On March 15, 2006, the Company acquired full ownership of Global Bonds issued through the Republic of Venezuela with an issuance date of July 31, 1998 and a maturity date of August 15, 2018. The principal amount of the bonds is $500,000,000 USD with a fixed interest rate of 13.625%, computed on a semi-annual basis. The applicable identification codes are as follows: Common Code - 008975540; CUSIP - 922646AT1; & ISIN Code - US922646AT10. The first interest payment is due on August 8, 2006, in which interest receivable and revenue have been properly accrued, to the holders of the bonds (the Company).
The applicable Declaration Statement (ownership documentation) specifies the transfer of full ownership to the Company from Banco Central De Venezuela, the issuer of the bonds, and insures that the bonds are free and clear of any deductions, charges or fees assessed by the Government of Venezuela. The Certificate of Ownership also identifies the Company as the sole owner, with an effective date of ownership as of March 15, 2006. The ownership documentation has been properly recorded with the State of Georgia securing and perfecting the bonds.

ok well lets open our eyes... clues are our information... dd it all ,and we have our information?! Yes some sold which meant they lost...had they not sold would they have lost? I think someone is giving us this info through tut who is an insider...but without telling it right out openly is it illegal? So maybe whoever this is is truly trying to help us but can only do so by being tut and giving clues...If this is so then I for one appreciate it, but then again is this the proper way to trade? The Pay-it-Forward movement can only reach a high maximization point when people give away what they dont need to the ones in need. It doesnt matter whether it is random or intended. I can give it away to an intended charity or the next poor person I see on the street. ....

Wow I'm more excited now than I ever have with this. I'm glad tut helped clear things up. Looking forward to a remarkable week. Rufus is going to squeeze the shlt out of the shorts. 'Why do a short squeeze today when you can do a mega short squeeze tomorrow'(Monday). Absolutely Brilliant. Would be nice if the next PR gave some info on the release time of the 10K - maybe say like Monday Morning - then watch the stock take off. Don't know as though I would expect a trading halt right away. I would think they would at least give it a day or two.

Listen guys I was just as bent out of shape earlier as anyone. If you look at one of my posts when chart asked if anybody had sold. I said I hadn't but I better see something soon or it was going to be hard for me to hold on. So lets take a look at what we have now.
1. Rufus has hit every filing and pr he said he was going to . 2. the 10k is not late and they have until monday to file. 3. We got an 8-k today filed with the SEC with audited financials on it. If you remember every basher said we would never get audited financials. 4. Sole ownership of a 500m bond
right now this seems to me that rufus and company have held up their end of the bargain. I'm not saying it has been painless.

dollar what's todays date? Sept 29,2006 and since the due day falls on a non trading day they have until the next trading day. Which is Monday October 1,2006. I think for the time being you should issue a public retraction calling Rufus a liar.
