One last thing i see people asking why didn't they see the 8K coming , and they saw the ext. coming so they bought the stock down.
Answer is the ext. was sent out during trading hours it takes 1 hour sometimes 2 hours for us to see it. The 8K was sent at the close of the market so know one saw it coming.

They will issue the 10-K first, the 12b-25 gives them a 15 days extension on the 10-K. The 10-Q deadline is either 40 or 45 days after fiscal quarter end.

I'm LONG. Been in since 7/19 at .73 and have continued to add along the way. I will continue to hold no matter what happens until we see the 10K. So don't take this as a bash. I hear what you are saying, Bud, about the extension becuase of 400-500 pages. BUT doesn't Edgar and the SEC deal with long documents all day every day. That's what they do. I can't imagine they don't have super scanners or whatever that would handle this document very quickly. We also think that this 8K finally show everyone that this company has the very value that we have all known all along. And we THINK that now we should finally be trading at $7 this week. If this was any other stock I would agree. But I fear that due to the bashers, fake dillutions with millions of air shares, and all the other speculations we still won't see a price rise until the 10K. I think it might be another rough couple of days with the PPS dropping. I hope I am wrong! I am also concerned that RUFAS, TUT, and others made reference to BEATING the deadline as recently as this week then filed the extention. I think they need a PR this weekend to go with the 8k to explain the point and intentions of the extension.
BUD, you seem so confident! Do you have private info? I find reading your post calm me down a bit. Wish I had your confidence. I'm glad I have a day job (teaching) which doesn't give me the ability most days to follow L2's and boards.

Why is there talk about Tuesday now? Thinks SLJB... they still have not got thier promised audited financials. I'm starting to believe that they will never see them. I hate this "they could be out anytime" mentality that companies put use through, the longer we wait the more the value of the shares decreases. My new philosophy: blame the company

I don't like doing this. One of the reasons is that I have a ton of money that I have invested in this stock. I don't even like discussing this type of info. BUT.........I guess now is the time........at the site Jenna has brought to your attention, itstates things that are very important. They show actual court documents pertaining to Paul Harris, Benjamin Stanley and John Walsh for fraud. They are court documents that accuse them of doing the same thing with another company. People........I hope you don't get upset with me, but leopards don't change their spots. I also am a dreamer, but sometimes they turn to nightmares. In this case, I think it might. I think that if this were at all a beautiful story, the CEO of this company (Rufus Paul Harris) would have made a statement. In stead we have a guy named Tut feeding us "birdseed" to keep us chasing our dreams. This is beginning to look like a perfect scam. I HOPE I AM WRONG. I have been in this business for a long time and I have yet to find a stock that goes from a dollar to $15 with a wave of the wand from a guy who has been charged with this type of scam 2 years earlier. I say this from the bottom of my heart.........think about this clearly (not from the dream part of it) and make your decission. There is a very slight chance that these three guys (Rufus Paul Harris, Benjamin Stanley and John Walsh) have changed their habits and have become good guys trying to make all of us rich. Lets think about it.

It brings up some good points - does anyone remember this being covered in the earlier posts/threads on Rufus's history. Rufus stated that we will always remember the name Rufus Paul Harris - I can take that two ways. On the other hand the 8-K/A now officially shows specific details which are unrefutable ??? aren't they.

This is not an "attack" on you..but...all of these things that you are pointing out have been discussed and DD'd...still questions that are not fully answered...however...nothing has led to the conviction of any of these people...does it appear that they have tried this before and failed? Yes, Practice make perfect?
It is your money and you need to do what your gut says and always protect your capital, So far Things, pieces and players have all fit into a puzzle and with the glimpse of the audited financials? We are getting the last few pieces. GLTY.

Effective August 22, 2006, Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. and the Humanitarian & Scientific World Foundation, LTD., a Georgia LTD Foundation increased the Deposit under Global Funding Agreement #252455779-08122006-LBH, with the addition of the following bonds; Republic of Finland $749,000,000 Million Euro with a 6% coupon.
Because these transactions (Global Funding Agreements) occurred subsequent to the audit period, they were not reviewed or audited but merely referenced to and disclosed in these footnotes.

It states the charges were dropped becuase of lack of money and the fact that all three of them were removed from the Board of Directors. The other thing here is you say "Practice makes perfect" true but I also see "time and time again, crooks committ the same crimes. Its the only thing they know. How many times does a crook get out of jail and do the same thing over again. It shows a history.

Back then it appears that Paul Harris, Benjamin Stanley and John Walsh were going to aquire financing for Broadband Wireless otherwise Broadband Wireless would go bankrupt. Assuming that they (Paul Harris, Benjamin Stanley and John Walsh) were going to get compensations before and after the financing was obtained it looks that Broadband Wireless filed suit against them when they were unable to obtain the financing in order to recover those compensations. I could not find out exactly why the deal fell through.

I also could not find anything about any specific criminal acts or violations. I believe the suit was just filed to basically break the contract when they failed to acquire financing.

All I can say here is that I hope I am wrong because I also like to dream of us all becoming richer over this. Sometimes we have to discuss unpleasant things to balance the truth and the facts. I am on all of your sides. I hope we aren't being scamed. I think most of us are holding on because we want to believe with our hearts that this true but in our minds, we see what the real odds are in this particular case.

Ok......here is what I see or part of it. “On May 12, 2004, we filed suit in Nevada District Court against Enhancement Holdings, LLC, Paul Harris, Benjamin Stanley and John Walsh for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract and rescission. The suit was removed to the United States District Court for the District of Nevada on May 19, 2004. The lawsuit arises out of an agreement between the Company and Enhancement Holdings, LLC pursuant to which Enhancement Holdings, LLC had agreed to provide a guaranty to facilitate the acquisition of a line of credit for the Company. On June 8, 2004, the court entered a temporary restraining order enjoining Paul Harris, Benjamin Stanley and John Walsh from holding themselves out as officers and/or directors of the Company and prohibiting them from selling or transferring any shares in the Company. According to the special meeting held on December 9, 2004, we announced the removal of Paul Harris, Ben Stanley and John Walsh as Directors of the Company effective December 16, 2004. …After the removal of Paul Harris, Benjamin Stanley and John Walsh from our board of directors and due to the fact that they have no assets to attach, we decided it would be in the best interest of the Company to dismiss the case without prejudice”
