OK Babe ...I have tried... This is the last time....I said I was restless because all of the people posting were saying that it was coming yesterday (the 29th). As were many others, I was excited and getting impatient for the 10K. Yes I bought it on Thursday, but other people and family members had it much longer than that. You want to know if its smart economic strategy ? NO But I can afford it.

(don't tell them but they are all alittle wierd here...no one will just take any ones word for it... )
It's too bad most of the people here who claim to have looked at the bond don't realize that Rufus doesn't own squat of it. Where in the world does the CEO of a penny stock get half a billion dollars to buy a bond in CASH when he's never led a profitable company to this day? Was it a magic act? Look at the list of owners of this bond, and explain that first.

Hypothecation 1. Banking. Offer of stocks, bonds, or other assets owned by a party other than the borrower as Collateral for a loan, without transferring title. If the borrower turns over the property to the lender, who holds it in safekeeping, the action is referred to as a pledge; if the borrower retains possession, but gives the lender the right to sell the property in event of default, it is a true hypothecation.

Ohhhh...it's just that I recall Rufus saying something on the order of having purchased the bond with cash on *** in august....

sorry, that's the M N 1 interview that sent the price from $1.60 to $1.00. I don't know how he could have missed mentioning the fact that most of the bond is BORROWED and not really his.
If the banks have part of the loan by "Hypothecation" as you say, then Rufus does not earn that portion of interest on the bond, thos companies do....
From wikipedia: The original use of the word hypothecation was for a pledge of property as collateral for a debt without transfer of possession to the party making the loan. The opposite arrangement is common with modern mortgages - the bank retains legal ownership of the property until the debt is paid off.
Key part here: "the bank retains legal ownership of the property until the debt is paid off."
Therefore, Rufus does not have a 500 million bond, he has a much smaller bond, the rest of the interest from it goes to the banks he borrowed from. As far as when he will be able to earn the full 500 million needed to own the entire bond...well....

Sorry, Neptune....im not a bond specialist nor do i recall how Rufus stated "ownership" on the bond/s. The bonds have actually caused a lot of confusion and im not sure a true solid answer has ever been accepted.
I wish i had a Phd in finance....i might be able to explain it better.

It's o.k. Catia, I've been silently watching this, was in/out in august, got back in this week and am fine with some of the profits, but now I'm just frustrated....does anyone know of any profitable activites this company is involved in other than "bonds"? I mean, they had to somehow acquire the cash to purchase a bond, no?
