hope it doesn't come back on him!
