Should you fail to take action and TD Ameritrade liquidates your PLNI shares, you may, depending on what price you purchased PLNI shares at and what price TD Ameritrade liquidates the shares at, take a loss in your position. It behooves all shareholders who have not heeded the notice by TD Ameritrade to do so immediately, thereby eliminating the possibility of your PLNI position being liquidated.

Not sure about the time out thing, but you can sell them as soon as you send them back to your broker. When they recieve your paper certs they notify you and you are then able to sell them on the open market.

Chit thing about that is,,,It takes 6-8 weeks to get um, you must call TDAm if you want to trade before you get them, and if you want to trade after you get them, you have to send them back and wait ....Bye then the entire move has played out...
Kinda gotcha bye the goobies with this crap..

I find it better to have more than 1 broker...I also use etrade so I get their "stuff for free" I also can do 6 round trips on day trades instead of 3... I haven't tried any of choicetrades platforms...BUT...if the round trip with choice is = to one transaction with Ameritrade or etrade...then wouldn't it be cheaper to pay the 20 bucks a month to choicetrade for thier platforms?

I will just haven't opened the account yet. I have *etrade with "extra special" account rules. I was originally with some small brokerage named TradeStreet or something. the rules were loose and the platform was really modern back then... it was Java and everything. Anyway *etrade bought them but must have made some deal to keep some of the account rules, because I now have an ultra loose ruled *etrade account. If that makes any since to you at all.

I talked with the person who picked up the phone and he stated that the transfer agent has no access to short data that "goes on inside the brokerage houses," and that they have a company policy not to give out any info over the phone. "I can't help you."
So I don't know where this 60 million short data is coming from.

From that link...
In other words can you imagine you had $10,000.00 in this and then TDA sold them then suddenly you have ZERO!... Or maybe you owe them!!?? I wonder, cause thay might charge you the commission!!!
They did this with PLNI, watch your butts people with TDA accounts!
This is big, big enough to BUST TDA,... -which I don't think will happen cause they'll screw you first! "Nice"

Some Conversion Solutions Holdings Inc. supporters have shared their thoughts and feelings on the forum http://www.**************.com, many of whom vow to press litigation against TD Ameritrade for not allowing them to purchase more CSHD stock. This stock has been on regulation SHO for 25 consecutive days and it has been confirmed that it has been "Shorted" by an objective "Third Party." To peruse this information please visit http://www.**********, they assert, "the 'Shorting' is over...16,000,000 shares with others estimating the 'Shorting' to be as high as 60,000,000
