I keep hearing about the trap for the shorts. OK. The real trap and the most expensive trap is the one where they have to cover after the Reset. Today they could have covered anywhere from $2.45 to $3.84 but if as I suspect, of In My Opinion, we could see a halt at market open. A halt for news is nothing new, then the 10K gets filed and a couple of hours later trading is resumed at the reset price.
Rufus said he would give shorts time to cover. Well I beleive he said that quite a while back so he did give them time. That time is now over and now it will cost them dearly to cover.
The perfect storm. I mean when I look at the late afternoon trading it's easy to see that the word was out about the late filing. Hey why not file it if there is any chance you could be late you've covered your proverbial A55. It doesn't mean that you can't file it anyway. Remember Rufus and Ben always used the date of the 30th as the deadline and the 29th as the day it would be filed. Maybe there is something we don't know that would cause the filing to actually be late on Monday. Whatever. But IMO, the last trade has been made prior to the reset.

I agree with the 10k coming out early next week. If not Monday then Tuesday. I do believe we may have to wait a few days for the price reset after that. Rufus will want to let the market build support on the financials and not have a large percentage of shareholders just in for the price reset. The emotional highs and lows in this have been incredible.

Alright everyone. Everyone here panicked just a little too much but that is understandable because you have all been through a very tough battle. No extension is needed. BB I plan on reading every last word of the agreement a couple of times over the weekend. Then I'll formulate my "position" on this issue and God help the person that answers the phone at Aturd on Monday. I will consider litigation if it comes to that.

Once we re-open there will be a blitz of PR's outlining what is going on and some other deal's that are NOT in the 10K. I may have missed this the first I read the 8K or is it new. I didn't realized that CSHD has FULL OWNERSHIP of the Venezuelan Bond.
On March 15, 2006, the Company acquired full ownership of Global Bonds issued through the Republic of Venezuela with an issuance date of July 31, 1998 and a maturity date of August 15, 2018. The principal amount of the bonds is $500,000,000 USD with a fixed interest rate of 13.625%, computed on a semi-annual basis. The applicable identification codes are as follows: Common Code - 008975540; CUSIP - 922646AT1; & ISIN Code - US922646AT10. The first interest payment is due on August 8, 2006, in which interest receivable and revenue have been properly accrued, to the holders of the bonds (the Company).
The applicable Declaration Statement (ownership documentation) specifies the transfer of full ownership to the Company from Banco Central De Venezuela, the issuer of the bonds, and insures that the bonds are free and clear of any deductions, charges or fees assessed by the Government of Venezuela. The Certificate of Ownership also identifies the Company as the sole owner, with an effective date of ownership as of March 15, 2006. The ownership documentation has been properly recorded with the State of Georgia securing and perfecting the bonds.

Think about it and in that pr about shorts it said the beginning of the end for a trading dynasty.....once loved and respected trading house may have sealed that company's fate as it is now perceived to specialize in shorting otcbb stocks...hmmmmm aturd might just be who killed Ruffas from the past and thats why he pointed them out?? speculation????
