I agree with using caution, but this is NOT a pinksheet stock. OTCBB and pinks are to different animals. Rufus has made some pretty outrageous claims over the past several months and NOT once has he let us down. (so far) People are so focused on the 10k that they have failed to notice the HUGE 8k/a in front of them. This information IMO is exactly what Rufus was going to use in the beginning, but had more huge deals fall into his lap. I trust Tut in the fact that he has said this is just the beginning. Think about what is to come. We might only be nibbling on the smallest portion of this deal. To those who continue to say that Rufus has never been successful at following through I laugh! How do you know he hasn't been waiting for the PERFECT time and opportunity to complete his plan. This week IMO is IT. There are very reputable individuals dealing with this company and for so many to risk their careers and reputations to make a quick buck of of pennystock players, my sense tells me "I don't think so". I can't wait for this week! GLTA and may we bless someone else with the blessings afforded to us.

There is a rule about the Nasdaq (I remember this from when I worked at Fidelity) whereas if you show that your company has / should have been worth more than $5.00 per share for an extended period, you can bypass the $5.00 per share rule. I'm starting to think this 8-k prooves that and they might move to Nasdaq sooner than later.

For my taste there is way too much talk about the NASDAQ. Let's take this one step at a time and not set unrealistic timetables that will disappoint some people. We have already seen what can happen if things don't happen instantly. Once the reset happens take time to enjoy it a little and start to make plans accordingly. IMO a move to NASDAQ is at least a month away. In one of the Paltalks Rufus mentioned that one of the requirements, whether to get there or stay there was that the stock needed to trade over 70,000 shares a day for 30 days. The 8KA was great the 10K will be no less. But I have to voice the my concern of people wanting too much too soon.
No matter what is in the 10K the investment community(NASDAQ) will still look at this as a speculative stock. 70,000 multiplied by $15 means that over a million dollars a day will have to flow through this stock to do that. I would prefer that Rufus find the support necesasary to accomplish that through advancement of the SUBs and JV's prior to making that move.
I will be looking at the reset number and how it trades before deciding how many shares to hold for the longer term. Once the Reset happens it's no longer a penny stock and will react accordingly. Just something to keep in mind.

Good call Wally. Let the bashers set deadlines, we're here for reality. Think about it, if it weren't for the bashers would we really have been that upset about the extension? I wouldn't have been, I know that much. But they instill that fear in everyone.

It is not an IPO when and if this moves to NASDAQ. IPO's (Initial Public Offering) takes an enormous amount of work and usually a good long road show, and lengthy quiet period before a private company begins trading shares. One reason why companies like CSHD perform reverse mergers, to avoid the long IPO process.
The price reset may resemble the first action on a poor IPO in that the shares are not restricted so people who have been holding for the initial profit attempt to sell sending the company into an instant over-sold state and giving the patient a good entry point for the market correction. Anyway, I agree with others, it is too early to speculate on a NASDAQ listing.
